Similarly to what sak said, the Saiky family already has estate keepers, however I do like the idea of increasing their presence, and even having a hierarchy within them

EDIT: This would be a really great idea, not as a faction, but as a business! I agree with the points made below.

+1 to encouraging lore families to have more external involvement from players ( as staff, most likely, or just to explore parts of the estate).
-1 to a new faction, only because I think it'd be more suited for a business or for something managed by estate owners themselves

Look to what Sak said, this is already a thing but is not something that is announced like factions are. I can't speak for Akihito but in Saiky anyone is welcome to become an estate keeper as long as you talk to Sak or Rex, which I promise they don't bite they are very lovely people. This shouldn't become a faction, and while there aren't exactly announcements about estate keepers it is something I and I know others often bring up to get the message out there about them.
though I wouldn't be apposed to more families possibly having something like this even if they don't have an estate (as currently only Akihito and Saiky do in game)
