Describe your activity on the server:
I am online basically every day for like 3-7 hours across each of my accounts, everyday but when school starts up my availability will change a tad. But I’d get a minimum of 3 hours a day. Though my Saturdays and Sundays will ALWAYS be available. I would get more detailed, but I have not received my schedule yet.
(On my Main)
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
Yes, I acknowledge that if I am inactive I will be demoted.
School Employee Role you are applying for?:
Tutor
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A tutor is someone who works one on one or with small groups of students who need extra help with their schoolwork. This ranges from just not enough time, not understanding, or needs a very clear and more closely helped situation to pass. As for SchoolRP, they can be assigned to teachers' classes to aid the teacher as well as students. Tutors are basically teachers outside of a classroom setting where they focus deeply on making sure the student can understand and just aiding them in general with class. They should be patient, and encouraging at least, and actually know subjects, basically they are mini teachers.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
Oh, that’s a very loaded question. I have been part of SRP for I believe officially for three years since June. I have many experiences when it comes to roleplay, in and out of SRP, out of SRP most my experience came from mini roleplay servers along with a few roleplay projects I helped with but were then later cancelled. As for SRP I have experience in quite a lot of the server, starting from basic school roleplays to later GangRP, then shop stuff all the way to MedicalRP/HospitalRP, I also do a lot of CookingRP when I feel like it. My first introduction when it came to SRP was the typical school roleplays, I made a few friends and then during my first week of SRP I experienced GangRP and CrimeRP and shortly joined GangRP. As time went on I was introduced to working in the shops and of course the Hospital (Which I reached Attending Doctor). I could go into far more detail and this would be like a three-page essay, that’s too much for one question. In short, I have a ton of experience when it comes to RP, including CrimeRP as one of my characters is a Fighter for FC and originally, I was security.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I always struggle with these questions because like I know I want to but when put on the spot it can be tricky for me to put it into words but here goes. The School Employee Faction is part of the main faction of the server being the Faculty aka The School in SchoolRP, and I am in another important faction but it’s so heavily based on MedicalRP that I’d prefer experiencing a brand new roleplay faction to me. Also it allows me to interact with way more people and get much more involved with the community, hence why I want to join the school employee faction. I enjoy all kinds of roleplay and the school faction is one of them, I always see the faculty and most of them seem like great people, the faction seems fun and interesting.

Situations
/*Do not mention use of FearRP*/
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Itsoumi would remain calm and not give the student the pleasure of a crazy reaction, as he has dealt with these situations before. Itsuomi doesn’t take much of anything personally, he always suspects there is some underlying cause whether it be as complex as family drama or simply being stressed out, which can be quite common among students. Itsuomi would quietly listen, taking whatever insult, then ask them to stop with it and state it was unacceptable. If the student decided to keep up this behaviour, he wouldn’t listen to another word of it and give them detention.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Itsuomi’s first reaction would be to take out his radio and radio for other faculty to come to the location of the fight. Itsuomi would put his radio down and speak with a firm loud voice to get bystanders to back up, then he’d attempt to de-escalate the fight, no matter if he was at risk or not. Itsuomi would tell the student to stop immediately and if they refuse, he’d buy time til other faculty show up, he may even put himself in between the two students.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Itsuomi would just kind of stare and blink at first and let out a sigh before speaking up. He’d tell the school employee that whatever they were doing was not at all appropriate and that it could be dangerous, maybe even use logic to back up the danger of it, on school grounds and at work. He’d then tell them that he could careless if they did it outside school/work, but on school grounds it was not acceptable.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
When in the break room Itsuomi will usually keep to himself and either read a book, or work on his writings. Although, Itsuomi would also talk with other present co-workers, see how they are doing and just have some simple talk, about plans or whatever. Itsuomi is a very calm and easy to talk to person, though he has a habit of hyper****yzing people’s responses to things sometimes. In short, Itsuomi reads, writes, or socializes with his co-workers while in the break room.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me walked around the classrooms as the students quietly or loudly worked. As Morozov walked around, peering over students shoulders, watching for any mistakes, reading lines quickly. Suddenly Morozov stopped and leaned over a student's shoulder whose paper seemed completely empty and they seemed to not understand. Morozov would kneel down next to the student and speak quietly “What seems to be the issue kiddo?” After the student stated the problem he’d nod and explain the topic in simple terms to see if that helps the student piece things together but he would not tell them how to do it. “You are not understanding what the teacher means by pop art culture? I see, I am sure you know what a comic is… Comics are considered pop art, and you know those little advertisements you see around on posters and such? Those are another form of pop art, basically bright colors to advertise something” Morozov watched the student closely to see if anything clicked and if it did not he went a little more simplistic. “Think of it as a comic strip, sounds written out, with lots of colors around characters and such” Once the student understood Morozov would stand back up and return to his rounds looking out for any other students who needed help.
/me sat at the tutoring room desk typing away on his laptop, writing what seemed to be a book about the impacts of stress on students in highschool. When he hears a knock at the door and sees the time. Morozov saved his work and waved the student in “Hey Zeph, I am glad you could make it, you said you needed a hand with math? Well let’s take a look at what you are working on” As the student came over and took a seat, Morozov would move his laptop aside and fold his hands on the desk. Morozov looked over the assignment “Ah, Algebra, finding the value of the variable X?” Morozov chuckled softly “Quite the tricky question hm?” The student seemed to be stressing over it a bit so Morozov took out a stress ball and handed it to the kid “Squeeze this and we can take a look… Ah I see inverse operations X - 4 = 26 and 4x = 20, so you don’t understand how to get the x?” Morozov nodded to the student’s response of ‘Yeah’ “Well lets break it down, inverse operations is when you change one sign to the other and do that on both sides…” Paused a second “ah that must be confusing, here take x - 5 = 15 for example. You need to get the x alone so you know the variable value, what is the opposite of subtraction?” Morozov waited patiently for the students' answer and smiled when they got it right “Correct Addition, so what you want to do is add 5 to both sides, that makes this minus five become zero which you can just toss aside now and your new answer is?” As the student said X = 20, Morozov nodded “Good job, that’s exactly right, that’s basically inverse operations, and the inverse of multiplication is division. Understand?” Once the student understood Morozov nodded and let them work on the problems helping every time the student needed a hand.
