How often do you log onto the server?: I usually long into the server for about 5 - 6 hours on weekdays, 10 hours on weekends

Do you have a microphone?: I do in fact have a working microphone, yes
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: I was banned once due to reaching max warnings back when I first started playing SRP. Unfortunately, I don't remember exactly when this was. I was also banned once for 'malicious behavior', this, however, was quickly resolved due to me and staff reaching an understanding with the situation and I was shortly unbanned 30 days later. This was back in October, but I don't remember the exact date.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: I have always come online each and everyday for the past 2 months, unless I've had things to do OOCly
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?: Yes, and I accept this condition humbly
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: The job of a school nurse is truly, truly important. As a school nurse, your job is to protect the well being of students and teachers as well. EMS aren't available, so the job of the school nurse is to at least decrease the threat level of the situation by apply medical aid using tools, such as stitches, bandages, gauze, splints, adhesive tape, and anti-bacterial wipes.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have been playing on SRP for little over 6 months now, following alongside very serious GangRPers and HospitalRPers. I am very capable of handling serious and/or intense MedicalRP situations as I have before even without proper medical items, such as a first aid kit.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: As I have previously stated in my application, the job/duty of a school nurse is to help and maintain the overall well being of the school's students, staff, and teachers. The school nurse is the primary medical resource for the students and staff during the school day. Their job is to create, distribute and coordinate care plans for children and teens who need additional physical health support during school.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I would calmly as the student to stop using vulgar language in the work space, as they'd still have no reason to insult a school employee that way. If they decided to continue insulting me, I'd report them straight to the vice principal or to a teacher that is able to give them detention.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: Firstly, I'd get familiar with what my overall task is by asking the principal what they require me to do. I'd then ****yze the situation careful, of course, in order to make sure I don't disrupt or cause a hazard to any of the students or other school staff.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would ask, whoever the employee may be, if what they are doing is completely safe and if it would threaten the safety of students, staff, or anyone else in and around the school. Seeing that the situation is dangerous, I would ask the employee to stop what they are doing and if they decide to not listen to reason, then I would call the police or a near by security guard to come and get the employee to stop.

Motivation for Joining KHS: I have been a student at KHS for 17 years. During my high school years, I noticed that there were rarely any nurses on campus, but their were indeed nurses that work at the school. I wanted to offer as much help as I possibly could, seeing that they've done so much for me as a student. I simply want to give back, in a sense and I would love nothing more than to have this position as a school nurse.
