Describe your activity on the server: I've been active this time about a month I think. I usually try and promote my unofficial business and mainly do taxi rides and helping out new players. Sometimes I run a food truck near the school. I also do a lot of book art in game and sell or give to people. I'll be honest. I do take breaks sometimes, these can be a few days to four weeks. Some reasons for these are just needing a break from the game, but mostly its because of personal circumstances that I cannot control. If I need to go into further detail on that I will. I DO plan on hiring at least one reliable person to run a fair amount of the services if this happens. I'll try to at least. I do plan on staying playing for a long time from one month ago onward, but I am saying it is a possibility.
As for when I'm usually on, it is usually random, but I am on a lot.

In a paragraph or more, please describe what your business does: We are a business that offers various and mainly unique services and such for players to enjoy. We offer ALL Services at a "Pay what you want, even free" model of payment. This way, anyone can afford it. Will some take advantage? Maybe, but I've found most players willing to pay Ok, or even generously. Our services are completely legal, we do not associate with any illegal activity. We do not ask for donations and are completely funded by the generosity of other players who use our services. We will never ask our customers for money or tips for services other then if they ask what to pay us, we just say, "Pay what you want". A big part of what we do is helping players new to town with advice, help, services, and more.
We offer services such as Taxi, Food delivery, Rooms for rent, Paintings in in game books, Renting a sale truck (Usually works as a food truck, but is basically a moving store where you buy from the driver. I can show it if needed. Its like selling on the streets, but with a car that is a mini stall basically.), We sell Books, Money help, general help, town tours, real estate help, and etc. Feel free to visit our discord and look at the "J.S.J.E. Is your business non-profit or for-profit?: I guess technically for profit? We keep any extra money made, but we still do a "Pay what you want, Even free" Service model.
What is your business’s mission statement?: Services that are affordable and friendly to all!
What do you plan to accomplish with your business?: I hope to make this a business that is affordable to everyone in any circomstance. Also one that is accepting of all individuals as long as it is legal or unharmful. I'd like to expand it too. To add as many things as I can, hire people if its too much, and continue to grow. I also as a side thing hope to get to new players early and give them help on a good start.
Specify one event your business would host/take part in on the server: Oh! There are tons of possibilities. The food truck is one, I could just park it at the school gates and start giving out menus and serving food! I could host a class for painting and give out free books to paint in. I actually plan to host a contest where you have to solve a puzzles in a book, with the reward being a computer. I'll be doing this when book copying with signed books is fixed. If theres an event someone else does, I could offer taxi riding to the event, set up the food truck there, etc.
Do you understand that your business may lose its verified status if not kept active?: Yes, I do. As I stated before, I will try to hire a reliable person to run some of the services if I end up having to break for a little. I hope this is ok. I am hoping to stay active for a long time, but due to things in my life, it does have a possibility of happening.
Do you have any additional comments?: Yes. I plan on adding my discord server to my in-game services book that I give out in character. The discord server is the one I used the last time i applied for this. As of this application, it IS an empty server player wise. I already renovated the server and updated the info from before. I hope it will fill up when I give out the new services book when signed book copying is fixed.
