What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: I want to help the students actually learn something, pass to the next grade, and become successful individuals.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: Yes I do have experience as a student, as a tutor, and I have also played on other games besides minecraft roleplaying. I have been playing roleplaying games since 2014, I enjoy games and being/playing other people other.
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?: I am fully aware of the rules thanks to a friend of mine, since I myself can not open the handbook.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: Classroom logs are what you are to fill out after a class, it is important because the staff needs to know if you are actively teaching.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: I would one ask a higher up if I was able to take the class on a field trip, I'd then ask the people if we were able to come, then the bus driver if they'd drive us all, I'd then print out the permission slips for the students as well as the date we would be going. On the day we would go I would make sure everyone was going to make it there safe and make sure everyone would get back to school on time.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. No talking
2. Stay on task
3. Be respectful
4. If you have any questions ask
5. Raise your hand to talk
6. Ask permission to use the restroom, get drinks, ect
7. Do not eat or drink in the classroom unless you plan on cleaning up any mess left behind
8. Do not call or text unless it is an absolute emergency
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): In real life I have actually taught a class, I had to be the teacher for a day since the teacher was grading all the papers for the exams. And icly I had tutored a younger student we had pretend studies since there is no actual text books.

- HD: Head of Department - Responsible for making lesson plans and curriculum.
- QTLS: Qualified teachers in learning skills - Able to host a class without the HD.
- NQT: Newly qualified teachers - A new teacher to the field of education, need a HD to host a class.
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general. I am aware of the patience and ambition teachers need to keep students on track, they are to help the students become successful individual. Teachers average on about 30k a month and 150k annually. Teachers from what I've seen spend their time relaxing, or are at stores. Even when teachers are busy students or even citizens around who ask questions, teachers help in anyway they can. Teachers make sure their class is on task as well as if the students are actually getting the information, and understanding it. Most if not all teachers ask the students questions, as well as encourage them to ask questions in class
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: To keep order in the school, and to make sure the students all learn and do their best. They are the student's role models, to encourage students to strive to be the best they can be.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: MoSCo: Must have/Could have/Should have.

My character is petite(small) but she is strong willed, wanting to do better for students, and everyone around her. She had done her best to graduate college with a degree, actually graduating a couple months earlier than she was supposed to due to her college classes she had done in high school. She didn't want to jump right into teaching of course, she wanted to make sure that was what she would be happy with doing. So she had substituted at an elementary, she found she liked educating the minds of others. She had observed teachers over the years watching many styles of teaching and how they are with their students, some are strict, some are are too soft, allowing students to just run over them. She plans to teach her students in between if that was at all possible, she wanted to be strict while doing work, but fun when doing experiments. She plans on being a teacher for awhile, but she would try to work her way up to a higher rank.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I would confront them and ask what is going on and ask them to stop, if it happened to be serious I would report the situation to a higher up.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: Quiet them down if they are loud, If no one listens then I would send the ones who are causing a disturbance out so the ones who are willing to learn can learn and get their education.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: She'd be polite and most likely keep to herself at first since she would be new. But if she needed help she would be willing to ask questions, as well as help others who would need it.

/me She'd grab the test papers, handing them to the students making sure everyone has a paper and a pencil.
/me She'd get the students to quiet down, and tell them to turn to page 83 in their text books.
/me She'd pick up all the test papers, setting them on the desk, then sitting down grabbing my red pen. She'd then begin the grade the papers.
/me She'd point to the study guide on the board.
/me She'd put on her goggles, signing for the students to do the same before mixing the chemicals.
Backstory
When I was younger I had this dream that I would do well and help others maybe better themselves, like my parents had done for us, we did not live in the wealthiest, nicest house, nor the fanciest, or largest town. Me and my sister Marsanne's parents had done whatever they could for us to make sure we would be happy and do better than they had. So our parents sent us to Karakura to go to school, we lived with my aunt and her cat. We started in elementary school, behind obviously since our town did not have the best education or schools, and the school they had was private. Meaning it was expensive, and our parents did not have it so they sent us to better ourselves.
We passed elementary with the help of tutors and our aunt, we finally made it to high school caught up over the summer so we'd understand what we were going to be learning so we would not be behind any more than we were. Me and my sister would spend most of our time studying, not meeting and befriending everyone. By the time we got to our Junior year I realized we would need a job to go to college so I had gotten a job at Esteban, a themed diner.
We had began making friends and hosted study sessions, so that we would all do well and pass. It was finally our senior year and we were doing pretty well considering we were way behind everyone when we had gotten here, I had made plenty of friends and me as well my sister were doing very well in all our classes. I particularly liked chemistry and art over any subject, but my sister Marsanne had like biology and music. When the end of the year came along we were studying even more to pass the finals, even though we were slightly ahead with our AP classes, and extra credit classes. We did very well on our finals and we had finally graduated high school.
I was valedictorian and my sister Marsanne was salutatorian, we of course had immediately looked for another job to help pay for our college classes since our parents were not here with us. They decided to stay in our home town instead of coming along with us, but they said they'd visit as much as possible. I had gone to fast food restaurants and many retail stores, doing many applications. I had gotten lucky because I finally got a job at a pizza place, which was going to help with the income. We finally got enough money to go to college, a year later we both applied to the local college I majored in Chemistry, my sister majored in Biology. We both had graduated with a bachelors' degree, and I was out on the look out for a job that would work well for me. I had gotten a substitution job back in my home town for the elementary, I had learned that I enjoy teaching and I would like to do it for possibly the rest of my life so I had gotten my license to teach. Every since then I have been looking for a school that I was going to enjoy, and I was hoping Karakura High would be the school that chooses me to teach for them. I would prefer to teach science, but if that is not possible I also had learned fine arts while in college as well in high school so I could also teach art.
