I mean if they're threatening you with the weapon, you can just straight up try to mug the weapon in question; alternatively, if they're making threats towards you with the weapon your also gaining KPs and can just stab them in the neck and mug the weapon off their dead corpse

I believe that when someone displays a Weapon and uses it to fear someone into doing certain actions, it should be kill permissions on their character.

that's already a thing, quoted from the rules:

9.6c Death Threats: If someone verbally threatens to kill or negatively impact a member consisting of you or your gang/family, you may assault them. Once they make an action displaying a weapon, showing that they intend to follow through with their words, you may execute your kill permissions.
