Describe your activity on the server: In total 10+ days of game time. But I am mainly on at the least 3 times a week (if I can). I can get on around 3pm and 9pm on a good day (every day).

Do you have a microphone?: Yes (works weirdly on Discord).
List your current and past applications: Guitar application (no word), Med Kit application (Accepted yet not given), I think a weapon application (for different character)(denied), Chancla application (no word)(but my character wears wooden flip flops so I guess okay), and numerous shop applications (no word on all of them) (these are just off the top of my head so if I miss some I'm sorry).
What is your motivation for applying?: My friends are thinking of having new characters which are younger than their old ones but I wish not to do that, so instead I can still rp with their new characters while still playing as my older characters. I also wish to get on more and have more of a purpose (plus I want an adult rank).

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that?: I would enforce time schedules a bit more, consisting that some teachers who even are on don't do their job during work hours, I believe that this could help get rid of teachers who no longer care to teach.
KNOWLEDGE
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose to they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general. Teachers are elders. Elders give their knowledge to the next generation in hopes the next generation will carry that knowledge on with them and become smarter thanks to that knowledge. They get 250k Yen as a salary, and in their spare time (after finishing their work) they can respectfully plan their next lesson or spend time with loved ones (or however they spend time as they please).
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server: SchoolRP wouldn't be a School Roleplay with out teachers. Plus there has to be some adult supervision looking out for little punks who think it's cool to ditch class and beat people up.
Describe the ranking system of teachers: It is to help teachers become better and have them look up to the other teachers if they so needed help.

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does he look like? What makes him unique and different? What is his outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future?: Rose is 5'1, around 111Lbs. She is below average height and still has some youth. She has blond hair with red tips (she had red hair but bleached most of it), and wears purple contact lens. She has more of a thick hourglass figure, yet again she has rather small feet. She is really sweet and kinda acts like a hyper kitten when you think about it. Yet even though she is still a little childish she still is responsible about her actions and of others. Right now I'd say she's around 23, and gave up trying to start up a bakery. She sees younger people just as she sees older people, even though they are a lot more reckless she knows that they're still people. She hoped when she was younger to be a baker but now she wishes to financially do well and stay in the relationship with her current boyfriend.
SCENARIOS
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I'd give them a warning for having a bad mouth and if she catches them again swearing she will not hesitate to report it to higher officials.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: Stop talking and quietly stare at them such as "really?" with a blank expression until they become quiet. She doesn't like it when people ignore her.
When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act? She probably would chat with other staff members if they're there and grab some coffee. Overall friendly.

BACKSTORY
She grew up in an abusive household. Her mother drank too much and ignored her children, Matt and Rose. Rose's father was even worse, even though he still drank, instead of ignoring them he blamed the two siblings for things they didn't do. When Matt and Rose were 14 they moved to Japan (from America) to start a new life there. Rose was still undergoing a recent break up when they arrived but soon recovered. She found her calling (her friends) and got over the break up. Near the end of Grade-12 she was forced into Wild Dogs 2.0 by Hatachi, long story short she grew away from her original personality and grew more violent. When she was released from WD 2.0, It took a month or two for her to go back to her normal self. Now she's in her final years of college and is dating her new boyfriend, Raven (or Rohan).
