This man's voice would sound shreddy and deep, having a somewhat seductive tone to it. He would also seem to have light bags under his eyes, giving him somewhat of an intimidating vibe. He would always carry a smell of cologne with him and his hair would smell like mint. This man would always be often seen with a cigarette placed between his lips. Born in Moscow, Russia, Vladimir had quite a rough child-hood knowing he was brought up with the ideology of Neo-Stalinist Communism by his father. Vladimir was brought up in a family of many siblings and they both shared one thing that was in common with them. They were- revolutionary, Vladimir would always be a supporter of the Russian Communist Party which made him look somewhat old-school as Russia had most likely made their way into a democracy with a Capitalist regime. Vladimir had a lot of comrades back in Russia, which made him lead a mass-group of people into a secondary revolution to get the USSR back. He instantly became a true believer, of the Communist Ideology, which would, for the most part, be Trotskyism and Stalinism. Vladimir had his great-grandfather, who also was one of the first revolutionaries, sitting at a table with Vladimir Illyich Lenin, Leon Trotsky, and Joseph Stalin. Vladimir inherited the name of Vladimir Lenin, the first one to organize the Russian revolution. As soon as Revolutionary attempts were to be minimalized, Vladimir was sent into prison at the age of 20 for 10 years for revolutionary activities. After he got out, he decided to move to Karakura, Japan.

When Vladimir arrived in Karakura, he didn't feel at home at all, but he made friends quickly with other revolutionaries. He gave himself the nickname "STALIN" as he was a strict revolutionary and had the belief that perhaps that a Neo-Stalinist regime could rule over Karakura first and then later on over Japan, as Karakura is most likely named the future of Japan itself.
