School Employee Role you are applying for?:
I am applying to become a chef on SRP

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A Chef is an important role, they are vital to keep the students healthy with meals, making sure that each student has a healthy and balanced diet during their time in school. A Chef would need to keep the food up to a standard, making sure it’s all fresh and not spoiled of course, this job requires someone who is patient and careful with their inspections. Their job as a chef would also require them to keep their work stations clean, making sure not to risk the health of the students or teachers if they decided they wanted a school meal that day.
A Chef would make sure that all students had variety of foods each day, making different meals for possibly different occasions such as taco tuesday and fried chicken friday. Their food would be at a very high standard, being sure that everyone is satisfied with the meals that have been provided. It is important for a chef to work together with other fellow chefs as a team, making sure that food was both high quality and made quickly as well.
Summarized, a Chef’s job puts them responsible for leading a kitchen, cooking the food for the students. Duties include; creating and cooking meals unique to the day of that week, possibly training and leading a kitchen, the Chef is someone capable of preparing uniform dishes, they are responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have been roleplaying for a few years now, mostly as a student on SRP, this makes it simple for me to learn new things when it comes to roleplay and techniques. I take a lot of time working on /mes, trying to word things correctly to make it easy for everyone to read and understand properly. I've learned to make it easier for others to enjoy my company.

Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I would like to join the Employee faction for a number of reasons. Mainly, I have played as a grade 12 or lower for my entire time on SRP. While that does offer a lot of opportunities, it's a very small part of what you can do on SRP. Joining the school will give me new experiences and situations that I've never had to deal with, it'll overall improve me as a roleplayer. I want to open myself to everything else available on SRP, not just the surface of it.

Situations
/Do not mention use of FearRP/

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:

He’d firstly remind them of the rules, if they continue to be disrespectful then give a lecture about why cursing and insulting is bad, this would count as their first warning. If that still doesn’t work then he’d issue another warning, making the threat that they could be reprimanded with detention. Anatoly would be sure to let the students leave with the proper knowledge of what they have done wrong, making sure that they did not get into trouble with this in the future, hopefully.
He would try not to be too harsh with punishments, though he would of course issue warnings and maybe even a detention if it got too bad. Anatoly would only ever call the help of a faculty member in this kind of situation if it got out of his control, if the student began to threaten him, or something more extreme rather than just insulting.
Anatoly would of course be calm during this entire interaction, being sure to de-escalate the situation as much as he possibly could. If things were to get worse he would keep his cool so that he could think straight. He would act as professionally as possible, talking to them in a calm and cool manner in order to get control of the situation.

You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
He’d try to break up the fight, getting in between them both if necessary before trying to figure out what the problem was. Upon possibly finding the reason for the fight, depending on what the fight was about, he’d either radio a faculty member in to help out or try to sort out the problem himself. Anatoly would do this by talking to them both separately, one at a time, then deciding on what the proper way to handle the problem is.
If he was unable to find the source of the problem then he’d remind them of the rules and warn them not to do it again, or give whoever he thought was the instigator, a detention. In both scenarios he’d take the injured to the nurse’s office afterwards, and give everyone involved a warning. If he found the issue to be serious, but still could not identify the source of the issue, Anatoly would radio for another faculty member in order to get a second opinion on the best course of action. If Anatoly was aware that this was possibly one of the children of a faculty member, he’d radio them to get them involved to hopefully improve the chances of getting this issue resolved.
Anatoly would write this down in a report for future reference, as well as giving out multiple warnings if they refused to stop, separating them as fast as possible and letting them know the seriousness of this matter.

Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Depending on the seriousness of the offense, he would bring the teacher to the side, alerting them of their error, if they are unable to understand, or do not comply with the request to change it, he’d then take them out of the room/area to explain the error in deeper detail.
If the offense was more serious then he’d begin the same way, by alerting the teacher of the mistake and consequences the faculty have for it, he’d notify the employee of their error only one time, if they refused to listen for whatever reason this may be, he might radio in another co-worker to help deal with the faculty member’s issues, and to hopefully resolve the problem. If the problem was not resolved by this point then he would get SLT involved, giving them all the details they would possibly need to know.
SLT would hopefully come to a final decision about the situation.

