Any form of warping / teleporting to specific locations in the server (excluding /spawn and the train stations) will likely not be implemented, the reason being in the owner's response to a similar suggestion here:

I think something like this was suggested for apartments before and it was denied. It doesn't give realism when you are trying to get from one place to another. Yes, /spawn exists and in simple cases, it is fine to do. But there are restrictions when you can/cannot use it, for example, if you are running from the police/attackers, you can't spawn as it isn't realistic in that situation.
