What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: I have role-played as a student on this server, as I mentioned in the question below, and I'd like to continue my rp as a teacher, It's something you can't get much of anymore. I took a break after my teacher character was arrested, so I killed off my gangrp characters and decided to take a break from SRP but now that I'm back I realize how much I miss being an adult and a teacher on the server. I also like teaching people along with having something that prevents me from gangrp because there is a chance of getting fired.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: Yes, I’ve been roleplaying on this server for about a year now and beforehand I used to role-play on other servers. I have role-played as a student on this server before which is why I would like to further my experience by apply for Geography teacher. I feel that if I become this, people will go to school more because I will do my best to become the best teacher in Karakura history.
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?: Yes, I have read it and fully understand all of the rules.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: Classroom logs are logs that you have to put in saying what you taught, it is important because what you put in a log could be used for a final exam.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: I would talk to the Head Department and know what I would have to be teaching, along with where I would be going, and if I would have any work along with it.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. No food or drink in the classroom.
2. No texting or use of cellphones unless permitted by the teacher.
3. No talking or leaving class unless permitted by teacher.
4. Raise your hand if you have something to say.
5. Show respect for the teacher and other students.
6. No Swearing or foul language in the classroom.

On SchoolRP, I have experience roleplaying as a high school student, and in real life I was in drama club until the school canceled it, sadly. I also became an actor in a play for a school project, and I have been rping on discord for something to do in my freetime.

- HD: Head of Department - Responsible for making lesson plans and curriculum.
- QTLS: Qualified teachers in learning skills - Able to host a class without the HD.
- NQT: Newly qualified teachers - A new teacher to the field of education, need a HD to host a class.

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general. Teachers in game are supposed to teach the proper things that students will need for the rest of their life, and what they need to know for college. The salary they earn depends on how often they work, and how many times they host a class, and the average they get is 30k a month. Teachers teach with the most informative way they can possibly give, discuss the topic easy to understand, and to overall broaden new horizons to the students. On their free time, they would be planning the lesson, or hanging out with friends and loved ones. If they have anything to make a copy of, or print something, than they would do that either before school, or after school.

Another reason they are important is because they are role models and provide insight to students. They set examples of what is okay, and what is not okay.

The Character I am going to play is John Daskin, and he stands at 6'1 with soft brown hair. He has hazel eyes. He has a gentle personality, meaning that he is a gentle and likes to be nice to people, but he will yell if needed. Other than that John likes to stay quiet, minding his own business. John is unique because of the freckles on his face and his hazel eyes, and his French accent. He tries to help students the best he can and tries as most informal as he can. He is friendly towards the other teachers and staff, and acts with respect towards higher-ups.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I would go into the hallway and tell them to stop using that kind of language in the school hallway, when classes are going on. I would than ask them for names so that I can give their names to the HD.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I would try to keep them on task but if it doesn't work I would assign homework of the topic I'm teaching.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: If the vice principal is talking I would give him my full attention and if he talks to me I will reply as respectful, and quickly as possible. Unless he climbs out of the window again,

/me He would casually write her name on the board as he continues speaking
/me He would seem to be getting angrier with ever step he took towards the student, taking a deep breath as he places his hands on the student's desk
/me He'd glance around the classroom while impatiently tapping his fingers on his desk as he lets out a quiet sigh
/me He would turn his head sharply towards the student making a disruption, as he glares at him/her.
Backstory
John William Daskin was raised in Nice, France. He was raised being homeschooled, taught about the world and what the past was like. He was raised by a college professor and a Doctor, them being both around the age of 35 when he was born. He had no siblings, and he made few friends being that he was homeschooled. John absolutely hated his last name, so he started calling himself John Williams, and using Daskin as a middle name. He joined school around the age of 12 and was in all practical classes except for his history class. He was in the most advanced History class the school had, he was a 6th grader learning 9th grade material. His teachers always said “He has a great future ahead of him.. He always talks about being a teacher one day to make us proud-”. At the age of 15 he had traveled to Korea for more studying in other subjects, he learned about quantum space physics and how to calculate the speed of a rolling pin flying through the air. He learned pretty advanced and basic materials until he could pass more than just a history class. His parents thought they did good, until they realized he was HORRIBLE at anything that wasn’t History related. They felt bad for him, so they gave him the money to get extra support in the spots he needed the most. John finally caught up on all his work. He went home after getting caught up to reveal that both his parents were diagnosed with severe skin cancer. He stayed with them until their final breath, he was 16 when his parents died. He found a note in his will, it said “Karakura… was where we were raised… Go there for your future.. It will support you - Love, Mom and Dad”. John waited till he turned 17 before moving there, he finished high school and went to college in Karakura, Japan. After this he went to the high school, looking for a job. When he walked in he told the Head Director that he was not good at math. A couple weeks of training and testing to see if he was able to become a teacher at the high school led to him becoming a new teacher. He now can be found roaming town, teaching students, and helping people with their work and helping them understand more about the topics he is teaching.
