How often do you log onto the server?: I try to log onto School RP everyday, If not every other day.

Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: I have been banned 4 times for Sapphire Farming, Lying to staff, EvadingRP, and Mingerunning. But I have learned from my past and I am ready to look forward and have corrected all my wrongs, I promise I will obey by all the rules.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: Yes, I get on whenever I can. If I become in active I will notify you.
Do you recognize that you can be ICly fired?: Yes, I fully comprehend I can be fired ICly.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: Office Manager Job Duties: Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: No. I am eager to try.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: gangrp, delivery man, shop jobs etc. Also I've been playing games that involve roleplay for at least 4-5 years now.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: Yes, my job is to organize order into the work place.
[Situations]
During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: You would tell them to stop cursing or they will get detention. If they continue I would then report them to the principal and write a detention slip.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: If it's for the students/peers safety, I would do it. If it's just because the principal wanted me to, I would ask him if what I'm doing is safe, and if not, I would need a good reason to be doing it.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would tell them to stop before anything could go wrong, then threaten them with the reporting them if they continue. If they proceed to do it, I would then report them to the principal.

Job: Office Manager Motivation for Joining YHS: I used to go to YHS, I was inspired by the staff as a kid. As a kid it was my dream job. I would now love to accomplish my goal as a child, and join the best and nicest staff I've ever seen, and become the best me anyone has ever seen.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I would put in a lot of work, and stay after time. Just to make sure the school is kept up and everyone is okay. I care about the well being of students and my peers. I would put my life at risk to save a students or another employee.
