Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
I think teachers are important because they make the school feel more realistic and give students more things to do. They can host classes, help students with their work, and create different roleplay situations. Without teachers, the school would probably feel pretty empty and there wouldn't be as much to do.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you may lose your role?: Yes
Do you agree to undergo teacher training if your application is successful?: Yes
What is your motivation for becoming a Teacher?: My motivation for becoming a Teacher is that I want to help make the school more active and enjoyable for everyone. I think teaching classes and interacting with students would be a fun way to create more roleplay. I also want to help students have a good experience while making the school feel more realistic.

Describe your character:
Takashi is a kind and friendly boy with soft, fluffy brown hair that has a small sparkle to it. His grey eyes give him a calm and gentle look. He enjoys swimming and spending time with his friends. Takashi is also quite short, standing at only 165 cm (5'5"), but that doesn’t stop him from being confident and enjoying himself.
Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
If a student was struggling to understand the content, Takashi would calmly approach them and ask which part they were having trouble with. He would explain it again in a simpler way and use examples to make it easier to understand. He would also encourage the student to ask questions and remind them that it is completely okay to not understand something right away. Takashi would be patient and make sure the student feels comfortable rather than embarrassed or pressured.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Takashi would calmly remind the student to stay focused and avoid disrupting the class. If they continued, he would speak to them privately and explain why their behavior is affecting others. If it still didn’t stop, Takashi would give them a detention slip while remaining patient but firm.

1 Making Cupcakes: Students can make and decorate their own cupcakes while learning basic baking skills.
2 Cooking Quiz: A fun quiz about different foods, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
