Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
I acknowledge that if I am inactive then I will be demoted from the School Employee Faction.
School Employee Role you are applying for?:
I am applying for the Nurse Role!
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
Everyone assumes that Nurses do nothing and sit around in their lobby area all day doing nothing, however that is far from the true! My experience within the Professor Faction taught me that Nurses actually take care of basically anything that is a medical issue. If a character gets injured or sick on school grounds then it is a Nurse's job to deal with it. Professors, Teachers and other School Employees contact Nurses over the radio constantly asking for advice on if a student is sick or asking if they can send one to their office to help them. These are simple tasks, harder ones contain the ones where a student gets heavily injured, an injury that a Nurse cannot take care of. In order to help a heavily injured student, Nurses must contact The Senior Leadership Team and ask for permission to get a doctor on school grounds in an attempt to help them. They specialise in Medical Detail Roleplay and roleplay much with other characters.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
GANG RP:
When I first started out as a greenie in SRP I quickly got into Gang, Crime and Combat Roleplay. These three main roleplays are my founding structures, the main roleplays that I perform. They've helped structure me into the roleplayer I am today, they've taught me DetailRP and improved it immensely. When I joined my first gang, I struggled seriously, I couldn't get ahold of the basics and I felt absolutely lost, until a really good friend of mine took the time to help me. He trained with me a whole lot and I can happily say that he is the reason I am such a good writer to this day. I quickly learned that DetailRP makes the Higher-Ups and Leaderships of any gang very proud and happy, which is how I climbed the ranks very quickly.
I am proud to say that I am the Head of the Writing Department in Carier but also a simple writer in; The Thrift Store, Sashiko Corp and Elysian. Whilst my time in SchoolRP expanded, I discovered more and more roleplays including School Roleplay, Romance Roleplay, Family Roleplay and Faction Roleplay. These roleplays also desperately desired detailed actions, which is DetailRP. I also discovered that DetailRP allows the characters that you are roleplaying with to learn more about you and makes it easier for them to picture your character as a real human being.
SCHOOL RP:
School Roleplay taught me on how to adapt in a more civilised and structured community. In my opinion School Roleplay is the least liked roleplay but the most important one. In SchoolRP the most common roleplay that takes place is the School Roleplay, simply because it's school time 60% of the time. This means that 60% of your character's interactions should be happening within the Karakura School, which means that your character's reputation, personalily and friendships develop there. It's very interesting because it emphasises character development within a realistic yet school-ish type of setting. Characters usually attend school to 'mingle' with other characters, which is completely understandable, but this pushed me to write my first backstory. After writing it, I felt a passion for that and decided to write more and more. School Roleplay taught me that every single interaction that I partake in with my character doesn't have to be about crime, or violence, it can be peaceful and friendly.
The downside of DetailRP is that some take longer to write than others, so these type of long writing interactions had to enhance my patience skills immensely. In both a In Character and Out Of character setting.
ROMANCE RP:
The art of Romance Roleplay has honestly taught me how to handle my character's emotions perfectly. It taught me how to mirror real life looking emotions and facial expressions. Now thanks to this Roleplay I can proudly say that my character details everything she does, whether its her breath hitching from running very fast or her face looking sour from hearing something stupid. I make sure to detail everything in order for the person that I am roleplaying with to have an deeper subconscious understanding on my character(s), so that they can properly roleplay back.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I wish to become a part of the School Employee Faction because I loved being apart of one of the School Factions and I would like to see how to works from a different perspective. I'm also really interested in Medical roleplay and being denied from the hospital faction reminded me that the hospital faction is not the only faction which offers Medical roleplay. I would additionally like to create new experiences, make new friends, meet new people and enhance my reputation. If i'm being honest my reputation is honestly horrible and I would like to join the School Employee Faction to rebuild it. I understand if I am not picked over the other applicants.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
My character would gently ask the student to quit using curse words. She would warn stating that any more insults would be treated more seriously and may result in a detention slip being given to them. If the student would keep cursing at my character and would repetitively keep disrupting Valentina during her work-shift then she would remind the student that any more unwanted outbursts will definitely result with a detention slip. After being given a detention slip then Valentina would explain that if they wouldn't stop then they it will certainly end with an additional Senior Leadership Team report.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Valentina would walk up to them and ask them to gently quit fighting. Once the situation has been deescalated then she will demand that they apologise to each other. After they apologise to each other she will bring them to the nurse's office and clean up any wounds and firstly make sure that they are okay. Once she cleaned them up and made sure that they are both alright after being harmed and assaulted she will say that she has to sadly hand them both detention slips.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Valentina will carefully explain to the employee that acting inappropriately and doing something which could be extremely harmful to anyone whether it's a school employee or a student can be very dangerous. My character will ask that employee to stop immediately what they are doing and try to backtrack and undo what they have done. Once that is done she will warn the employee that if she catches him or her doing that again she will have to make a report about what she has seen.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
When Valentina is in the break room then she stays kind and composed. She wouldn't act inappropriate, rash or immature. My character would would ask if anyone wants any coffee and if they do she would proceed to brew it for them. In addition to this she would help anyone who needs her help and offer advice on how to handle injured students in class or even have a serious discussion with possibly a Medical Professor since they would have some Medical common ground.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:

