- Club Leader is considered an intermediate role, whilst we encourage players of all sorts to apply, please note that the tasks of a club leader can be intensive at times when it comes to meeting event's and club member management.
- When it comes to inactivity, it must be logged or you could face reprimand or possible termination in extreme cases, you are responsible for your own activity, your club's activity and your club's retention.

Tapped against the lens of the camera, furrowing her brows ever so slightly. . “Is this thing on. .? Oh, the red light means. . It is on, good!” I guess this part was forgotten about during editing. Awk. The perky individual backed away from the camera, sitting properly behind a desk. “Hi! My name is Sakurazaki Kazama!”Please answer these questions from an In Character standpoint.

Hummed, resting her elbows on the desk, tilting her head to the side. Green and a few pink strands fell over her face in the process, still speaking up with that same excitement! Obviously, someone was eager at the prospect of applying for a club. “I’m 19 years old and currently a college bachelor!"What is your motivation to lead a club within the school? (250+ words)
A sudden wave of determination washed over Sakurazaki’s face, getting straight to the point. She was SERIOUS about this! “My parents own a cafe somewhere preetttyyy small. . A little island off the coast of Japan, actually, not too far from Karakura. Since it’s a family business, I have been working there since I was 9 years old! Well, ooobviously I’m not working there anymore, but, y’know. Anyways, back on topic!” Huffed, getting herself back in the game. “I’ve always loved the cafe work. One day, I hope to take over their cafe! But, until then, I’m working hard by myself to get the experience in. I feel like having a host club could give me that experience, ya feel? It’s like owning and managing my very own mini-cafe!”Grinned, pushing some hair over her shoulder. “Alsoooo, it could provide a nice little space for the students in Karakura school, right? A nice place to get snacks when it’s open, or just hang around somewhere cozy and quiet. It’d be a space where hooopefully everyone can get along! Because, as any good cafe does, I would not permit any harm to anyone else in my space. That totally ruins the vibe, ugh!” Crossed her arms, bothered by even the thought of someone causing trouble in her space.
That aside. . “As well as that, when I was younger, my mother instilled these. . ‘Proper’ values in me. Let me go into more detail on that. She really cared about properness and whatnot, teaching me how to be a proper ‘lady’ when serving. Fancy dresses, proper posture. . Wow, I am using the word proper a LOT right now. Anyways. . There’s nothing wrong with cute, fancy outfits and a proper, polite manner of serving. But, why just stick to that? Many host clubs like to keep it tame, fancy everything and stuff, ya feel? Well, I wanna stray from that! Obviously we’ll still DO that, but that isn’t the only thing I wanna do. I wanna explore my more creative side when it comes to this, with themed cafe days, pop-up cafes. . Liiike, a cat day, maid day, superhero day. I’m handy when it comes to creating clothes and costumes, so it will also give me a chance to put those skills to use! But, it can make school more interesting for club members and students attending the cafe, I think it’ll be a great way to keep people engaged!!”

There was a sudden look of smugness instilled over Sakurazaki’s face, like she KNEW she deserved the position. “Why choose me over other candidates? Well, why wouldn’t you?” Like she was The Flash himself, Kazama sat up straight and stretched her fingers out with every point she made. “I’ve basically wanted this since, like, five-ever. My heart would be FULLY in the club, I mean, do you think you could find anyone more dedicated than me? NOPE! I’m super pretty, which attracts a lot of people to clubs. Easy to look at and easy to listen to, what more could you want? I’ve always got energy. Always. That can also draw people in! And it’ll keep the club going like a well-oiled engine.”“Not to mention that my ideas are unique and never-ending. I have a lot of different interests, and if you take my club members interests into account as well, that’s a list of never-ending ideas! I’m sure a few restaurants wouldn’t mind the clubs services for events, either. It provides a bunch of business opportunities, it’d be silly not to accept the host club!” Well, talk about over-confident. . Was that such a bad thing, though?

Provide a small summary of your club (75 words)
The host club will serve as somewhat of a mini-cafe. It will serve a fixed menu at least once every two weeks, during school time, in an attempt to keep members and players engaged! The main theme of the club will be a whimsical and elegant vibe. However, from time-to-time, I want to have different themes to switch things up and make things a little extra fun! As mentioned before, there could be a cat day where members have cat ears and maybe cat themed outfits, maid day which would be equivalent to a maid cafe, etc. The main point of the host club is to entertain their classmates with tea, snacks, and charming conversation. The room will be transformed into a luxurious space with fancy couches, fine china, tea sets, and elaborate decorations. I will try to incorporate that into Minecraft as well as I can. As well as that, there is no money exchanged for the treats served to students, making it much more accessible. The club functions as a place for students to enjoy a fairy-tale fantasy and focuses on keeping the community engaged and encourage roleplay!Answer these questions how you see reasonable, get creative so long as it gets the point across and is clear to read.

