Stuck In Grade 9

EVIDENCE: I Have been stuck in Grade 9 for over a week and I haven't graded up even though It says I have reached the maximum grade, I Don't know how to provide evidence but if you look on the player logs, i'm sure you'll see. My friend AdeVictor also has the same problem