Valentina Hatake would walk around the school campus, making sure that no students were knocked out or injured so badly that they wouldn't even be able to crawl towards her office. If she would see a sick or injured student, she would rapidly rush to them towards her office and treat them. If they're knocked out, she'd let them rest on the bed and once they wake up Valentina would offer them some ice and try to understand what happened. If the student is heavily injured she would try her best to treat the student but if the injury exceeds her medical experience she would start and try to contact someone higher up in the food chain to ask for permissions to get a doctor to enter school grounds to help Valentina with the injury. However if the student has a simple fever then she would let the student rest, offer them a damp towel to rest over their forehead and offer them water every once in awhile.
/me
Valentina Hatake would stay behind the Nurse's office, sitting at the desk awaiting any student who would possibly need help. If a student runs up to her, telling her that a fight is happening near the pool, then she would dart towards there and help any students there. If she sees a fight then she will break it up and give detention slips to every student involved with the fight. After doing that she'll check to make sure that each student is not heavily injured and scold them repetitively on how dangerous fighting near a swimming pool is.

Valentina Hatake waited in the Nurse's office and started arranging things neatly. Her eyes dashes around the room trying to notice any imperfect features. She would walk towards the freezer to make sure that there were enough ice cubes, if there aren't then she would get the ice molds in order to make more ice. She would fill them with water and tuck them into the freezer awaiting for them to freeze. While waiting for that to happen to tucks the bed sheets in making them perfect and walk into the desk and sit down, awaiting any students to come for anything.

Backstory
Valentina Hatake was born in Madrid. Her parents, used to be two doctors within the local hospital. During her childhood, Valentina's parents did everything humanly possible to push her into Medicine, to their surprisal she embraced this and even became passionate about it. When Valentina turned eighteen she went to a Harvard to study Medicine. After finishing university at twenty one she became a Emergency Doctor at the hospital where her parents worked. She worked there and climbed the ranks to end up to become the head of the Emergency Department at that hospital, she even outranked her parents who had been working there significantly longer than her, this didn't make them happy at all, they felt hurt and betrayed, so they complained to the hospital Director and he pushed Valentina down a few ranks. This made Valentina very cross. At the age of twenty five Valentina had enough of the crazy hours and the constant issue of seeing patients get severely hurt so she quit her job, went back to university and majored in Nursing this time. When she finished at the age of twenty eight, she became a nurse in a hospital in Washington DC, not far from the university she had attended. When Valentina turned thirty two her parents died in an ambulance as it was driving. In deep grief, Valentina quit her job, for a few months her life fell apart, she grew anti-social and never left her apartment. When the reading of the will came, her parents wanted her to find a new place to live, to settle down. A place where she would never have to worry about something. So Valentina spun a globe and pointed a finger to a random location onto it, it landed on Karakura. She mustered up all her courage and packed up her entire life and moved there. Since she's been trying to find a job in Karakura.

Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
"I would like to become a member of a Nurse within the Karakura High School because since my parents became doctors in our local hospital in Madrid all I have ever wanted to do was become a doctor too. Which I succeeded at when I was twenty eight. The biggest issue about being a doctor is the lack of sociability with the young folk. Ever since I've been twenty I have always known that I wanted children, and when I found out that I am suffering of Infertility then I knew that I wanted to become a Nurse in a school, i've always felt like students are my children, so becoming a Nurse in a school would make me feel close to children. Ever since I have moved to Karakura, I've been eyeing that Nursing job at the High School, so now I naturally would like to have it!"
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
"I think you should accept my over the other applicants because I am experienced, I know how to think quickly, to adapt to very difficult situations and how to manage temper tantrums. I am patient, I am very good at my job and i'm extremely sociable. I know how to work in a team, since I've participated in numerous surgeries where I helped surgeons and I know how to give good advice because I interned for three months at a Ther*pist's office. All these qualities are why you should accept me!"