Will there be any requirements of future members to join your club?
- The main requirement for the club is to be prepared to semi-detailRP! As this is supposed to be a more ICLY interactive experience, I would like members to put in that extra effort for their roleplay. To ensure this, there will be an IC interview to see peoples roleplay skills.
- Must be Grade-10 or above.
- Must be willing to actually participate in host club openings, not just club meetings.
- Attend at least one meeting OR opening a month.
- If someone joins on a character that is meant to be rude or mean, they are expected to be polite during openings to keep the club's theme accurate. However, that is not to stop characters from being themselves and unique, just in a polite way!
For people to apply to the host club, they will first have to fill out a google form which will be checked by the higher ups and club leader. If we like the application, the individual will be moved onto the interview section! This will be an IC interaction where the person doing the interview will seat and serve the club leader and higher ups to see how their roleplay skills are and how their character portrays themself.
Provide one school-wide event that your club may host
Fairytale Fun-derland -The Fairytale Fun-derland! For this school-wide event, it would take place on either the pier or in the park across from the family store. The theme is in the name, fairytales! Brothers Grimm tales from Snow White to Little Red Riding Hood, members of the club will be dressed up as these characters for the event. There will be a section for the usual host club cafe, Cinderella themed. People who wish to dine there will be met by a member at the entrance who will then escort them to their table and serve them. The characters club members will be dressed as for this section will be, of course, Cinderella, Prince Charming, the wicked step-mother, the wicked step-sisters, and Cinderella’s mouse friend. Depending on how many members the club has, this may be cut down to have more members outside of the Cinderella dining experience.
Outside of the Cinderella dining experience, there will be food stalls for the people who want to grab a bite but don’t want to sit down and wait for it! There will be two stalls, a ‘Little Red Riding Hood’s Basket’ stall and a ‘Wicked Fairy’s Potions’ stall! For these, I was thinking of having two different restaurants sell their select items at the stalls. Rather than having Red Riding Hood and the Wicked Fairy sell from the stall, though, I think it would be nicer if they hovered around the stalls and interacted with customers or just people around it.
For activities, there will naturally be a photo booth where you can take a picture by yourself, with a friend, or the club member assigned to the photobooth! However, that can’t be all. There’ll be a club member with a riddle to give to people, which will send them on somewhat of a quest to all these different members, dressed as different fairytale characters! If they manage to make it to the last person, they will be given a small treat for their accomplishment. Nothing crazy, but still a sign of accomplishment. This is because there’s a bigger prize to be given out at theeee. . Best Dressed Competition! People attending the event will be encouraged to dress up to take part in the competition. They could dress up as their favourite fairytale character, general fairytale theme and vibes, or even in a fantasy costume! The rewards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be money, but I’d have to see how much is available at the time. Additionally, there will be musical performances! Sakurazaki is part of a band who can perform at the event, however, I would also like to have the music club take part to perform!
Provide one flash event that your club may host
Maid Cafe Rebrand -The club openings as a whole may seem like flash events every time it opens, so to deter from this, I came up with a way for flash events to have that extra interaction while still staying on theme with the club without going into a bigger event.
A flash event my club will host is a themed cafe at the club room! As mentioned before, these will stray from the clubs main theme and are meant more to be a one-time thing. To go into more specifics, I will focus on the maid day. For the maid cafe flash event, each member will get their own new custom outfit that is on theme and also has a bit of personality for the character it is meant to represent! By this, I mean the character arch-type a member is supposed to perform. My idea for this was to have whoever is present be a different ‘dere’ type. Some people may find it cringe, but it provides for a different type of roleplay than what people may be used to! So, members will be expected to perform the role of the dere type given to them. For example, someone who is given the role of ‘tsundere’ is expected to act harsh and easily embarrassed. Or a ‘himedere / oujidere’ who will be expected to act arrogant and sweet at times. Small changes will also be made to the club room for these themed days, nothing too extreme but also easily noticeable. Menus will not change for these flash events.
Provide one club activity that your club might host
The Great Host Club Shotgun Wedding -A fun club activity my club would host is the Host Clubs shotgun wedding! I’ll have books with different roles on them, labeled randomly so I don’t know which role is contained inside of them. They will be given out to club members, telling them their role. So, examples of the roles would be bride, groom, maid of honour, mother of the groom, etc. Each role will have a goal to fulfill! Let's take the best man for example. Their goal would be to object to the wedding, professing their undying love for either the bride or groom. Or the officiant, their goal is to keep forgetting what they have to say next, making the wedding extra awkward.
However, how do we make it on theme with the host club? Well, the wedding dinner of course! Club members will have to go around in their wedding attire and pick people up to bring to the wedding dinner that will be held at the club room after the wedding. The bride and groom will each choose one random person, who is not a club member, to make a speech about the wedding they did not attend. And how will this activity end? In a divorce! The groom will push the brides face into the cake, an unfunny wedding prank, which will end in an awful argument and finally, a divorce. The divorce lawyer being Sakurazaki, naturally.
Although, when it comes to this idea, there is the issue of people being younger. Should someone get a role that may not be appropriate for them, I will switch out their role and get everyone to tell me their role once I give it to them so that we can avoid that kind of situation.
