How often do you log onto the server?: Usually everyday, if I am not on everyday, then I am probably busy. I am usually on 1- 4 hours everyday.
Do you have TeamSpeak3? Yes and I also have Discord.
Do you have a microphone? Yes
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: No.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: Yes, in fact, I come on the server everyday.
Do you recognize that you can be ICly fired?: Yes, knowing that it is a realistic role-play, and it can teach you real life things.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: The role of a private tutor is to help another student succeed in a class that they are failing in. Also, they provide needed console on any subject a student is lacking in, in hopes that they'll proceed to the next phase of learning. A private tutor, also does not give the student a straight answer, instead they help the student to learn it the best way as possible.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: Yes, I help some of my classmates with math and other subjects.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I always role-play on my friends realms such as, high school roleplaying, family roleplaying, medieval, and survival role-plays. I also like building new role-plays.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: Yes, I am familiar with my job. Being a tutor, you have to help the student understand their subjects. For example, if they had a learning disorder, it would be my job to help them understand what they are learning. If their grades are dropping, I should help them to bring it up. Additionally, our tutoring sessions are strictly confidential and all about helping them learn their subject.

During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I would ask them politely to stop cursing and reason with them that I am trying my best to teach them and ask them if there is a problem with the way I am teaching. If they don't stop, then I would go to a teacher or principal and let them know how they have been acting during the session.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I would ask the principal what am I doing wrong and then get better in the place where I am not doing well in.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would ask them if they could be a better example for the students, and if they don't stop, then I would report them to a teacher or the principal.

Motivation for Joining YHS: As a student, I really love to learn and whenever I see someone struggling, I strive to want to help them. My strongest subject is math, whenever I see someone having trouble, I would try to help them after class.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I should be accepted, because I love helping people and I hate seeing others struggle. When I was in school, I struggled with English. So I had a school tutor and she helped not only learn but gave me ways to combat the struggling in future classes. Thats my objective in this role-play . I want to return the favor that was done for me.
