What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: Classroom logs are kind of like documents but for like extra staff and missing students so more about if there are missing students or staff and if you ave extra staff e.c.t So like to keep track of previous lessons and and activities they've done with the class. (Sorry this question was hard for me)

Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): I've seen that sometimes some students get ignored by teachers or the teachers/staff don't pay attention to some of the students and that there aren't enough clubs and extracurricular activities for some students with a certain liking of activities for them to join.

- HD Head of Department teachers are required to lead and manage the QTLS' and the NQT's by creating lesson plans and ensuring they are top notch in the education department.
- QTLs: QLTS can teach their own regular classes, with a lesson plan. They are usually very skilled teachers who are experienced in teaching a class.
- NQT: NQTs can teach a class temporarily (or fill in for another teacher). They are often inexperienced teachers who are just starting their teaching career.
Teacher Knowledge
Teachers, should make sure their students understand the work and try to participate to share their thoughts/ideas. Teachers should also make sure that the students should have good behaviour. Teachers are supposed to provide students with knowledge that will benefit them in the future focusing on subjects: (English, Maths, Geography & more) Teachers all have different and unique ways of teaching students. Teachers generally in their spare time, make lesson plans or mark books or tutor other students that need some extra time to focus on certain topics.

Rika Lau, is a very friendly teacher and doesn't mind staying late/staying up late to help some students with school work or to lesson plan. She's around 5`11 and at her age of 26 she weighs 39.2kg. She has dark brown hair and usually has it in a top knot, she has pale skin and blue eyes. She's a very relaxed teacher, but she still does discipline. She wears casual, comfy clothes and never anything inappropriate. She believes, she can help all students get a good education they want/need.
When she retires, she wants to spend her elderly years, with her family and friends and enjoying the years.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I would bring them to the Principal's Office. Because if they were older than Freshman they should be setting a example/being a role model for all the younger people. (If they were Freshman they would still get disciplined)
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I would say something loudly so all students could hear and know to pay attention and wait for the students to stop talking and to pay attention and if the students carried on not listening I would come up with a appropriate consequence for the students

Rika Lau, was born 26 December 1992 in a small town in Brighton. From a young age, she was always interested in being smart and teaching people (friends, family & her toys) She didn't have a good education there in Brighton so she never learnt much so she wasn't smart from going to school so she taught herself things which made her very smart and she managed to graduate. Then she moved to Japan, and did teacher training as that had always interested her. And here she is now hoping to receive this application with a positive review. (Sorry this wasn't 300 words I didn't have time to do more because I'm really busy this month to think of things to write).
