Ok so we all know that when you open tab it shows peoples names and their role. And when their name is long it will overlap the next section of the tab. So my suggestion is to not make it overlap but instead show 3 dots at the end to signal that the name goes on.

How will this benefit the server and community?:
This will make it so names won't overlap and will make it easier to read things in other sections. For example when a name overlaps and animal tag it becomes a bit hard to read it so this would make it easier.

I don't know if this is even in their control, but even so, it's not necessary.
The tab overlap depends on your GUI scale. Setting them to 2 solves this issue.

This isnt something that SRP can fix. It is a Client side issue. This can be fixed by turning your GUI scale down in your Minecraft Settings

Technically, the most SRP could do is create a different placeholder value that truncates player names depending on the overall length of their name and role. However, this might be messy since not all characters have the same length

These two are considered 'characters', as in symbols that can be typed out

Therefore, even if they did that, it still wouldn't fix much without directly suppressing 90% of the character's name, not to mention it'd also have to account for the roles said player(s) have and client GUI size.

It's best to just downscale your GUI to 2 (or simply don't open tab if it's too annoying)
