As a former racer, I feel as if these rules would actually make races much more fun, and actually have a risk of racing other than the usual if KPD can tase you or you can get away first. This would also make clarification on racing rules a bit more fair to racers.

Joking. In all seriousness, this sounds like a great suggestion, more roleplay, more fun for both parties. However, there are some issues I will point out, and others i'll just reply about.

• Street Racing are now considered as an Appealable Felony, meaning Racers upon getting arrested and released cannot be seen by cops driving a car for an X amount of days OOC-ly (Never above a month) and can be appealed by paying a fine and regaining their Driving License back so to speak.

If you mean appealable felony as in it getting removed from their record, thats not possible. Felonies as well as misdemeanors can only be removed via court. However, the idea of the suspended driving period is pretty cool! The fine should just be around 20-25k though, nothing extreme. Maybe 10-15k even.

• Street Racers who decide to get violent with KPD in their cars will risk double felony and a doubled Appeal fine.

We cannot give double felonies! Unless they did that exact felony on two different officers. If they get violent in their cars, they'll mostly just get one felony charge and obstruction of justice. So thats pretty good for y'all! :D

Police are to only conduct roadblocks and pit maneuvers using Police Cruisers as opposed to Police Bikes.

That would be pretty cool to do, but the car would obviously have to be RIGHT next to the vehicle to do a pit maneuver, just so people don't say the car is out of range. This isn't something you can really roll for, though. So try to keep your distance!

Due to Japan’s Police Cruisers law, Police may not use Accelerators as it’s deemed illegal modification. (Added Proposal: Citizens can be fined if caught using accelerators by the Police.)
