Why make this a suggestion when you, yourself can become one of the symbols of Karakura? From this suggestion you have some sort of idea in mind, use that idea of yours and turn it into your own character and form it into a symbol that you vision. This is possible just of course don’t make it overpowered. Take inspiration from lobster dogs comment. I like the idea you have but the server has its own multiple symbols. From KPD, to individuals, to even criminal masterminds. You can be a symbol if you dedicate yourself to it.
-1 While I do love the silly idea, we already have players trying to act like karakuras superheros (Certain gangs, and of course we have legal hero's, KPD + EMS and government of course... without them I fear we would be a crumb on the floor)
And even if it could be introduced, it would be limited to Event/Staff due to the nature of it I suppose?
You can cosplay as batman, no one telling you not to, but it really isn't realistic to be a hero in a Morden day Japanese town...

There's a reason why batman is a fictional character and not some guy in real life.
In fiction, one doesn't have to worry about legal repercussions or the aftermath of their actions, whereas in real life, things are way.... more different. You can easily find some skits that poke fun of how unrealistic these fiction pieces are.
Now, while Karakura is technically fictional, it has to account for realism more than your average comic or show, given how everyone is a writer in roleplay. Its nature will inevitably cause issues among writers, which doesn't tend to happen as often in other fictional media.
As a matter of fact, I remember some people trying to act as heroes, but all it did was cause issues with them not FearRPing officers and getting in trouble with staff over wanting to stand out and be the main character over others (Yes, your character is the main character in your roleplay environment, but in this case I'm speaking from a global standpoint)
To sum up, batman does go hard, but it's not something that'd work in practice
