I try to be an active player within the SRP community by being online & active on the discord servers, forum chats, and minecraft server. Over the course of time. I will be online around 1-2 hours and more in the weekends. If it’s holidays I can spend the whole evening to late midnight.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?
My intention on why I would like to be part of being a teacher at Taketatsu high to ensure that our students have a good health. By using my knowledge and experiences that I have learned, by my parents, friends and teachers.

Yes, I have roleplaying experience, my first roleplaying that I have done so far, roleplaying as a student in Karakura.
Have you read the faculty manual?
Yes, I have read through all the sections in the faculty manual. From introduction, rules, purpose to end.
What is the classroom log and why is it important?
The classroom logs are important for anyone to track classes, homeworks, to actually note everything they do in their business. So they do not repeat and do the same again. They are also important to allow teachers to view their activity and plan for their future lessons easily.
You want to start a school trip. how do you do it?:
OOC steps:
I would PM the principal or the vice principal via discord, requesting to reserve the place and the time. If accepted, I would take IC steps done.
IC steps:
1) Would send a letter to the principal or the vice-principal requesting the confirmation of the trip, including the place, time, reason, etc..
2) If accepted, I would inform the students about the trip before a couple of days, asking them to bring essentials from water, food, etc. I would also supply myself with emergency tools and pills, and ask some teachers to join the journey for safety, if possible.
3) If not accepted, i would make a fun activity for students in school to allow them to enjoy their time.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when they are in a class?
1. No violence or foul language - not just in class but everywhere.
2. No use of mobile phone during classes, unless special occasions.
3. No consumption of any kind of drinks or food.
4. Respect the rules and everyone within and outside our school.
5. Raise your hands before asking and waiting for your teacher to answer you.
6. No racism, sexism or religious comments.
Summarize your previous RP experience (both in general and at SchoolRP):
Mostly RP’ed as a student and worked in stores like, manager, security and delivery at differents shops, Block mart and 11/7. My example experience working in manager at Block mart is about management your colleagues and lead the shop when your owner or the co-worker aren’t on.
Describe the teachers' ranking system:
- HD: Head of Department - Responsible for most of everything, make sure everyone is holding and doing their workplace. They are responsible of making sure that the teachers are doing their job properly and as planned.
- QTLS: Qualified teaching of learning skills - More experienced teachers than NQT and have the ability to keep themselves, classes and activities. They can teach classes freely without permissions, but are to follow the higher up’s commands.
- NQT: New qualified teacher - New introduced to the school and new to the environment. They are trained by higher ups overtime. Also, they are to follow what is given by The head of departments. They do not have permissions to start classes by their own, as higher ups are required to monitor their classes.
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
The purpose of being a teacher is to educate the students and teach them different things. As a teacher you will ensure that the classroom is relevant calmly, create a positive environment for our students and reduce the problems. As a teacher you work to rate your students according to the degree they are. The teachers' income can estimate about 200,000 yen in Japan. But they can earn more depending on their business. When the day is almost over, after school they continue to grade assignments with the other teachers and prepare for the next day. Because we are a human being like our students and everyone else. We have our spare time to shop, play with our children and spend time for ourselves.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
To develop roleplaying experience for players, as having teachers in our schoolRP server will open a chance for our students to take part in role playing and get their educational rights. It is essential for teacher to provide a peaceful environment for students to receive information and preserve it positively.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
MoSco - It’s a requirement and must have.

He’s very tanned, got brown eyes and has black hair. He is 25 years old. He likes the color ‘blue’ with the combination ‘white’. Loves to wear formal clothes during all seasons. He is normally shy, but gentle and generous to everyone he meets. He has an excellent teamwork with the employees at Karakura school and does his best for everyone and himself for his goal. He believes that students are one of the main factors to develop a peaceful, calm community. Their knowledge is ‘raised’ by teachers that are represented as ‘future builders’.
Scenarios
You find a bunch of delinquents in the corridor who curse and swear, what are you doing?
I go to them calmly and patiently and ask them slowly and quietly to refrain from what they do and ask them what happened and why they get some attention on the corridor. I attempt to solve the problem and positively it from getting even more complicated. If they refrain from listening, I have to call the principal to have them talk to him.
No one in your class listens to a word you say, what do you do?
I would attempt to make the class more enjoyable and host activities. I would allow them to have a 2-5 minutes break in order to melt the ice. If they resume to ignore, I would give them a verbal warning.
When is it in the teacher's lounge, how is your character acting?:
He would sit down together with the other colleagues in a calm way. He would be shy, but he could still communicate with them. He would attempt to gently meet them, chat with them and ask them about their plans. When he is alone, he would structure his new plan for his lessons.

Backstory
Cents was born in year 1994 Thailand, Bangkok and lived there for approximately only one year. He’d moved to Sweden along with his mother, Mrs Clover because she recently got married to another man. His step father was a P.E teacher in Sweden and who Cents looked up to. When he grew up, he wished to be a fine physical teacher at a school he would like to teach at, however Cents was a bit chubby at that point and was very lazy, so he had to change his diet and train hard. Cents finally turned 16 old where he finally was going to choose his first High school in spring. He’d applied for Sport high school for athletes in Sweden. three years later, he already passed the test and Cents was ready for his graduation, he was very shocked that he made it through hell of 3 years work and moved to Japan, Karakura to live there. he’d loved the culture, the environment and the beautiful city of Karakura. He resumed studying the culture, rules and the language in order to fit in with the society as well as keeping up with his training. After months have passed, his bank's purse would become empty as the time passes, so he had to look for jobs. Unfortunately, he failed to apply for one , but he never gave up and searched hard to look for one, until he stumble across Blockymart and got a job there as a cashier. After a few years he got promoted as a manager and he solved his bills and debts' problems. Finally, He was financially stable and he had enough to save for an apartment and apply at Takesatsu high which caught his eyes. he awaits his application to whether be accepted or denied. Although he feels like he might succeed or not, Cents is still very hopeful about his future job, and he will never lose hope as he knows where his heart-mind leads to.
