Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
They are important because SRP is a school roleplay server, and teachers are needed to run a school. But also, the teachers are there to guide newer players and help players progress. They are the key thing needed for this server to be a schoolrp server, other than just players

What is your motivation for becoming a Teacher?:
I have been part of SRP for about three years now, and over those years, I started enjoying teaching greenies about the server and guiding them, even if it proved difficult. I have always enjoyed teaching people things; an example of this would be in gangrp; I constantly focused on teaching newer gangrpers the rules and how to gangrp. My teachings usually were 40/30/30. Sometimes the person turned out well-versed, sometimes the person struggled, and other times they just gave up and left. The teachers in SRP are all about guiding new players and helping more older players get to the next graduation. I wanted to be a teacher because it fits my feelings on teaching and guiding new players, and I want more experience in more factions. I always love gaining new experiences and learning about things. My motivations are nothing crazy, in simpler terms; I want to guide, teach, help players progress to college, experience new things, learn more about the factions, and, of course, get more involved in the community of SRP.

The man before you had a bright smile as he seemed to fidget with his hands. "My name is Ezequías Camaño! Though for short, I am usually called Eze, as for working? Mr. Camano," Eze would nod after he finished and went quiet, though he seemed to be squeezing a stress ball of sorts, just fidgeting a tad, his leg tapping; he must have forgotten his medication
What is your character's age?:
Ezze stayed quiet a moment at the edge question, jeez, it felt like he had just turned 18 the other day, but he did not "I am actually 30 years old despite my youthful appearance." He chuckled and shook his head. "I still feel like a kid sometimes"
What is your preferred subject to teach?:
Eze listened for a second and immediately spoke up, "Physical Education, see, I was never the best when it came to academics, as I suffered from ADHD and still do, but back then I didn't have medication; physical education was the only class I could keep up with." He chuckled softly and waited for the next question

Appearance:
Eze is a Paraguayan Spanish male who has a sturdy yet lean build. His hair is a caramel color that transitions from dark brown at the roots to lighter brown at the tips. On top of his deeper complexion of skin tone, he has deep brown eyes with a slight glint to them. The bridge of Eze's nose adores a triangular scar.
Behavior:
Eze is a very playful guy; he can be very silly and adventurous. When working, he keeps a lighthearted personality but works hard. Outside of work, he can be seen being very silly, running around, and interacting with people. At work, as stated before, he maintains a lighthearted demeanor, but he's stern to a degree and does his best. Whether working or not, he's extremely respectful.
Unique:
Eze has ADHD, which is the cause of his hyperactivity at times, but more specifically, of how easily he gets distracted. Despite this, he manages to get back on topic fairly quickly if it's something that interests him, in this case, physical education.
Plans:
Eze has no future plans as he lives every day presently.

Eze would zone in on a struggling student and would back track slightly and explain what was being said in simpler terms so the student could understand. If the student continued to struggle, Eze would sit next to them and go in more depth to help them understand, given there was enough class time to do so, and others were understanding, or Eze would ask to speak with them after class or recommend tutoring.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Despite Eze having an easygoing personality and playful demeanor. He follows a strict three-strike process. Eze would warn the student twice, and on the third offense, Eze would kick the student from the class, demonstrating that he can be stern if it's proven needed.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
Idea 1:
A class based on basketball with a special twist. The students would be taken to the gymnasium and split into teams, using both courts, and the team the student is in would have to make five shots, then run 1 lap, and the first team to do so 3 times wins. It's a fun way to teach people the plugin while adding a twist.
Idea 2:
A class where the students will be taught the importance of nutrition and healthy diets. Then we'd move into the interactive part of the class. The students would create healthy meal plans and then participate in a short relay race where they have to 'collect' healthy food items while avoiding the unhealthy ones.
(It'd be tricky to do fully, but that's the base idea)
