How often do you log onto the server?:I log in almost every day.I play at least 4 hours of SRP on a daily basis.I am not as active as I used to be but I will be on more and more.I am busy with school most of the time but I play SRP whenever I get home and when I have time.

Do you have a microphone?:Yes I do have a microphone,and I use it quite a lot.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?:No I have never been banned and I would like to keep it that way.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: Yes I can ensure I will come often. For a minimum of 4 to 5 hours.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?:Yes I recognize that I can be fired and I will take full responsibility if I do get fired but I will try my best not to get fired and make students thrive in their academics..
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: A teaching assistant is a employee that helps teachers with educating the young minds of students. They also create a environment for the main teacher to teach effectively.They must follow the instructions of a more qualified teachers or the headmaster whom which they help.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:No I have no past experience with this type of roleplay but I would like to learn and help others,I also have no experience with living as an adult in real life.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:I have been role playing for over 5 years. I love role playing and I would like to continue with this role play adventure.I love to help and learn more about role play.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: Yes, to be a Teaching Assistant you must assist fellow teachers in the school. The teaching assistant is also required to help learners and other members of the faculty. The Teaching Assistant is also required to help educate the learners.A Teaching Assistant assists a teacher with instructional responsibilities.
[Situations]
During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:I would remain calm and politely ask the student to stop screaming. I would also ask the child if anything happened to make him/her say those harsh words but if they continue cursing I will report the student to the Head Master.I would hope the child would be punished or spoken to.I will also help guide the student to a better path.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react? I would not care if it was requested by a higher authority if the job was inhumane or is a threat to my or others well being.I would also ask if that task could please not be performed if he/she said it had to be done I would also ask politely if the job could be handed to a person more qualified than me.If the Head Master said yes I would like to get him/her some help.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:I would ask politely if he/she could not do that because it is dangerous and out of bound. If he/she didn’t listen to my first request I would report him/her to the Head Master or a Higher Authority.
