WHAT YOU WANT TO SUGGEST OR MENTION:
Private Support Tickets within the Discord and Private Support Forums
The idea of this is to make all tickets, similar to help tickets in the Minecraft server, completely private within the forums and the discord. The help channel does not need to be completely removed as there is most definitely active use for it, but there will be moments where you'll want to make a support ticket regarding an inactive player or regarding help with lost items. Although it may seem a rather strange idea to include item requests to be private, but considering some previous experiences with people metagaming about some items and trying to take it to their advantage, private support forums may be a great idea to prevent them from happening.
Similar to ban appeals and community reports and how they look empty to the normal player, this should apply for any other Support / request.
HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?:
A private sub-forum that allows players to have their forum not be seen by others would simply lift an anxiety that many others would have regarding making requests. People enjoy privacy and would prefer the idea of being able to get whatever they need fixed in private than to have someone spectate on the side.
A private forum especially for getting an apartment disowned will also be good for those who have been actively trying to search for an apartment within the server to no avail. If one finds an inactive user and does not have a senior admin immediately there to help, or has been told to go to the forums regarding said issue, they'll have to risk their opportunity in getting an apartment after searching every single complex there is to see if someone has been inactive for a month or more.
The competitive attitude of trying to get something back as soon as possible or trying to get an apartment disowned and claimed before anyone else adds an unnecessary tension. This will benefit the server and community as a nice sense of reassurance to those players including myself, who most honestly, also wouldn't want to lose a decent opportunity for an apartment in-game.