/me was walking his rounds when one of the Art teachers stopped him on his round “Good Morning, Ms. Sinclaire, what's the reason for this hallway stopping” Morozov asked softly and tilted his head as he listened closely, before nodding to her request of him helping out in her class and if students needed help. “Oh, I’d be honored to, you want me to help with an example or just keep an eye on things and help students if they seem to need help?” Morozov nodded to Sinclaire’s reasoning and headed to the classroom with her.

Backstory
Itsuomi Morozov was born March 3rd, 1995, a 31-year-old man from Moscow, Russia. Itsuomi’s early life consisted of studying and quick learning, as well as the occasional sport here and there with his brother but not very often. Ever since he was little Itsuomi learned way faster than average, he learned his first words clearly at the crisp young age of 6 months, it was your typical mama, dada, hi and bye. His family was surprised at his quick development with words and expected great things from him as he grew older, leading to a very strict life that his brother was also wrapped into. He started studying consistently from the age where he could process sentences and such clearly, alongside his younger brother Aleksei Morozov, who was just two years younger. Growing up Aleksei and Itsuomi were best friends and extremely close, doing EVERYTHING together but that never stopped the occasional bickering and bantering. Itsuomi rarely had any free time and did not do much sports for extracurricular, though he still did the occasional sport with his brother who was all about sports. However, most of the time Itsuomi was wrapped up in a book, drawing, or studying.
Itsuomi attended one of Russia’s most prestigious schools in the whole country as his parents wanted him in the best schools, this school was Lomonosov Moscow State University, which two years after he was a freshman his little brother also attended. Itsuomi decided to pursue a Masters Degree in Education, with a total of four majors, these majors included Fine Arts, Art Education, Mathematics, and Elementary Education. The reason Itsuomi pursued four degrees at once is he was unsure of what he truly wanted, he just knew he wanted to teach and help people learn to their best ability as not everyone had the same gift he had when it came to a knack for quickly learning. Hence why he majored in Elementary Education, one of the most common for tutors, but when he was speaking to his advisor as a freshman, it was brought up his love for arts and maths as well, and they added that onto his schooling. Itsuomi had a heavy schedule, and had many discussions with the head of the college and with the advisors to get things working for him, since his schedule was so heavy, and of course he decided to add FOUR minors on top of everything else. These minors included Art History, Biology, English and Japanese Culture, but why Japanese Culture? Well just like his brother he adored Japanese culture and his first name was Japanese so he wanted to learn about it. Itsuomi soon became a figurehead among Lomonosov Moscow State University, it was known what he was going for and how heavy his schedules could be, but not just that, he had entered small competitions involving art, but also writing competitions. Downside of his path is he had to spend many extra years in schooling to get to where he wanted to be, yet he interned under professors, and he had a psychologist who’d help him improve his communication and of course some therapy as he had always been under a lot of stress.
When Itsuomi finally graduated, he was immediately spoken to about taking a job at the College, but at that moment he was unsure of what he wanted to do, so he denied at first. Itsuomi spoke with his psychologist and after a lot of discussion the talk of tutoring came into the picture as Itsuomi stated he wanted to be one who could help people in studies of all kinds as he understood not everyone had the same learning ability as he did, and that people all learn differently. So, Itsuomi took up private tutoring, he put together a website for his service and immediately it took off when people learned of his record. Itsuomi spent a year tutoring as a private tutor, fine tuning his methods until finally he returned to Lomonosov Moscow State University, and looked into a tutoring position which he got with ease. He tutored for a bit but it was short lived by a little over half a year as he still wanted to move to Japan as he adored their culture, and that’s when Karakura caught his eye, an island in Japan, with so much history, he thought it would be the best place to go.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
Morozov stretched and took a sip of water, listening quietly to the question he’d nod and tilt his head a bit as he mulled over a good answer for this “Well, one of my minors as I stated before is Japanese Culture. See I have always adored Japanese culture, and while I was working as a tutor back in Moscow, I wanted to go to Japan and then Karakura came up, so much history, and interesting things happened there that it pulled in my attention” Paused, he went a little off track oops… “My motivation for joining KHS is because I love teaching or, well, helping people learn, I can never settle on one subject hence why I am here for a tutoring position, this way I can help people study for all they need. I guess my main motivation is the opportunity to meet new kiddos who could use my help with studying, explore Japanese culture further, and just learn more about this Island. Pretty cut and dry I guess… it is a new experience and will be vastly different from Mother Russia” Morozov chuckled softly and shrugged “Motivation questions can be a little tricky sometimes, yeah?” Morozov gently tapped the desk as he awaited the next question, his deep green eyes, giving the interviewer his full attention.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Morozov sat quietly for a moment and mulled over the question thinking… his deep green eyes seemed to wander slightly before settling on the interviewer once more “I think what makes me stand out against other applicants would be one my academic accomplishes, but not just that, but the fact I care so much more about helping the students and teaching them. Not only that but the fact that I understand how differently people learn and know how to adapt to students and find ways to help students understand, but also, I am very patient.” Morozov finished talking and tilted his head, how else can he respond to this “Everyone deserves a chance though”
