I am on about 7 to 8 hours a day and mainly the most active person on the server, about everyday I get on with any issue and will give anyone a heads up about upcoming events - breaks.

My experience as a Gang or Organization roleplayer has died down due to certain rules and events that have taken place within SchoolRP, both ICLY and OOCLY. I could teach young minds about the History of SchoolRP or normally some Science of SchoolRP, being a long term player has an affect on me.

What are the teacher class logs and why are they important?:
lassroom logs are to keep track or keep activity notes of your classroom and they are important due to having a structural plan or evidence bonus to your log.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
- Keep your phones off unless a lesson requires it.
- Please stay in your seat at all times unless advised to stand.
- All conversations shall cease once the lesson starts.
- Keep your hands off one another.
- Stay within the boundaries of the classroom.
- Ask to leave to either the nurses, bathroom or office unless intercom states.
- Learning environment only, if the learning environment is broken or interrupted, a warning will be placed.

Teachers within Karakura, Japan have experienced major or minor situations within the School itself, including their salary (Dependent of the situation of the classroom). School staff or Teachers shall be taken with respect due to their academic and certified knowledge that they choose or volunteer to teach the new Generations to come to Karakura. The way Teachers teach shall be formal and respective within the community of Karakura and have been shown to be quite efficient and knowledgeable. The structure of a Teacher shall be independent and unique within the community, keeping a maintained schedule of all things planned.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers within the SchoolRP are hard working individuals within SchoolRP itself, taking time out of their days to continue their roleplaying to teach students both icly and oocly.

Damien "BERLIN" Fischer has been around Karakura since 14 years of age. Damien would be around 6'5 (1.95580 Meters) and 175lbs (79.3787 KG). Damien kept a healthy build with both an athletic body and mesomorphic shape, sleeved tattoos down both of his arms from the shoulder to the wrist with German writing and Militia photography, on the males left side of his neck would be a coding or number, 778 in bold lettering. Damien's body consists of massive amounts of scarring including across both his left and right eye. Damien would speak both German and Spanish but prefers German more often, speaking in an audible, thick German accent that would be deep and soothing. The cologne or scents Damien uses are expensive brands of Roses or Lavender scented copies, only smelling of the two in either situation or encountered.
Damien would be rather timid around the fellow faculty, such as Professors and Teachers to keep on good accord with all staff. His best impression is to enjoy the company of the faculty and greet them every once and a while, he wants to be seen as a helper - Not a dictator. The same follows with students, if the student needs assistance with a situation, he will do his best to help. Damien seeks others in his class to help with his learning, correcting him if needed within his class.
Damien is a massive softy, an intimidating but kind man at heart, he will be strict at times but will never start a situation unless needed to. His plans are unfortunately unknown at this point, he is unaware if he wants to continue his life with a woman he loves or just on his own. Damien seems to be thinking about starting a family or adoption, one of his biggest dreams was to have a Son to follow in his footsteps.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
Confront the group in a respective manner and ask them to quiet down due to them disrupting an learning environment. If the situation gets out of hand, I would ask the group to follow to the front office where a higher staff member will deal with the situation either way.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
Attempt to quiet them down by asking nicely before waiting for the conversations to stop, if the screaming gets out of hand or the talking is too much, a threat to grading within the classroom will be used.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
Damien is rather quiet and distant around the other teachers, he feels most teachers shouldn't be approached while relaxing for the time being and shall give them a break as long as they need to.

/me Damien attempted to hush the class with a quite loud whistle, the whistle being shrill but yet still loud enough for the class to hear.
/me Damien examined the work with some approval in his eyes, before dipping his head, his face turned from blank to a slight smile.
/me Damien gave a glare at the delinquent before softly exhaling in relief once the situation has ended but nonetheless was tired.
/me Damien took a deep breath from both in and out, inhaling and exhaling before continuing the learning process for his students.
Backstory
Damien Fischer was the male's original name, on December 21st, 1973. Damien was born in the eastern part of Berlin during the German and Stalin raid of 1970 - 1980. Throughout the years of living in Berlin, Damien has been abused physically and mentally by his parents for the simplest mistakes, such as accidentally spilling water, tripping, dropping something, not getting his work right, continuously. Damien's parents, Martin and Annie Jiskv had enough of their "Useless" son at the ripe age of 13 years old. Damien was put up for adoption and bounced place to place of each adoption home before reaching one far across Europe to Asia, Karakura Japan at the age of 17. Damien became a league baseball player and wasn't very fluent of speaking Japanese, Damien's academic degree was his simplest due to wanting to be a Marine Biologist and Science engineer. Damien was fascinated by the life of science, continuously attempting to make ends meet with his contraptions. After hearing about the rumors of HAARP, the individual thought of it and researched the company, days on weeks on months of continous research, by age 37. Damien was ready to fulfill his dreams and become a Science teacher to teach like minded and healthy learning individuals. Damien was just a teeny tiny bit not just ready, he had to prepare both physically and mentally. Damien took online classes of hosting different class logging and scenarios within the community he has to face while in a real classroom. Days on end of research of Karakura Highschool, he concluded that it was his shot. Readying himself to bcome one of the best Science teachers within the schools community and to make the name of himself to come an engineer of Biology, concluding his ****ogy of his "Uselessness" that his father once said to him, remembering that terrible negative memory for the rest of his days.
