Stuck On Grade Nine

I have Been Trying To Grade up for 2 months or so I have been stuck with grade 9 for 3 or so months, I tried using /help but they didn't answer I went to classes still didn't work it says I reach the maximum grade even when nothing happens, Please Help With The Grades -TheeSushi
