Stupid Question?

Where do I "complain," I'm not trying to complain I'm just confused, about the reason something got denied? Yes, I know using the word "complain" is immature of me but I'm just bothered by the fact that I never did anything wrong.

I meant where do I complain about a reason that a ban appeal has gotten denied.
