The texture pack that you have on changed the alex skin since it's an original skin. If you were to disable your texture pack, that skin would be back to normal.
Well thanks for telling me its just that I found it funny and I was like dem lips tho xD but now I realised that its the texture pack I changed it for a extra FPS Boost but thanks for telling meh xD.
