Describe your activity on the server:
I've been playing SRP since the beginning of 2022. In this time I made many experiences.
At the beginning of my playtime on this server, I made casual roleplay like going to school, and spending my time meeting with other people.
After that I already tried to apply for the caretaker role, to get an other view of the many sides of roleplay but sadly I got denied.
In the last few months I was included in GangRP. I joined several gangs, and dealed with illegal stuff.
And now, I'm trying to get a caretaker once again.

With my character, Timur Müller, I'm appling for the School employee role as a caretaker of the Karakura High!
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
Caretakers are responsible for keeping the school clean, being a point of contact and maintaining the school image. They represent the students and ensure fairness. They are also responsible for maintaining order at Karakura High and preventing complications.

Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
In the many years I have been playing on this server I have learned a lot about the faculity and have decided to apply for one of these jobs. I was most interested in Caretakers. They always have good connections to the students and are always ready to help, so I decided to become one. I want to finally become a part of this team and be there for the students just like the caretakers before me. I've always been good at helping people and now I want to try to do the same at Karakura High. Being a part of the faculty is a very big wish of mine and being a caretaker is too. Making a difference is my motto!

✿Situations✿
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
At first, my character would approach the student openly and talk to him. He would first ask him why the student says something like that and what his reasons were. After that, my character would kindly tell them to refrain from doing so from now on and to remain polite and respectful towards the faculity. If the student were to do something like this again, my character would give them a warning. If it should happen again after the last warning, my character would send them to detention so that he can learn his lesson. My character doesn't particularly like to punish the students because he wants a good image at the Karakura high and he wants also a good relationship with the students.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
If my character saw two students attacking each other, he would first step between them. He would separate the two and asked what happened. Then my character would talk to each student individually to better understand the situation. After listening to both versions, he would send each student to detention. If one or both of the students had serious injuries, he would take them to the Karakura High nurse. If the students resisted, my character would call another member of the faculty to help clarify the situation. In serious cases, my character would call the SLT.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
My character would first talk to the employee privately to understand why he did it. He would make him understand that what he did was wrong and that he must report it to the SLT. After reporting the employee, he would also talk to the student and apologize to him with the gulity employee. My character thinks it is terrible to abuse his job and carry out negative actions in his job. SLT can then decide what will happen to the employee, but my character will make it clear to the SLT that there must be consequences for the gulity person.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
In the break room, my character would mingle with the people and not attract attention. He would make a few small talks and talk about the day ahead. He would make sure that everyone was OK, but if this was not the case, he would talk to the person concerned about his problem and find a good solution. When my character left the break room, he would make sure that everything was clean and that the coffee cups and glasses were in their right place. He would also clear the place where he was sitting and make room for the next employee. After he had finished tidying up, my character would leave the break room and continue working.

/me As he looked at the student he'd shook his head. "Why did you do something like that?" He'd look at [Students name] and also asked them "Can you tell me what happened?" He'd stay quiet at first but then starts talking "Alright so no one will say something? I got you!" He'd take out a detention slip and a pencil starting to write something down. "Still nothing? Okay no problem..." He'd continue writing the students names on the paper. He'd hand them the detentions slips. "I see both of you in detention. Have a good day." Again he'd look at both of them with a seroius face and walked off
/me He'd pull out a chair, sitting on it. He'd gave the other emloyee a kind smile and telling him to take a place. "So who's been your day [Employees name]?" He'd continue smiling as he stood up getting a cup of coffee. "Oh don't mind me, keep talking I'm just getting somethingg to drink!" In his head there'd be many thoughts but he kept smiling. As he sat down again, listening to [Employees name] he got up again a few seconds ago. "It was nice a nice talk thank you!" He'd pushed the chair back in, leaving the room with a light smile
/me He'd looked at the student with a kind smile as he says "Welcome! Take a seat." As they both sat he'd take out a sheet of paper and also a pencil. He'd start writing the students name and the date. "So, tell me, what happened. I'm listening" He'd began to write the situation on the paper. After he finsihed he'd stood up to shake the students hand. "Thank you very much! I'll hand this to SLT and we'll see what we can do for you!" He'd smile britghtly as he reached his hand out his hand to shake [Students name] hand

✿Timurs backstory✿
THE YOUNGER YEARS
Timur was born in Munich, Germany in 1998. He grew up in a loving, caring and hardworking family. When he started school, he had an incredible amount of fun at school, he got good grades and had many friends. When he started at the "Realschule" [German school], everything was fine at first and he did well at school. But over the years he had problems keeping up. In his private life he had a lot of stress because his mother became ill and had to take care of her because his father had to work abroad. Since he couldn't find time to look after his mother and concentrate on school, he dropped out of school to have time just for his mother...
Timur's life got very difficult...
When he dropped out of school, he tried to earn money by taking on small jobs. But the money wasn't enough, so he became a criminal. He joined a gang, the biggest gang in Munich. His mother wasn't happy about it because she knew Timur as a good person and not a criminal. But Timur had to keep going and stayed in the gang. He made an incredible amount of money and was able to get enough money to send his mother to a hospital where she was cared for. He applied to his old school to finish his degree, but they didn't accept him. A few days later he got a call. The gang Timur was active in was caught by the police and many people were arrested. Timur was desperate and just waited for the police to come to him. But he had an idea. With the remaining money he had, he bought a plane ticket to Karakura, Japan...
LIFE IN KARAKURA
When he arrived he had no money, no degree, he had nothing. He wrote a letter to his mother to let her know that he was fine and that he had flown to Japan to live there. At first Timur didn't know what to do. But then he decided to try to go to school again. So when he was 17 years old he applied to Karakura High and he was accepted! It was the happiest moment in his life and he was happy to get another try. So he worked hard to be a good student and he succeeded! He only got good grades, his mother was fine again and she also came to Karakura to live there from now on. He graduated and now needed a job. Timur remembered the caretakers at Karakura High and how good they were to him. So he decided to become a caretaker too to help people like him and give them a second chance.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
My life was hard, I had no future and made bad decisions in my life. But I grew when Karakura High took me in to give me a second chance. This school gave me my life back and enriched it in many moments of my life. Everyone there was kind to me and cared about me, especially the faculty team. And now? Well, now I want to give back to Karakura High what it gave me. I want to become a cartaker there to help students like I was helped. I want to understand the students and help them to spare them a life like I had.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I am ambitious, motivated and, above all, specific. I feel like I can understand the people there very well and can help them better than the others. I took a lot of time to write this application and put a lot of effort into it. The other applicants put in at least as much as I did, I'm sure of that, but I deserve this job more than they do. It sounds mean but it's true. I respect the other applicants and wish them the best. I really hope I get this job to enrich the school, the students and the faculty team.
