Texture Pack Issue?

My texture pack isn't working.. I was told I needed to update my texture pack because my Coquette umbrella looks like a penguin, but I don't know how to update the pack. I've already tried doing /resource in game but it isn't fixing this issue! How do I update my texture pack to fix my Coquette umbrella??
