In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: A Teaching Assistant has to help students in a class.For an example they could help answer questions when students raise their hand,their biggest priority is to help the teacher.They'd have to hand out books or show an example of something to the class. They would have to make sure everything is safe around the school.If a student has a problem they would be there to try and sort it out.They also have to stop students from disturbing the lesson outside the class.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: In another server I used to role play with a lot of teaching experience.I role played as a teacher most of the time,And sometimes assistant.In real life when I was about eight I used to play teaching with my friends.I always love to act as a teaching assistant at school.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: In general,my experience in role play is mainly school role play. I've been role playing for a year and have much experience.Even though I joined recently I have an idea of role playing on this server.I was always the soft character in role play. But i was always restricted to not being the main character.I feel like this is the chance I have to use my experience in the teacher assistant role.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: A Teaching Assistant does , paperwork (like grading) and sometimes things like lesson planning. A teaching assistant or teacher's aide (TA) is an individual who assists a teacher with instructional responsibilities.Also Reinforce lessons presented by teachers by reviewing material with students one-on-one or in small groups.

During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I would act calmly and strictly towards the students stating that they should not disrupt and curse in class. If they do not react or co-operate with me I would tell them to come outside and have a strict talk about what is right and wrong. If that does not work, I would report to a higher rank.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I would react calmly but, cautiously since, hazardous means a dangerous task. I would intend to do the task I was given unless if it is too extreme to handle or do.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would warn them to stop immediately, this kind of dangerous behaviour or such is not tolerated on school grounds. I would try talking it out with them and convince them to stop. If they continue and ignore my request i would have to go inform a teacher.

Motivation for Joining YHS: Ever since I was a child, I always had a passion for teaching assistants and the complex job they do. They are often regarded as insignificant compared to teachers, however the way they support those less able students really motivated me to take up a job in that field. I would love to move onto a more complex field of study in the future, but at the moment being a teaching assistant is the best for me, as I am not under so much pressure.
