Up to now,I've spent around 6 hours in the game daily, and i anticipate this will increase soon, especially with the upcoming major holiday in France. Currently, i am active everyday and thoroughly enjoy roleplaying. Im dedicated to School Roleplay, investing a good amount of time to maintain a reputation for my character like everyone do, It is just to make sure that my character can remain memorable. Since the day i joined School Roleplay, I've found immense joy in roleplaying by feeling all the emotion in it, OR EVEN forging friendships and gosh, immersing myself in many storylines create by other player and also dramas is just so fun !

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
I’m fascinated by how past made the present. History provides some good lessons for the future, and to be a teacher of course for this role, I want to give this knowledge to my futur students so they can understand how past actions and sacrifice give a result to where we are today. I also find that historical events and personalities is something that we must know, and i am feeling able to provide a lot of material for discussion and debate in class where student can participate and not sleeping on their desk... And all of that is because I enjoy the challenge of creating some lesson plans and maybe finding a ways to create a relation with students by my lessons. And so, teaching history gives me an opportunity to explore a new responsability and experiencing new things in roleplay while of course passing information to other person minds.

Yes, i fully understand this with a big YES. I'm excited to keep learning and getting better as a teacher. I'm open to any changes in what I teach and how I teach it. Honestly, it is important for me to keep improving because as we say, no one is perfect but mistake can be fix...And just by hearing that, it is a good philosophy. And Im ready with any teacher training opportunities. Plus, for me, it is a great way to create relation with other teachers in SchoolRP and maybe work together on projects !

Teacherclass logs are records that confirm a teacher involvement in school activities, It mean to check if the teacher has been present to host classes, and also ensure accurate payment based on their work to avoid any mistake that can be made or even misunderstanding. Additionally, these logs play an important role in a teacher's career and financial compensation by providing promotions for exceptional performance or even ensuring fair pay throughout their teaching journey in School Roleplay.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
- No disruptions in my class = Any form of fighting or threats is strictly prohibited in my class. We're here to learn and grow together, not to cause harm to each other. Bullying, mockery or any other kind of that is not welcomed in my class.
- No cell phone in my class = Keep your cellular devices off and out of sight during my class. Phone will not let you stay focused on the learning that i give to you. You all don't need distractions from calls, texts, or music.
- No food or drinks in my class = I will want student to refrain from bringing food or beverages into my classroom. Our time here is to learn, not snack time. And of course, i want to avoid garbage in class, we need to respect hygiene AND keep the school clean.
- No sleeping in my class = Sleeping in my class is a form of not respecting my lessons, we are in class where you will grow your futur, not in your room.
- Equipment care in my class = In my class, you must treat all equipment that i give to you with care. Of course, please return items to their proper places when asked, and if need, report any damage to me. This rule is to ensures that everyone can enjoy the resources provided by the school.
- Follow instructions in my class = With me, you must listen attentively to my lessons directions and for sure, follow them without delay. This is to me helps maintain order with all of you and maximizes my time.

- What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I've spent a lot of time doing roleplay for many years, especially online on platforms like Discord or Amino. For me, being part in different communities had help me get better at talking to people around me or just simply in the internet. It has also give me the way to think quickly and so helped me to deal with different types of people in my life. I am a person that really enjoy creating stories and characters, i have also tried to write a book but never finished it haha, and I think these skills will help me make my lessons more interesting and keep my students engaged when i will be a teacher in this server.

↳ Description: The Head of Department take charge of their teaching department in the school of Karakura. As i understand, they make sure that things goes well in the server. They also help new teachers to understand how things work at Karakura Highschool and how to teach effectively in roleplay.

↳ Description: Upgrading from NQT, The Qualified Teacher are teacher's that has proven their activity in the server, they are knowned to have conducted an impressive number of classes during their time at Karakura High. They've also has demonstrated a solid teaching methods and have has the the necessary tools to handle students effectively in their education throughout all their time in Karakura. QT teacher has base salary of ¥400,000.
- NQT
↳ Meaning: Newly Qualified Teacher
↳ Description: A newly qualified teacher is a teacher who has been working in the field for a good amount of time and has in their time in the server completed basic training to reach this level so far. When they're hired, they can earn ¥350,000 and they're considered new and not very experienced as the QT but they have more experience than brand-new UT teachers.

↳ Description: The unqualified teacher is someone who has recently been hired in their job but it is because they either just completed basic training from the undergo teacher or hasn't received it yet. More experienced teachers like NQT, QT, and HD teachers are ofthen the one that help them understand how their new role work and learn how things work in School Roleplay.

