What is your motivation for applying?: My motivation for applying is that I want to be a part of something big. And I want students with lower grades to get that little push for having good grades. And that they can have the opportunity to choose wich college they want to.

You want to start a school field trip, what would you do? I will ask the principal if I can take the class on a field trip, a few days before the day i want to go on the field trip.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that?
I would change that there is always one teacher online on at any time of the day. Because SchoolRP isn't fun without teachers.

KNOWLEDGE

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose to they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teachers in-game serve the same purpose of teachers out-of-game, to educate the community. And the server wouldn't work without teachers, because it's a schoolRP. The normal Salary for a teacher is 250000 Yen monthly.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server:
Because without the teachers the server wouldn't work, and the students wouldn't get a education.

Describe the ranking system of teachers:
Trainee | (Trainee)
This is the newest you can get, you will only be placed on this rank for around a few days. You do not have permission to start up new classes and you aren't assigned to work for any specific Teacher, you must come into lessons and sit down (make sure to ask them first) and start to learn from them, and how a lesson works. You can also take this time to impress the SLT members by reporting if they are doing anything wrong from the CoC

Newly Qualified Teacher | (NQT)
Congratulations, you have been promoted to the NQT. You are now a more advanced teacher and you have the correct qualifications to start a lesson, but before starting a lesson you must still check with your HD and in the roleplay documents check for what you must be teaching. If there are no lesson plans yet, tell the teachers. You do not have to follow the lesson plans by the book, but you must cover some of the key parts mentioned in there. As an NQT you should still be guided by higher peers, and you are allowed to make errors. You are not allowed to take Trainees in to watch you

Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills | (QTLS)
You are finally in the norm for teachers, you now have permission to start a class whenever you want (inside school) but discuss and organize when it will be with other teachers. You should not make as many errors or mistakes now. You are allowed to let Trainees in to watch your classes, but you do not have the skills to trainee them yet.

Head of Department | (HD)
It is unlikely you will ever reach this stage if there is already a HD of that department in place, however, they can offer you to be Co-HD. But if you have became a HD, lucky you. You must plan what lessons will be taught amongst your department, including lesson plans.

What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
Introduce the students to the lesson, give class work/activities, end the lesson with a rerun of everything you did today and a short quiz.

Mr. Johson, Andrew Johson.is originality is England, and he moved to Japan with his wife. He has short blond hair, and is usually found wearing blue jeans and a black shirt. He has a tattoo on his chest wich is the names and birthdays of his children. He has two childs, the oldest is named Lexi. She is tvelve, and got the same blond hair colour as her father. The youngest is named Angus. He has a brown-blond hair colour. He is nine years old. And himself, he is 34 years old.

He is an upbeat person, with lots of energy. He is always happy and likes to communicate with the other teachers. He is a jokester and always makes the students laugh. And he loves to help. He is also very nice to his students. Treating them like it is his own. He loves thhe other teacher, because it is always good to have someone to talk to at work.

His plans for the future is to become an college proffesor, and he can teach in everything. He walked out of Teachers school with Six in every subject.


SCENARIOS

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I'd confront them and tell them that foul language is prohibited at Taketatsu Highschool, and will not be tolerated by you gang of delinquents, if I catch you using that type of language again I will report you to the principle.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?
I announce to the class, that there will be a test on Friday so listen up to your directions, and follow instructions as to what I give you, If nobody then listens I will give a test as of that day, to show where everybody is at in the class, and if they need extra help.
When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act?
He would be talking to the other teachers, take a cup of coffie and plan his next lesson.

BACKSTORY


My character Andrew Johnson, first was a bad student. He never did his homework, always sat stairing out in the air. His dad was a teacher and offered to help him with homework, but Andrew denied the offer from his dad. when the gradiuatin day came, he didn't get graduated. So he had to go 12 grade again. And he decided he wnted to become a teacher. So everyday after school he worked on school things, like projects and always did his homework. He ended up getting most interested in history, so becides going to school he worked at a museum as a security guard. He would always talk and learn about history by Arnold, wich was the owner of the museum. He would take Andrew around and talk about ecery single thing that was in the museum. And when he came home from work he would talk to his parents about what he learned that day by Arnold. He ended up going out of high school with six in every subject. He became a nerd. he went from haiting school, to loving school. He the graduated, and went to teachers school. He met many nice people there. it took many years and he was finally done with teachers school. After Teachers school he got a job as a teacher at Birmingham High School. He Worked there for eight years. He got bored of living in England, so he saw a note that said "Need of teachers on Taketatsu Highschool in Japan" He took the first flight to Japan and applied for the job.