When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
He’d try to make conversation with some people in an attempt to get some friends within the faculty, when not doing this he’d catch up on local news and events using websites on his phone’s web browser. He’d possibly make some hot drinks for everyone or cold depending on the weather, hoping this would get someone to start a conversation with him. He’d maybe also sit in a chair and either watch outside the window to relax or take a power nap.
Anatoly would find some time to relax in this room but if a faculty member needed his help with some things he’d of course help out where he could, even if he wasn’t qualified to do so, he’d at least try to give out some advice. Being a chef he’d make some snacks for the other members of school staff.
Anatoly would probably make some cookies or something at home to bring into school and share them out in an attempt to get people to like him, hopefully making them more comfortable in his presence in the process.
Anatoly, when he brought in those snacks, he'd try to make those snacks seasonal, for example at Christmas he’d share out some gingerbread men. Anatoly would spare some time and money to gifting his co-workers with cards and presents too, during Christmas, Birthdays, Easter, Halloween, etc.

Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
(I would have to send this /me in multiple messages)
/me &#ad743bHe would begin by twisting the knob on the overhead stove to 350 degrees (F). He would continue by throwing 6 tablespoons of butter into a small skillet. Once this was done, he would leave it on the stove, turning up the heat to a high-medium. When the butter was melted, he would drop onions and peppers, pre-sliced. He would begin to slowly stir and Cook everything until it was tender. Finding a bowl, he would fill it with flour, he'd quickly dump everything in the pan onto the flour, stirring it until it was well blended. He would gradually begin to add 3 cups of chicken broth as he continued to mix it all together. When it was thoroughly mixed, he would bring it into a pot, putting the entire mess to a boil, cooking and stirring it for just two minutes. He would bring down the heat before adding in tomatoes, seasonings, and slice bits of jalapeño. He would leave it for 5 minutes before adding chili and cream cheese. Once this was done, he would add lots of chicken! Taking a soft rubber brush, he would gently pass it along the surface of the pan until it was covered. He would then add tortillas until it was filled, sprinkling each one with lots of cheese! He'd spoon large amounts of the mixture onto them as well. He would quickly open the oven, letting some of the smoke out before he fitted cooking mittens onto his hands, and placed the Burritos inside, after he had folded them into such. He'd close the oven. He would once again open the oven after some time had passed, letting out all the smoke that was formed. He would place the oven mittens back onto his hands, reaching in to take out all the pan with the burrito, he would leave them on top of the oven once they were out.

/me &#ad743bHe would wait patiently as he began rapping his finger against the counter as he waited for the line to gather before suddenly yelling out, &f"&lALRIGHT! FIRST ONE COME UP AND GET YOUR AMAZING FOOD!!&f" &#ad743bHe'd set the plate of food onto the table, along with some water and a dessert! He would look at the student standing in front of him, he smiled warmly and waved toward the individual, pushing their food forward slowly, &f"Enjoy your food, Kiddo!" &#ad743bHe turned his head to look at the next person walking up.

/me &#ad743bHis eyes would droop down out of tiredness as he placed his hand on the counter and waited for someone to pick up their breakfast, he quietly said, &f"&oBreakfast.. come get your.. breakfast or something.. i don't know man. . I just work here. .&f" &#ad743bHe yawned, covering his mouth as he hummed a quiet tune, waiting for the student to walk up. He placed the food on the counter as he said, &f"Goodmorning and good day. Enjoy your breakfast." &#ad743bHe tried to smile at the student after they had received the food, before setting his hand back and softly tapping his finger