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teachers are knowned to....teach, just like their name say so. They can hold a maximum of 4 classes per OOC day. And before starting a class, they must announce it over the intercom to notify students all around the School roleplay server. Their role is important for maintaining the authenticity of schoolRP as we all know. Alongside other faculty members, they're responsible for maintaining peace in Karakura High, and need to be able to handle situations maturely. Teaching can be challenging in my opinion, especially when dealing with players unfamiliar with roleplay but that's okay because we all need to start from something. Despite this, I'm ready to educate both in-character and out-of-character as a teacher.
Regarding payment, as i understand ...teachers can earn maximum of 500k per OOC month. Unqualified and Newly Qualified Teachers receive a base pay of 350k, while Qualified and Head of Department teachers receive 400k....I hope i am right about this haha...AND To receive their paycheck because we love this, all teachers must conduct a minimum of 10 classes per OOC month. Additionally, they receive a bonus of 50k for every 5 extra classes taught. But UT and NQT teachers need to conduct 25 classes for the maximum pay in the game, while QT and HD teachers need 20 classes to archive all of this.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
In a SchoolRP server, teachers ..they are like the guides who keep everything running smoothly in the school period. They make the school feel real by leading classes. They're also there to help new players to understand how things work but MOST IMPORTANTLY, make them feel like they are in the game. They can also can bring structure to the game by organizing classes and of course making sure everyone follows the rules in Karakura. They're like the problem-solvers for me, helping to solve conflicts. And Plus, they create fun learning moment for players to explore in their character. and so to make it more shorter for you all, teachers are the heart of the SchoolRP experience, making it fun for everyone but also, sharing THEIR KNOWLEDGE.

The character is a woman standing at around 6’3”, she often dressed in a soft cloth of dark marine blue with a silver belt around her weist, followed by her hair cascading over her shoulders and back. Her eyes are piercing hazel. She is knowned to carry herself with confidence, yet she is also knowned to maintains a gentle voice that lead attention with any person she can see in her life. she really enjoys discussion and listening to everything, making her like we call a Doctor feelings. she is also really open mind and charming, but can be stern when necessary. And finely, She values intelligence and hard work above all else, and now expects nothing less from her students because she care a lot for them, she care really deeply...
What is their outlook on students and their co-workers?
She is someone who views her own students as promising person with a big potential in her eyes, Even tho, she takes a great pleasure in guiding them as a teacher in their eyes. She believes a lot about encouraging thought among them and she search to maintain a high standards of achievement with the students. But with her colleagues, she treats them with professionalism like any human being !, by on her own choice, she like to have collaboration with her colleagues to share ideas for lessons but... However, she doesn’t hesitate to say her disagrement if needed or maybe any challenge that she feels they aren’t in the best interest for her students’ education.
What are their plans for the future?
After her difficult past, Natsuki Mori has struggled a lot to find her path for her future. However, she didn't have to wait long because yeah, She has after some time discover her newfound passion that is sharing her knowledge with young people. And so with this realization, she finally create a plan. Her goal is to guide students on their studies, by having an important role in their growth and their futures but also wellbeing like a kind of moral she has learned. She has tried to feel useful to the success of others. And now, she aspires to become the best teacher she can be for all the young minds she encounters, even if it's just a dream.

In the middle of the lousy hallway, Natsuki spot a group of delinquents, their voices screaming with curses that will hurt her ears. showing her presence by walking to them, she approach the scene.
"Hey there,"
Say Natsuki to the group, her tone was severe but not bad.
"Mind lowering your voices and watch your language? We've got a school full of students trying to focus here."
She raise an eyebrow, waiting for their response. and if they didn't understand, she will continue with her strict voice.
"Remember, we've got rules around here for a reason. If you keep causing trouble, there might be consequences coming to you."
Her priority remains clear by making sure that the situation is under her controle. She know that her job is also making sure that safety as been respect.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
Natsuki is standing at the front of her classroom. But she notice that the students attention seems to be going elsewhere, is like they are not focus on her talking. She can obviously see that some are whispering to their neighbors, others are just drawing in their notebooks, and a few other student are like staring off into a blank space just like she wasn't here to give them any lessons. Natsuki Mori decide to take a moment to gather her mind, and after some minute she clear her throat and start to look at her whole class infront of her
"Hey everyone, it seems like we've lost focus in here. okay... lets have a quick break from the lesson and talk okay?"
She said as she walk to the front of her desk while making eye contact with each student, She then start the conversation with a smile
"I get it..., sometimes it's hard to stay focus for hours, but don't forget that I am here to help. So...What's going on? Is there something that bother you in my lesson? if so please say it to me"
She listen attentively as the students share their proposition and problems. Then, with their explanation on her hands, Natsuki change her lesson plan to make her student more interested.

