Describe your activity on the server: I haven't been on in a while, but for the last week I have been starting my normal routine of coming on everyday. The only reason I shouldn't been on is lots of homework on school days.

What is your motivation for applying?: I was a teacher before on the server and I have now found myself with a lot of free time. I miss teaching and I would like to give students the opportunity to learn the art of music and the cultures that use music to represent themselves. Music is also very important because it is scientifically proven that a student who contributes to a musical activity has higher grades than a student who does not.
Have you read the megathread for Teachers? No because it currently is under renovation. ( But I was a teacher before so I read it then).

You want to start a school field trip, what would you do?
IC: I would write a letter to the principal. In this letter I need to write the amount of students you are bringing, who is supervising, etc. Myrequest will then be approved/disapproved by the principal.
OOC: I would have to fill out the application on the forums, which will be either approved or disapproved by the principal.

Well as I said before, I was previously an art teacher on the server so I know what I’m doing. Currently I play the viola in my school’s orchestra and I am a member of our school’s honors level music program, as well as the art club.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that?
I would like to change the dress wear of the teachers one day a week. For example the female teachers could wear non-ripped jeans along with a nice top to change thing up. As for the males, they could wear a polo and khaki pants.

Teachers should always be there for their students. A teacher’s main priority is to prepare students for their future achievements and to help them reach their goals. In their spare time teachers should be focusing on how they can improve their teaching and activities. A music teacher’s median salary for a year would be around 68,650 yen, where a teacher is paid 250,000 yen plus bonus.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server:
Teachers are important to the SchoolRP server because they hold classes and resolve
issues. Without them it wouldn't really be a SchoolRP server because in order to have
school you need to have classes, and in order to have classes you need teachers.

Trainee|(Trainee): A trainee attends classes and help the teacher. It will give you training for when your a future teacher. All of this will make you more comfortable with running a class and how a classroom works.
Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT): A NQT can run a classroom, but you need to make sure to check with your HD to see what you should be teaching and what you should be doing in class.
Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS): A QTLS is able to teach lessons now during regular school hours.
Head of Department (HD): A HD is in charge of all the other teachers in their department. They are responsible for training the trainee's and assisting the NQTs.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
The lesson plan the school goes on is a MoSCo system (Must have, Should Have, Could Have).

She is a very passionate and forgiving person. She believes each student has their own unique talent and that they have the potential to do whatever they want. Her plans for the future are to pursue her musical career with a possible music company where she can offer musical lessons.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: Firstly she would warn them of their inappropriate language, if they continue to not listen to her warnings then she would issue a detention or get a SLT member to deal with the incident.

I would do a rhythm of claps and have the students copy the rhythm after me. If they still won't I would explain to students that they are wasting time that they could be using for homework.

Miss Adams would discuss the day with her fellow teachers if they were around and would make sure she is updated with all her current lesson plans for the week. She would always gather the things she needed for a class, including her coffee before hand.

BACKSTORY
When Cadence was born, she had been born into a very strict family in America. Her mother was a teacher and she cherished her will all of her tiny little heart. Cadence’s Dad on the other hand was a CEO of a major company. He was always at meetings so he could never talk to her . At around age 7, Cadence’s mother passed away leaving her with her father. She’d used music and singing as a the****utic process for herself. In High school, she was always bullied for being a stereotypical “theater and music kid”.
In college Cadence decided to study to become an Music teacher. She wanted to do this to remember her mother and show the children of the world that music is a very powerful thing. After hours at the college, she would sneak into the music classroom, recording herself in the recording studio. She would then send her demos to the campus radio station, later learning that her covers of songs got played on the radio. That got her a lot of attention on the campus.
Cadence graduated with honors with her degree in Music Education. She moved to Japan, trying to find a new home. She began to set up her own recording business in a small town where she would teach local kids how to sings. After a couple of months of being in Japan, she met a girl named Bree at a local gym. They soon become quick friends and have been ever since. They spent every weekend together, when she wasn't teaching her classes. Bree and her were out on a walk one day and they passed a huge high school. Taketatsu High. Cadence was excited that there was a school near her house where she could potentially teach. The following weekend she sent in her application. Hoping and praying she would get some good news. Months later, On her way home from a movie with Bree she stopped in front of her front door. There sitting on her front porch was a small white envelope, addressed to her from Taketatsu High. She bent down and slowly opened the envelope, eager to see if she was a teacher or not.
