APARTMENT COORDINATES (F3 TO VIEW): 1595 17 550

ISSUE: Region isn't working, blocks can not be removed by me in apartment edit mode and I can not / won't be able to build where they used to be. I'm guessing the whole region needs to be redone and the blocks removed unless if the region would be fixed and my shop wouldn't have to be completely removed.

What it says when:

I try removing a block - "Cannot remove this block"
I try building where a block used to be - "Can not build here."




ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: If it would be at all possible to fix the location of the shop from Joi-Kon to Joyoung as well I would really appreciate it.