In the teacher's lounge, Natsuki is typically relaxed. She would enjoy chatting with her colleagues abour theirs days, and maybe why not discussing about education with them in their free time with her. She is also always willing to lend an ear to listen to other. But Overall, she try to be positive in the best way she can. And yeah,the lounge for her is like the only place in Karakura High where teachers can talk and share with one another outside of the classroom about their own problem like families...Or even just some fun story because why not?!

/me enters the classroom with a stack of history books under my arm, setting them down on my desk with a soft gesture. "Good morning, class" I greet warmly, catching the attention of the students. "Today, we're going to dive into a new chapter of history..." Picking the lesson materials, I walk around the room, handing out documents and anything that is related to the lesson with a smile on my face. "You have until the end of this week to explore these subject. don't forget to take notes as you go. and if you have any question...You know who to ask !" With that, I return to my desk.

"Alright, historians, let's put your knowledge to today test...and maybe in the end if you all behave, i might let you play a small history quizz !" I announce, writing a historical question on the board. "Before starting, don't forget the rule and raise your hand for participating." Stepping back, I invite a student to come forward and share their response with a bright smile that live in my face.

"Please hand them on my desk before your way out." As the students file out of the classroom, I offer words of encouragement for their journey. "Class dismissed. /me Seeing a few students not listening at all in my class and they are just messing around. I sign and I address the class firmly. "Please, let's stay focus shall we ? and respect the other student that want to learn." I said, but the distractions still continue. I close my eyes and after some second I raise my voice slightly to get their attention. "Okay stop! This behavior will not be tolerated in my class and you are supposed to know about it! . If so, I will remove students who is not obeying the rule from the class, this is my last warning. You are not alone in this classroom" I warn, before continuing with the lesson.
Backstory
Growing up, Natsuki had loving parents who were both archaeologists and had a passion for the history of the world, a passion that was passed on to their only daughter: Natsuki Mori. However, a tragic event occurred during one of the explorations of a buried temple, a landslide which ended the days of the young girl's parents.
Thus she integrated her only remaining family being her father's brother and her aunt, unfriendly people who are not very appreciated by the village. Initially everything seemed to be going well for the little girl, the residents were open to this tragedy, and provided their support as best they could until adolescence when everything went wrong. The neglectful uncle falls into alcohol addiction while the aunt, under all this pressure, attacks Natsuki having become the goat-and-misery of their misfortune. In her suffering, Natsuki withdraws into herself, even spending her nights outside so she holds for herself the last memories of her parents; works on history which accompanied him during his cold nights.
Then one day like any other, a shy friend becomes interested in the young woman when their path crosses in the forest with her friends, subsequently they become closer although Natsuki had lost confidence in herself but also in others; Despite everything, she had rediscovered a taste for life having found a person with whom to share her passion.
However, her "family" did not want her to see anyone, her friend had changed schools following his different objectives from his friend although he maintains telephone contact, she no longer supports this pressure. So he takes the big departure with all the money that she kept aside leaving for other reasons although the trials of life did not allow him to experience luxury, Natsuki still managed to find refuge with a elderly person looking for a little company.
And in this new beginning, Natsuki completed her studies as a teacher with the motivation of teaching her students the knowledge she acquired throughout her years of study and travel. All this to keep the memory of his parents alive through her teaching.

In her suffering, Natsuki withdraws into herself, even spending her nights outside so she holds for herself the last memories of her parents; works on history which accompanied him during his cold nights.
Then one day like any other, a shy friend becomes interested in the young woman when their path crosses in the forest with her friends, subsequently they become closer although Natsuki had lost confidence in herself but also in others; Despite everything, she had rediscovered a taste for life having found a person with whom to share her passion.
However, her "family" did not want her to see anyone, her friend had changed schools following his different objectives from his friend although he maintains telephone contact, she no longer supports this pressure. So he takes the big departure with all the money that she kept aside leaving for other reasons although the trials of life did not allow him to experience luxury, Natsuki still managed to find refuge with a elderly person looking for a little company.
And in this new beginning, Natsuki completed her studies as a teacher with the motivation of teaching her students the knowledge she acquired throughout her years of study and travel. All this to keep the memory of his parents alive through her teaching.
