Describe your activity on SchoolRP.
I would consider my activity on SchoolRP very active! I do have school and other commitments both outside and inside of SRP such as being a family lead and tailor on many shops; as well as being a member of the highschool council! My activity on SRP at the start of my experience was always a bit on and off, as I first joined the server start of 2021 ( during COVID I got bored ) , and I didn't join back until 2023. I started playing consistently around December 2024, and I have learned so much more about roleplaying such as making much more complex characters and making a lot of new friends!
Keep in mind all of this below is in AEST & this varies slightly depending on the amount of schoolwork I get. Average is around 3-4 hours a day usuallyy!

Describe your roleplay experience with SchoolRP and other roleplay networks in general.
I first joined SRP a while back, however I didn't start playing consistently until around December 2024. Since then, I've tried to be as active as I can be! I applied for the highschool council in March, because I looved the school faction! It opened up so many new roleplay opportunities for me while giving me the chance to meet so many new people. Throughout that time, I also took on roles such as family lead & tailoring! I've discovered how much I love roleplay, and I feel like it allows so much creativity. I've always especially loved DetailRP, because it gives me a way to express not only my character's emotions but also their personalities! Overtime, I've gone from creating simple characters to much more complicated ones with backstories, unique personalities, and so much more.
What are your current roles on SchoolRP?

What is your motivation for becoming a professor?
My motivation for becoming a Professor is both a mix from my current roleplay experiences but also my personal interest in the school faction! On my other account (sopheey), I am part of the Highschool Council and I regularly attend classes as well as interacting with faculty quite a lot. I already understand how the school works among many other aspects such as detentions, discipline and FearRP. Additionally, being a professor would expand my roleplay while allowing me to contribute to the SRP community. The idea of the character I have in mind is fun but also unique and I believe he would bring variety to the team! However, most importantly, I see this opportunity as something that will challenge myself, especially in terms of creativity. I've always loved planning things, whether it's council or family events or even lesson plans! I'm confident I will be able to handle the responsibilities of being a Professor while also making sure my classes are engaging and fun! ^-^
Work out two interactive classes & a field trip you will host if accepted ⤵︎
1. Mr. Mayumi's Bootcamp Challenge!
(this may stretch over two periods as well!)
"Well, this is a good 'old fashioned bootcamp, but school PE version. I did these when I was a youngin'. Simple, I split the maggots- I mean . . students, into teams, and they will complete a range of challenges. Now, they might complain, and sweat a lot, but. . that's how you build REAL spirit!"
- Students will be split into teams of around 7-8, so roughly 3 teams! If I'm correct, I don't know.
("Team Maggots 1, Team Maggots 2, Team Maggots 3. .")

("Team Maggots 1, Team Maggots 2, Team Maggots 3. .")
Starting Activity: Warmup Laps | Main Game: Games of either volleyball or basketball! |
Students will run laps around the track. This could be structured as a relay so each team member is participating. First to finish 5 laps and sit down together gets one point for their team! ("FASTER! YOU CALL THAT A RUN? MY GRANDMA CAN RUN QUICKER THAN THAT!") | One game of either volleyball / basketball! The winning team from the warmup laps will automatically go to the grandfinal, but the other two teams will play eachother! Students who are unable to compete due to the team size amount will be part of the cheersquad! Tomoji finds school spirit very important! ("THAT'S ONE PUSHUP. . THAT'S TWO! . .Oh wait, are you counting or napping? FASTER!") |
"Right, so this bootcamp is more than jus' improving muscles, eh? They build spirit, and by the end. . they're not only stronger or faster, but they are workin' together, cheerin' for eachother. That's what I want. Teamwork. And o'course the winning team will receive stickers or whateva' schools do these days."
2. Brain Games!
"Now, sometimes strength isn't just in your arms or your legs, it's in your brain! Which is why trivia is perfect. Nothin' fancy or anything! Just teams, questions. . oh, and if you get a question wrong your team has gotta do a lap of the track."
- Students will once again be split off into 4 teams! This is to promote teamwork and hopefully make some new friends too!

This or That | Trivia! | Guess The Sport |
| One side of the pitch is 'this' and the other side is 'that'. Mr. Mayumi would shout questions such as "THIS OR THAT - basketball or football?". And last student left remaining means their team will have to do one lap of the track! | The main activity is obviously the Trivia. The questions will revolve around sports, fitness, and also some random general knowledge questions. If you get it right - that is one point for your team! | The final activity in this lesson will be 'Guess the Sport'. Students will have to act out a sport SILENTLY, and their team has five minutes to guess what sport it is! If the acting was WAY too obvious, you won't receive a point! |
- example questions that would be asked in the trivia!
"How many players are on a standard basketball team on the court?" [5]
"What is the world's MOST popular sport?" [Soccer/football]
"Name one sport where judges score your performance intsead of just a finish line." [Gymnastics, diving, figure skating & more!]
"How many rings are there on the olympic flag?" [5]
"Who is better- Spartans or Bobcats?" [Spartans!]
"How many continents are there?" [7]

