❀Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?❀
What would a school look like without teachers? SRP as a whole identifies over the school aspect in my eyes. Teachers are the backbone of this institution. They provide students not just with education and knowledge, but also with support and guidance. Classes are an important part of SchoolRP and this for a class needs to be lead by a teacher. They help improve the integrity and realism of the whole server and are a huge part of the whole expirience that SchoolRP offers.
I want to say it simple, teachers in SRP are trying to apply the importance of teachers in real life to create a realistic and engaging environment.
The whole school Part of this server and with that the Core of its existance would go extinct without active and engaged teachers on the Server

❀What is your motivation for becoming a Teacher?❀

Ever since i have been a child i have seen my teachers as an inspiration. These people, who can deliver so much knowledge to a goup of children or teenagers always made me look up to them in a way. Growing older I realised through helping siblings with their homework or tutoring other students in my school through a 'students help students' programm, that teaching is actually an activity I myself thrive in. After graduating recently I decided to dedicate myself to that. Now i i am actually trying to become a teacher for English and History. Now transfering my goal and passion into a game and a server i really learned to adore is a great opportunity for my development as a person but also as a teacher, since i can try to get topics into class that I myself will have to teach one day.
Plus as a player I am very motivated to have the ability to change the school day and make it more fun for people to be in school. There are times were i just wait for school to end because no classes are happening or nothing else seems fun in that moment. Having the opportunity to give players chances to RP in class seems really nice to me and I am able to do that, because i am active quite much.

Arlo's time in school has often been a struggle for them, they always knew that many children saw them differently even tho Arlo didn't even understand why it was that way in the beginning. Growing older they would grow to understand, that they wouldn't really fit in any of the gender specifics. Often being bullied for that they not only learned to stand up for themselfs, but also to be a voice for the ones that weren't able to speak up. This dedication soon was transformed into an urge to be the support that Arlo never had while in school so they were fascinated by the craft of teaching.
As for their high interest in history, Alro has always been told stories about the past by their grandma which always chaught them fascinated in the past. That fascination about the past and history of her family soon turned into the interest about the past of the whole world and an exassive focus into these kind of topics, so they were sure which subject they would study.

Right upon time, they would knock on the door to the interview, politely waiting to be called in. Once they hear the call they take a deep breath and open the door confidently: "Good Afternoon, I am really glad to meet you"
They say in a polite and warm voice
"I am Arlo Candy De La Fuente, I am here for the Interview for the position of a history teacher"
After introducing themself they would smile and wait to be offered a seat

"I am currently 30 years of age, even tho I dont really feel that old"
Saying that, they would proceed to let out a slight laugh, that they try to loosen up the pressure that is set on them by the situation of the interview.

They would place their handbag on their lab to open it up, before pulling out a folder with a well kept quality and preserved look. They would hold it in their hands and keep looking at the folder for the fragment of a second.
"Okay, when it comes to my qualifications..."
Proceeds to open the folder, after giving it a slight clean up swipe, to present both their graduation paper from their school days as well as the spanish graduation document from them studying history, placing them infront of their interviewer.
"As you can see, I studied history back in Spain and aced my graduation exam. So I would like to apply for the position as a history teacher at your lovely facility as previously mentioned"

Before you would stand a kind looking androgynous person standing at the height of 5'9'', weighing 150lbs. Their presence seems to be calming and welcoming. They always have a warm smile on their face and would slightly stand out with their soft green hair which is styled in a mullet. Alro was born in Spain and studied history there. Their straight posture and positive mood would always be acompanied by a sweet flowery scent. They are a deeply caring person, always looking out for everybody around them, creating a safespace for everyone that isn't able to protect themselfes.
Their eyes shimmer in a green tone like the grass on a mild spring day and their hair is dyed to accompany that look. Always wearing a brown woll coat and a professional jeans, they give of a calming and professional vibe. Soft skin and female facial features make them appear almost like a women but their skinny but defined built give of a more male tone.
The fact, that they have a need to take care for the people around them makes them very likable, they get through to the anyone around them through kindness and appreciation. But still, Arlo hates any form of discrimination, that quickly makes them lose their always kind and caring vibe. They would be strict about mobbing, insulting or fighting and would make no exceptions for anyone when it comes to handing out fair consequences.When it comes to that scenario, their calm and welcoming voice will turn strict and commenting, making sure that everyone understood what they meant.

