What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
One of my reasons for becoming a teacher is to contribute to the community in a meaningful way. Teaching is one of the most direct ways to make an impact, and if you are driven by the desire to help those around you, being a teacher is an invaluable contribution, and I would love to devote my time to support my students, and lead them into the adult world, because I believe everyone needs support throughout their young ages. I have been roleplaying as a student for some time, and I think becoming a teacher would be an interesting roleplay experience. I would mostly like to be able to support each student, one of the main factors if you would like to be a teacher, is it’s very important to make sure every students well being is okay. It is needed that you can read a students body language and behaviour, and I believe that I have the ability to do that.

Yes! I have been role-playing for two years, when I was younger I watched a lot of minecraft role plays. In fact it really intrigued me, but I wasn’t sure where to begin. Now that I have come across this server, it has definitely driven me to have a huge passion on roleplaying.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: Classroom log books contain data on classroom practices by giving teachers a tool to document and reflect about specific lessons and the impact they may have had on their students. Logs can collect data for review by teachers, their colleagues, administrators, and researchers. Mainly, a log book is a way to record and keep track of events in your classroom, and to ensure the safety of the students.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
To start my answer off, planning a field trip is a very important skill. For teachers that wish to take their students out of the classroom to experience some real-life learning, field trips can be a dream, or a nightmare, depending on how well they are planned. If I were to start a field trip I would do something to do with nature, and the outside world. Something that is hands, fun on and distracting. Firstly, I would ask the principal if it is okay if I could take the students out of the classroom to help them understand lessons better by visual concept. Second, I would need to get written parent consent or proof that the students are allowed to attend the field trip, to insure the parents the safety of their children. Third, you’ll need some form or transport such as a bus, or simply walking to the location. Lastly, you’ll need to plan fun activities for the students to contribute to.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
Something that I grew up with and throughout my own childhood years were the three Bs, Be safe, be respectful and be responsible. I perceive that was a necessary rule to live up to, and should certainly be set in place for the students well being. Some other beneficial and effective rules are:

Teachers do more than teach, and their impact extends far beyond the classroom. As a teacher, you are more than just an educator: you are a mentor, a confidant and a friend. One of the most common reasons to become a teacher is to make a difference in the lives of as many students as you can, and be there to support them when they need it most. To me being a teacher is a wonderful role to take on as you need to be an understanding person.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: Teachers are some of the most important members of our society. Without teachers, SchoolRP really wouldn't be called SchoolRP. Teachers give this server a purpose because the main part of this server is creating a roleplay experience through a student, then developing into something more as time goes. They give children a purpose, set them up for success as citizens of our world, and inspire them to do well and succeed in life, it gives people something to enjoy when they attend class, and more RP opportunities.

Amara will be there for all her students, she will be a supportive and an understanding person, she wants to educate many people growing up and slowly entering the adult world, she feels as though that most children at school need love and support, and that is exactly what she is wanting to do, she wants to make people feel loved and wanted, she hopes to be a accurate role model.
Amara is a 5'4 female, she is reasonably short, but she stands her ground, she wears formal clothes, and mostly leaves her thick brown hair down, slowly flowing past her shoulders. She has a petite figure, and has sweet resting facial features, and smells of rich intriguing perfume.
She is soft spoken, but when needed she can be loud, she has many opinions, and does not let society control her, she is wholesome, and is always there when needed.
She wants to always stick to the path as a teacher, and a loving friend

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
The school’s role in looking after your child is important. Each school has a legal “duty of care,” or obligation to do everything within reason to protect students from undue harm. The school’s duty includes exercising good judgment and using reasonable force when necessary to stop student-on-student violence, so the best way to prevent more commotion is to separate the students from harming one another, speak to them one on one or in a group to speak things out in a calm manner, the teacher should be respectful in such a situation to ensure the students don’t cause more of a riot, or simply contact the principal about the situation.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
To grab the students attention and bring them out of their ongoing conversation some typical measures to ensure this doesn't happen is to create tasks that will gather their attention to the teacher, such as gestures, like clapping, maybe even a song. Sounds tend to bring the attention only to the teacher, so maybe a whistle, or shouting in a calm respectful way if it gets to that stage, or simply separate the misbehaving kids into different areas in the classroom.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: She would mind her own business, use the space wisely and keep to herself, while she has a break to calm herself from the students, if they were reckless, of course. She'd also be very polite and respect everyone and everything around her.

/me Would slowly walk around the classroom, watching as each student would calmly walk in, and seating themselves down at their desks.

Backstory:
Amara was raised in Italy, Sicily before she ever thought about moving to Karakura, Japan. Her childhood was reasonable, she grew up wealthy, mainly middle class, she had everything she could desire, although her parents paid no attention to their own daughter, it made her feel terribly alone, and forgotten, at the age of fourteen Amara decided it was best to move in with her Nona as she she wasn’t getting the mental support she dreadfully needed.
After that Amara mostly grew up with the support of her Nona, she was taught most life lessons by her, and she was one of her only and biggest supporters, and she is truly grateful for the love she received. She really pushed her to her limits and it made her the strong independent person she is today, she was her best friend, and practically her own personal teacher.
Amara was always intrigued in the society of being a teacher, an honorable friend for younger people. She never wanted anyone to feel alone like she once did before she had her Nona. When Amara’s Nona passed from a sickness, she was lost and out of hope. She had no one, but thankfully she knew most the necessary and important things in life, without her she would certainly not have been survived, She looked up to the dedication, acceptance, warmth and willingness she was shown. That was the beginning when Amara wanted to give that to a group of people that needed it, she wanted to teach many young students the ups and downs in life, the most important tasks to succeed, she wanted to be someone that people looked up to like she once did to someone. Although she was lost in life, she decided to move on, and continue her dreams, and make her Nona proud.
After a while, Amara had come to the conclusion teaching is her best bet. She realized being a teacher would not only calm her down by helping people out with their education, but will also make her good profit and plan herself a future, and give her more abilities to succeed in.