Backstory:
Anatoly was born in a small Russian town. He was never the greatest in school yet he was somehow still an amazing learner. During his earlier days, when he got out of school, he would stay with his father, along with his younger brother, Dmitri. While he was there, he would often do the house chores, while his brother was spoiled by their father.
His father was not kind towards him, in fact, he would often yell at Anatoly for his awful grades, sometimes even resorting to violence in his blind rage. While this did scare him as a kid, he had actually grown a lot from those experiences, and he was still able to love his father despite everything he did.
While this continued to happen over time, one of his main chores was to go out, and buy food to eat. He always loved picking and choosing the fruit, vegetables, meats and all the other assortment of products. When he returned home from talking to the vendors and of course, buying the food, he would be asked to cook. This was always his favorite task besides buying it, because he actually got to work with the food! From the vendors and other citizens around the area, he learned to cook a variety of meals, from traditional Russian dishes, to inspired dishes, and even dishes from places like Spain! He enjoyed the activity of cooking, it's entertaining, and brings him great joy to see something he imagined come to reality as an amazing assortment of smells and tastes.
As Anatoly grew older, his father fell ill. He now spent most of his time watching over him, of course, he still cooked for him and such, yet his father continued to pay no attention to Anatoly's attempts to get closer to him. When he had finally passed away, at the age of 72, Anatoly had made a promise to look after his brother. They moved to a small area where other kids such as themselves were staying. There, they would separate the children into groups. The oldest group, which was 12 and up, would work doing chores, this was easy for him as he had already done it for most of his life, but this became an issue when his brother rolled up to that age. When he had finally turned twelve, Anatoly was required to do his tasks out of respect for his father and love for his brother, it came to a point where he couldn't carry on. The last day Anatoly was there, He offered to take Dmitri to Japan, but he denied the help, deciding to stay. Dmitri had gotten sick of being there, as in just a few weeks, he followed behind Anatoly, into the Island that Karakura remained on.
In Japan, Anatoly decided to learn more about the culinary arts. Karukara's highschool served as a great influence for him. He grew to love cooking more than he did so already. He would practice at home with the new ingredients, ingredients native to Japan. He often gave it to his younger brother. He continued with a relatively normal life in Japan, graduating into college once he was 18.
In college, Anatoly took anything the college had to give with cooking. However, Anatoly's and Dmitri's relationship began to decline, Dmitri went into a depression, and Anatoly wasn't there to help, instead focusing on school and the girlfriend who he was now engaged to. Anatoly quickly finished college after what seemed like an eternity for him, he'd began to spend more time with Dmitri, which was able to repair their relationship.
He worked in a small restaurant in his late-to-mid twenties called "Big ol' meat" after graduating college. The restaurant was located on the outskirts of the island. He continued to work there until one day he got into a fight with his boss; As Anatoly was looking through the restaurant's meat and vegetables, he found large amounts of mold, which he obviously found a massive issue, as the other employees were cooking this and feeding it to people. He was completely disgusted. He talked to the owner in an attempt to get him to fix this health hazard, yet he did nothing. He quit on the spot. Soon, Anatoly had called a health inspector, and the place was permanently closed.
He moved back into Karakura, he settled down nicely before looking for a new job along with his fiancé, Haru. Together they had already begun a small, growing family. He loved to spend time with her, and of course helped her develop as she wanted to continue being a teacher. He stumbled across a chef job at his old high school, Karakura highschool. He applied to it along with Haru, hoping to give the same inspiration and encouragement to the students that he was given while there.

Motivation for Joining KHS:
When I first arrived I was 16, my brother was 12, we continued our simple life while still going to school. I actually began to love the classes, while I never liked school, this one felt different, I believe it was the environment it was able to create for me as a student at the time. The teachers at the school really do believe in the students and try to help them understand things better. It really inspired me to become a member of the school. I loved watching my friends improve their skills, and for me, this was cooking. I want to join KHS for 2 main reasons:
  1. Karakura's high-school has continued to grow over the years. Over my time attending high-school and college, I have been introduced to many people, each one has unique traits that the school is able to understand and work with. It opens my eye to the possibility and opportunities people have with the correct structure and education that KHS provides.
  2. I want to improve as a person. In my life I haven't done much, but I want to do everything I can while I still have a chance. I love spending my time with the students and young children too. I want to show them not just what school can do, but what being creative can do for you too.
Do you have any previous experience working in a school environment? If so, please elaborate (If not, respond with "N/A"):
N/A

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?
I am a kind and dedicated man, I enjoy cooking in large amounts, especially when the cooking adds the added benefit of making someone feel comforted, so I believe that enjoying my work would make me want to stay for longer than anyone else possibly applying. I would love to one day help other people who want to be a chef here as well. The idea of making a variety of meals excites me as an individual who is dedicated to my work and one day I would like to do this professionally. I see this opportunity as a large step in my future career.
I am extremely passionate about cooking and baking, so this position would be somewhat of a dream job for me, a dream come true. If I was to be given this amazing chance and opportunity it would be fantastic, you can count on me for sure to not waste it.
Ever since I was very young I had been cooking for my family, I had tons of practice for those years up until now. My passion mixed with the amount of practice and experience I’ve had, I believe this is more than enough to be qualified without my major degree anyway, I refuse to disappoint the students or the school if I am to be given this chance.

Application Note:
This application was edited though I don't know if I have to change the title or something.. sooooo.. yeah, it was edited
Oh and, in the Motivation for joining KHS it says, "It opens my eye. . ." because he only has one eye LOL, im so funny.. right?.. get it?.. cuz he.. whatever-
