WHAT YOU WANT TO SUGGEST OR MENTION:
Adding a notification that pops up on your screen (toggleable) when your rented property will expire within three days, or however long feels necessary

HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?:
Just a good reminder for players who might've forgotten about the fact they own property that may or may not have important stuff inside of it. Not much to note, just a simple pop-up in chat saying that your residence expires within three days or so that you can also toggle off, however I'm not sure how possible this is between the plugins which may be a problem, but could be a good idea nonetheless

Though for the most part, we see how much time we have left every time we visit our apartment, this is a good suggestion. Having letters and mail sent to us would also encourage use of the post office for more than just collecting things from the auction house.

The mailman has arrived to Karakura, him being used to deliver packages and bill warnings is definitely realistic. If someone is active, they deserve to keep their property.

Thank you for your suggestion! After discussing this with the team we have decided to decline it.

- It is your responsibility as the owner of the property to ensure it doesn't run out of rent. As it stands, you can rent your property for up to a year, so buy extra months if you can afford to do so!​

- Enabling some sort of notification for this will also allow inactive/unused apartments to be claimed for no reason which only contributes to the struggle players are having in finding a place to stay.​

Overall not a bad idea, but its cons out way the pros other than for your individual convenience; try to be considerate others​
