In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
Tutor is someone who guides college students in academical field that they specify and sometimes can provide emotional support through study years for students and they cover wide field qualities:
1) To begin with, well developed and strong rapport building creates the basic of a Tutor. An ability that allows Tutor to connect with many students and develop deep insightful trust bond, almost like a 'parent and child', or friendly relationship which allows them to work better within sessions. It also involves active listening and observing of a students development over sessions. For instance, memorizing students that share their hobbies and interests and apply sessions in somewhat that they are interested it, to stimulate better learning.
2) Secondly, not only good listening but also understanding that each person is unique and different is what makes a Tutor exaptational assistance for students. Memorizing their sibling names, their way of acting in different situation, avoiding sensitive topics and covering their personality weaknesses in order to burst their knowledge into sky and help to overcome some emotional factors at the same time, is exactly why professors are incredibly positive impact for students. But it should be kept in mind, that not all students will have same synergy with Tutor. All are different and it applies for Tutors too.
3) Continuing, high professional and academic reliability is somewhat that a Tutor can't avoid when teaching and assisting others. For example, Tutor field I will specify my character in is covering medicine basics, biology, neuroscience and psychology fields assisting people with academic writing and spreading their knowledge in field of human mind, general development and basics of anatomical biology.
4) Deliberating high quality motivation is somewhat what a Tutor should specify, applying positive psychology basis, rationality and theoretical capability they are capable to monitor both one on one stages and bigger stage of audience, providing necessary material for students to adapt with the course. Skill to empower in students in chosen field and showing dedication, consideration of learning curriculum and beyond. As if, Tutor doesn't plainly paste all material but creates factual discussion for students, so their brain would think and memorize better.
Apart from mentioned qualities, Tutor wonders around halls making sure educational building and it's territory on school hours is not filled with chaos and bullying, following school rules and respecting higher ups. Tutor wait in their office helping students and lead their continuous human lives.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
Overall, I personally joined SRP with active roleplaying on 2022. I am practiced following the rules and terminology and I can do quite wide range of detail RP including emotes, monologues, creating funny and wholesome time for people and doing serious detail RP, considering minimum sensitivity, staying on point and serious.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
ICLY my character will ignore pointless accusations as words don't hurt them, unless it's evidence based my action would be something like this:
/me &3 Male would take a deep breath in and out as he turned to side, holding a cup of tea by the lips sipping at it and giving completely no emotion to people who tried to cuss at him. He would simply look at them and say &r 'I would suggest you respect higher ups, I am not affected by your words, but keep in mind. You will end up triggering wrong person one day if you continue this, I can tell because I was like you in past, with friends cursing at others. I still remember the day when we offended wrong person. Now I am forever left, with this scar on my back because I didn't follow my manners.' &3As he gave small monologue of his past, he would continue sipping his tea with no interest in dealing with negative people who have too much time on their hands.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
I will give them three warning, if they continue fighting I will call them both to detention, but first in case any of them are hurt will take them to nurses first. In case one of them is wearing a mask, I will only call up person whiteout one and will simply describe person with the mask with like 'And person with mask, black hoodie and grey pants etc.'
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
I shall warn and if they don't stop, regardless of outcome will report to higher ups to resolve their case. If they cause any harm to students, will make sure victims are inspected and treated.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
My character will come to employee break room to relax, enjoy a nice cup of tea or a coffee. Will check his mail and phone for any notifications. If there will be coworkers greet them and have joyful chat to forget depressing times or simply to increase vibes to have chill day with happy thoughts.

/me &3As bell rang and student sat he would take out paper notes from his desk checking the material for day, as he confirmed of what he will do for the period with the student he would lookup &r 'Morning, please calm down we shall have rather fun first period today. We shall play the Hangman to warm up your sleepy head, unless you want to do something else?.' &3As he said that he would then pull out timer, putting it on a desk. He would pull out paper blank and the draw five under lines with the pen he took on counter. He would then draw a neat Hanger Poll and look at class. &r' Alright please pay attention. You have to guess a single letter of a word or actual word. All wrong letters or guesses will be counted as minus life point, you have seven tries in total. This is only warm up o start you up before we actually go on studying. Now let's start our morning with some brain exercises!' &3As he said that he would then look at student waiting for his respond.
/me &3As he sat the male down the nurses office, he would go to freezer and grab an Ice pack, peroxide, ethanolic wipes and some soft bandages. He would then come back to the male inspecting their bleeding knee. He would roll their pants reveling the deep scratch. &r 'Okay, now stay still, this will sting, but it will remove all dirt, and possible wound infections you got from the fall.' &r He would spray peroxide on wound to remove all dirt causing which caused quite painful sting for student, after some time he would wipe the wound with ethanolic wipes, removing all dirt and would wrap it with bandages &r 'Okay now show me your eye. &3He would wipe male's black eye, with fresh ethanol wipes and then give them an ice pack &r 'Use this for now. It's almost home time, you should go to hospital after bell rings and make sure you don't have any possible skin infections from scratch, also you should get an eye patch if that black eye bothers you. And don't be so reckless next time. &3He would sigh looking at male as he patted his head, comforting him like a son.
/me &3as male woke up from his afternoon name he would lift up from couch, standing up, buttoning his jacket and looking around the room, he would check his watch, seeing as class will begin in half an hour he would take few minutes to concentrate and go back to the reality. He would then turn to the window looking outside the pool are, seeing few students in masks running near he would bang onto window to get their attention. &r 'OI! MASKS OFF, IF YOU WANT TO WEAR THEM DO IT AFTER SCHOOL! &3As he was too far away, he wouldn't bother running after them. He would wait for their reaction.

Backstory
I was born in Korea but moved abroad with parents due to financial situation and better work opportunity they had. I finished studies in Chester part of UK, and then decided to do exchange course for my Doctors teaching degree. Here is some backstory of my life when I was a student. In my first year of bachelors year, I was in semi-catered accommodation. It was good. It was two meals a day, five days a week so it meant that, whenever I was down at Kingsway, I could get my lunch at Kingsway and then have my class, then come home and get my dinner. It saved a lot of bother whenever I was trying to get on with my work so I really liked the convenience of semi-catered. I also did part timer as University administrator, which was rather fun activity. From academic background I finished medicine got 2nd higher and realized I am keen to more neuroscience based studies and psychotherapies and applied for psychiatry majors.
Then, when I went to masters, I went into private accommodation. It was university managed so it was good in the sense that, if you had any problems, you could go to the uni about it. I’ve really enjoyed my accommodation because it’s completely private… but it’s good in the sense that I was with my best friend who’s also a medical student. I really loved my time with him as we both enjoyed being together, however we separated paths and I decided to move to a different Major which took place in Kings Univeristy. I decided to try Art's therapy program and successfully passed just like my psychiatry majors.
I decided to do my Doctoral and there was option for me to travel to Japan Karakura town and do exchange lecturing to gain my academic basic and fill in requested tasks. I am now moved into Karakura, hoping KHS will respond to my application and I will get to make at least Tutoring period, which I will send in to my university and continue my Doctoral after.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
I want to join KHS because of my Doctoral's requirement to work in educational environment, I thought it will be fun idea and since I have opportunity to travel to a different country and accomplish this goal in Karakura. I am very keen to working with different aged people. I am aware this town is not brightest, but that doesn't stop or scare me. I only live once in this life and I want to make it to fullest.

I was doing part - time administrative work while studying in my universities, filling in forms, accepting calls, making reports and etc.
