Backstory:
One evening in August, during the summer festivals of a neighboring town in Karakura, a Tibetan family on a trip for the parents wedding anniversary, a couple and their two children aged 2 and 5, watched attentively the fireworks, the parents unfortunately that evening had decided to drinking without worrying about what happens next, around 11 p.m. Tenzin, a curious and confident young toddler, decided to let go of his mother's hand and venture through the festival stands. His younger brother, Chogden, wanting to imitate his big brother, followed him enthusiastically.
"Go back to mom, Chogden! This isn't an adventure for little ones."
But Chogden was firm, he WANTED to follow Tenzin no matter where he went.
After a few hours of exploration they arrived at the edge of the forest surrounding the mountains, Tenzin took a deep breath and held his brother's hand firmly.
“Come on, we’re brave!”
Tenzin entered the woods followed closely by Chogden.. SUDDENLY, a bear of at least 2 meters appeared from a cave below, he began to charge at them, he grabbed Chogden by the throat and shook him like prey , Tenzin however refused to let go of his brother's hand, paralyzed by fear he could not intervene so he decided to close his eyes, & female bear emerged from the other side to charge at the large male, causing him to let go of the infant's throat.
Nobody knows what happened to these two young children after those events, the parents, panicked at not finding their children, reported the incident to the police who launched a patrol looking for them, without results...
However, 11 years later a police intervention was deployed in the Karakura forest, 2 teenagers aged 13 and 16 were found trying to hide a human head, the murder having been committed by a female bear it was difficult to determine the nature of such an act, the children were in a deplorable state, torn clothes and almost wild behavior, after having debated for several tens of minutes to calm the 2 young adolescents they put down the bear then proceeded to stop the older, the youngest being left in the care of some local high school students.
A few months after the incarceration, bail was posted and Tenzin was now free, but at what cost?