Noticing the student looking quite confused they would look at them with a warm smile asking in an interested tone and with a caring voice, to encourage them to speak up, trying to make every student feel comfortable asking questions because Arlo is convinced that asking is the key to understanding, which he finds to be a message that the students need to learn even more then only studying the lessons material.
"Is there anything that you would need me to explain again?"
Waiting for the student to characterize their struggle, they would proceed to explain the material again always making sure the student is able to follow them, with caring looks they would reassure themselfes over the students face, that the question is answered so the student understands the topic to its fullest.
While teaching their class Arlo would always look out for students to raise their hand to be notified about misunderstandings or pending questions. If asked properly they would proceed to explain the topic to their students until no questions remain.
❀A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?❀
Keeping a positive atitude they would encourage them to pay attention to the material, smiling directly at them and with that trying to get them to keep on working in their class through positivity and encouragement.
"Remember guys, this will be part of your guys homework which is going to be graded, so keep working motivated, I want to see you at the graduation ceremony after all."
Noticing that the two studtents are still disruptive they would slightly get more serious in their tone, clearing their throat and brushing crossing their arms in a dissapointed but well reassured posture, giving them their last warning. Even tho they want every student to be passing, they are not tolerate the people that are trying to learn to be disrupted by those that do not.
"I am serious, this is important. If you are not able to pay attention to class, I will have to send you out of this room or even consider more serious consequences, so please get in line now"
With the students still not able to get in line they would get slightly annoyed, deciding that kind words only might not be able to get those students in line, they look at them strictly talk in a serious tone, while making their way over to them with a straight and almost elegant posture. Their back straight and their chin up high. Their eyes glancing with cold determination and the strict thought in mind, that consequences might be needed.
"I warned you, you are disrupting the students in this room, who actually want to learn and understand. I will have to ask you two to leave now, because you are actively disrupting my class and, as it seems, are not able to stop."
They would proceed to remove the two from their class in a short but clear announcement, their voice now being strict and convinced to set a clear message. Coming back to the front of the class and turning around to face the students, their mood swapping back to the well known calm and welcoming person that they usually are keep teaching positively as always with their warm and empathetic voice, smiling at every question the students would ask, making no other students feel, that some students were being disuptive.

The class learns about the egyptian empire. They would be seperated in 4 mostly equally large groups which all get a topic assigned.

The egyptian architecture (Pyramids and statues)-> This group is supposed to find information about the question how and why the Egyptians built pyramides and giant sculptures like the Sphinx.

Religion -> This group is supposed to find facts about the polytheistic religion of the Egyptians, understanding the different gods and their assigned task.

Hierarchy -> This Group is assigned with finding facts about the hierarchy of the Egyptian society, figuring out which classes there are and what they mean.

At the begining of the class Mister De La Fuente would give a small explanation of historical sources and the work of historians, including questions like: "How do we gather historical information?" , "What are the responsibilities of a historian?"
After that they would continue to ask the class, what kind of historical sources they know and what informations about the past these could be inheriting.
At last they would give the class an example of an historical source and explain how to study it step by step, before making them DetailRP their own evaluation of a given text.

The class would combine historical knowledge and Drama Class. The students would get historical events like Napoleons last days on the remote island called Saint Helena in 1821. They would need to try to play out Napoleons thoughts based on the knowledge about the life he had. Multiple scenarios would be given to make many students participate.

The task of every pair is to design a Collage that combines their creative thinking with historical knowledge. At the end of the class each pair would present their Work to the teacher and get their oppinion on their work.

When everything is ready, they would shout out questions like "Would you rather live during the medival times or would you prefer to live during the industrialization?", pointing towards one of the fields with every options.