I structured this lesson so it revolves around teamwork and inclusivity! Students will be able to compete for stickers within their team during all these cool games, hopefully forming new friendships while learning some new things! I try to structure all these lessons to be as creative and engaging as I can, because I think classes on SRP should be something students are excited to join!
⸜(。˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡ FIELD TRIP : BEACH DAY OLYMPICS!
In this field trip, students will learn about the olympics! And then maybe even complete some olympics swimming themselves! Ideally we would have the field trip in Period 3, so in Period 2 Tomoji could teach the students what olympics is. He would give a quick overview and then we would all head to the pool (the one at the beach!). But don't think you are getting away thaat easy! Mr. Mayumi will quiz every student before they are allowed to go in the pool, asking Olympic-Themed questions from the class before! Got the answer wrong? They've got to run around the pool once! "Doesn't matter if there isn't a track at the beach. RUUN FASTER!"
Students can then compete in a range of different swimming sports for. . an icecream! Yes, Mr. Mayumi will be bringing icecreams with him. Unless, of course, he eats them himself. "They were going to melt anyway. ."

Swimming Races | Backflipping/Diving Competition! |
Simple! Whoever can race down the pool faster wins an icecream! | Students can jump into the pool or backflip/dive off the diving board at the top of the pool if they wish to! (Using /roll 20), whoever has the BEST backflip/dive wins an icecream! |
I thought of a whole bunch of ideas but out of all, this one was by far my fave! I feel like swimming as the sport itself doesn't receive that much recognition in classes as much as other plug-ins do, and students get the chance to learn about the Olympics while having fun! ^—^

───────────────────── ᕙ( •̀ ᗜ •́ )ᕗ ─────────────────────
Your character would encounter a group of college jocks surrounding a bobcat jock, what would your character do?
ask what is happening ➜ check on all the students ➜ give warnings/detentions depending on the severity! ➜ if everything is gud, send them off with a warning!
Mayumi would step in immediately, his voice loud before he even got close! He would stop a few feet from the group, narrowing his eyes and scanning the group. "What's goin' on here?" Even if the jocks stumbled up a louzy excuse. . it's pretty obvious to Tomoji what was about to happen! Old, maybe. Stupid, no. "Right. You all back away from them. If I catch any of this goin' on again with you lot, that's a detention. Got it?" He would shake his head, muttering as he walked over to the bobcat jock. "You alrigh'? Don't let 'em push you around, yeah?" He straightened up, glaring at the college jocks one last time. "Last warning, shoo now." He would pat the bobcat on the back before walking away - making a note in his mind to keep an eye on those jocks!
Your character would be supervising detention, one of the students constantly disturbs by asking stupid questions, what would your character do?
make sure they understand not to speak! ➜ warning ➜ over three warnings will lead to an SLT report!
Tomoji would lean against the edge of the desk, eyes narrowed even more as the student talked yet again. He spoke sharply. "Enough with all these questions." He'd point to the whiteboard at the front of the room, where 'no speaking' was clearly displayed among the rules on the board. When the student continued, he sighed, shaking his head slightly. "Kid. This is a detention. You've got work to do. Focus, 'n you can get outta here. I don't wanna be here either." He would pause, letting the words sink in. "You keep chattin' and I'll be making a report to the SLT, kay?" He would then lean back in his chair, muttering under his breath. . "Kids these days. ."
Your character would be hosting a class, and a group of cheerleaders keeps on playing songs on the phone and calling out other students in the class, what would your character do?
warning ➜ seperating them to different areas of the room if they don't stop ➜ detention!
Tomoji would stomp towards the group of cheerleaders, his hands on his hips. He sighed loudly, catching their attention. "Right. Phones off. Now. This ain't a concert, it's a class. Neither I or any of these other students want to hear it, m'kay? Keep it quiet, first warning. I won't hesitate to split you up around the classroom. Or if you'd like to run laps, be my guest." He glanced around the classroom to make sure the other students can concentrate, before folding his arms and walking back towards the front of the classroom, muttering. . "Kids these days. ." Huh. Must be something he said a lot. Anyway, he'd give a final, sharp glare to the loud cheerleaders before continuing on with the lesson, still keeping an eye on the group.
Your character would be walking on the school perimeter and encounter a fight between a couple of students, your character tried to break it up but it didn't help, what would your character do?
try to catch their attention ➜ radio for backup or SLT ➜ issue a detention based on severity!
Mr. Mayumi stomped over, shouting loudly- "OIII! MAGGOTS! ENOUGH! BREAK IT UP!" When the kids refused to listen, he muttered under his breath. . "Kids these days. . never listen. ." He would then pull his handy radio out of his pocket, squinting at the buttons. "How the. . technology these days. . how do you turn this thing on?" He would poke at the various buttons awkwardly, as if it's a puzzle. Finally, it cracked to life! "Yeah, hi? Could I get some faculty or SLT down here? . ." He was trying to sound serious even as the radio sputters. . he must've clicked on the wrong button somewhere along the way. With a roll of his eyes, he shoves the radio back into his pocket, turning his attention back towards the students, continuing to warn them to step away until help arrives.

Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. What do they look like? What makes them unique and different? What is their outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is their personality like? What is their plan for the future?
Tomoji Mayumi. He's Japenese, standing at around 5'9. He likes to round it up to 6 foot- claims his age "shrunk him" (it did not.) His hair is mostly gray by now, though streaks of blond linger- but there's no denying that his eyes still sparkle with the same energy he had as a young coach. He's always on the go- feet tapping, hands gesturing, or ACTUALLY on the go. The second a student is hurt or somebody is in trouble, he's gone in a flash of gray and maybe even the sound of his knee cracking every step too. Despite his age, he carries himself with a light that often surprises people, all while he barks orders at students.
Tomoji is definitely one of my favourite characters I have ever made, and I think this is due to the way his personality is a mix of toughness and warmth. In his eyes, all students are capable of achieving something, even if it involves running an extra five laps of the track. Beneath the rough exterior, there is warmth and humor. Tomoji has two children, however his divorce with his wife was messy. His kids were far too young to remember, but the experience definitely left a mark on him. To him, he felt as though he was losing the family he had built, and he vowed to never have that sense of loss again. That's mainly why he treats his class like a family. Everybody will always be included, and even though he may call them maggots (heh), he just wants his students to feel supported, like somebody has their back. Maybe to him teaching gives him a chance to rebuild that sense of family he once feared he would never have again during the divorce.
In the long run, Tomoji wants to keep teaching as long as his legs can carry him. Or not. "Ya can still teach volleyball in a wheelchair, right?" He wants his students to leave his class stronger and prouder of what they can do. And, of course, tired. Those 5 laps of the track weren't for nothing. Mayumi just wants to see his students look out for eachother most importantly, and show school spirit. After all, that's what keeps him coming back to Karakura High every morning!
Describe how your character ended up becoming a teacher and their previous life. It is optional to include earlier life but recommended.
Make sure this is over 100 words.
Tomoji Mayumi was born November 20th, 1961. He was born Osaka-side, Japan, into a very traditional family. It was a cute town, the streets always smelt of rain on warm stone and the laughter of children could be heard beneath tiled rooftops. His father was stern, and he raised Tomoji with a firm hand. "You've got to stand taller than your own shadow, Moji." he would always say. And how Tomoji tried- but he stumbled, over failed math tests and torn report cards for most of his childhood- unlike his older brother, who just seemed to glide through school with ease. "Why can't you be more like him?" He overheard his father mutter under his breath once. Tomoji ripped his report cards into shreds with trembling hands that same night.
"Tomoji?" Her voice always floated in the air, like a breeze. "Even shadows need time to grow, dear." She whispered. His mother. Quiet. Gentle. She used to hum lullabies to Tomoji when sleep wouldn't come. And then one morning, she was gone. The air was still. The house seemed emptier, and the only trace of her voice came in a memory, gliding past the bamboo wind chimes. "Even the strongest branches can break under too much weight." She had left him, leaving a hole in this childhood where warmth should've been. That night the eight year old boy curled up alone, singing a lullaby to himself. He learned that the world was cruel. Maybe sometimes you just had to be tougher.
Tomoji carried that lesson into his teenage years, he moved with stubborn determination, and sport became an escape from his home life. Even when his father's words still echoed in his head. . "Run faster, Maggot!" But he was able to push himself. Every sprint, swim, drill, swish of the hoop . . it was like a small victory to him. "Good." he thought. "I deserve that."
By the time he was twenty, Tomoji found himself drawn to teaching. He had earned a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, and had moved away from the town he grew up in. Then, he met Sumiko on a rainy evening. She was quiet, and gentle. It was as though her smile melted even the most hurt edges of his heart. "Sometimes the heart needs to breathe. ." she always told him. They married, and had two children - Cole and Sakura. For a moment, it seemed like the family he longed for as a kid was almost his. Almost. Arguments flared over how to raise the children, where to live, careers. . but it was never loud. He wouldn't let his kids go through the same thing he did. But the words were sharp, and they cut his heart. The disagreements always simmered until the day it all boiled over. "You don't understand me!" She would cry. "I can't stay in a life I can't breathe in!" She was gone the next morning. The house seemed emptier, once again.
Tomoji made the decision to move to Karakura with his children, trying to stitch the remains of his family back together. He continued his passion in teaching, vowing to never let that sense of loss he experienced to ever touch him or his students again. But when the gym fell silent and the laughted faded at the end of a school day, the sadness sometimes crawled back to him. "Even the strongest branches can break under too much weight." He heard her voice, the wind carrying it through the air and brushing over his now gray hair. Maybe teaching gave Tomoji Mayumi a purpose. The faint warmth of a family.

The chair would let out a squeak as Mayumi settled into it- one leg stretching out and the other tapping the ground as if he's already bored. (He definitely looked it . .) "But I can still outrun half the kids 'round here, easy. Ah- I'm a Mr, of course. Don't call me Mrs, eh? Unless you want extra laps." A short chuckle. "But Mr. Mayumi will do."

Additional notes about your application (if any):
I am currently about to purchase my alt account for this character - (soupheey) - as well as a rank for it. I haven't bought it yet, but I will in probably the next like day. I just wanted to submit the application in case the slot gets taken up before I can apply. ^-^
