What is your Minecraft username?:

Lunadragon66 (Main, HS-Basketball)
LunaDtism (Applying)

Do you have Discord (If so, what is your discord username?):

sukisetsuko

How old are you? (Optional):

I’d rather not give a specific answer to this question, so I’ll say that I am over the age of sixteen.

What is your time zone?:

My time zone is: AST (Atlantic Standard Time)

Describe your activity on the server:

(All times. Listed will be in AST)

Let me start off by saying: I've been on SchoolRP for the past five years, I've, like anyone, have had my moments, by lows and highs, times I quit, and rejoined. Though, I'm here to stay now. Throughout my long time on SchoolRP I've had a few different roles. I've been a professor for about six months. HS-Female Basketball for about six, before I quit for the first time in three years. When I rejoined SchoolRP a little while ago, I saw a lot of change. And I threw myself back into the community, rejoining HS-Female Basketball. Quite frankly, I couldn't be happier. I missed SchoolRP, so I'm happy to be back.

My activity on SchoolRP tends to remain mostly the same from day to day. The only time it really changes is the summer, though this summer is unconfirmed, though I expect my schedule to be just about entirely clear. From not working nearly as much, due to reasons with my employer I won't get into.

Through the work week/school days. (Mon-Fri)

My timeline remains mostly the same. I tend to get on at around 4:30, shortly after school. I'll play from 4:30 to about 10:30, the time where I shut everything down to get ready for bed, and ultimately catch some Zs. If needed, I can stay on for a little bit longer, but not much. This schedule carries for the rest of the week, unless something else comes up, such as a birthday, going out to eat, etc. The only two days that somewhat differ from this, are Thursdays and Fridays. Thursdays, I have after school tutoring, which goes for about an hour, so I tend to get on at around 6:00. Which is unfortunate, but grades are important! On Fridays I tend to get online at 4:30, after school, and don't really have a set time where I go to bed. I tend to be up until 12:00-2:00. Really, I stay up until I'm not needed to be up any longer.

Weekends [Sat+Sun]

It's hard to say much for these two days, SO I'll say what it always has been in the past.

On Saturdays, I tend to hop on at around 10:00 - 12:45, which is when I leave for work. After work, I tend to sit down and eat, and properly get on at around 6:00 once again. The time in which I head off to bed is not at any specific time. I tend to stay around and about until I properly feel tired, or want to watch some television, so I'll say at 12:00-2:00. Sometimes later, sometimes earlier, it all really depends on how work went, if I'm needed. Or I'm in the middle of anything. On Sundays, it varies from week to week. I work every other Sunday, so I'll include both schedules.
SaturdaySunday
9-12/2:00 AST4:30/5:00-10:30 AST

Sunday-1 (not working)

I'll wake up, eat, and hop on at around 9:00 - 10:00, from here, I'm typically on all day. Besides eating food, maybe doing some stretches and stuff, so let's knock an hour off the final time. I tend to get off at 10:30, due to it being a school night. Though as always, I'm willing to stay up a little later, if need be.

Sundays (working)

When I'm. Working on Sunday the schedule
Follows just about the same as Saturdays, only difference is I'll need to get off around 10:30

Summers!

During the typical summer, I don't typically have any kind of time limits, due to this I'll be online, offline etc. I'm typically on for AT LEAST 5 hours a day, and will be available to get on from 9:00 - 2:00. Or some other time outside of that gap. In which case I'll get on and do what I need to do, and probably stay on a little while longer. The only day(s) that's different is Saturday/Sunday, where I have to work. Both of which follow the school time Saturday schedule!

Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:

I acknowledge, understand, and agree to these terms.

What are your current role(s) on the server? (If you're in college, specify your degree level):

Throughout my 5 years within SchoolRP I've had two main And other smaller roles. I've been a fox, a bird (which I'm replacing), A Goat, Professor, HS-Female Basketball, and finally an adult. I've learned a lot throughout all of these roles, improving upon myself. One of the roles twice over now. So, I'll talk about the two bigger roles! Professor, and HS female basketball!

Professor:
I was a professor for roughly six months (Rockwell Loke). Throughout my time as a professor, I taught ethics. I enjoyed being a professor, A lot. Wandering the halls, seeing fights, and just being the professor who didn't mind a whole lot. After that teaching my classes, which mostly did debates. I also used characters from shows, or plays. and started arguments within the class on weather or not what they did was morally right, or wrong. After about six months, I unfortunately quit the faction, due to OOC stress, and other reasons.

I really did enjoy this roll, and I felt somewhat empty inside after I left. Though, I knew I couldn't deal with quota, and I did not want to hold the spot up. So, I left. It was heart breaking to me and destroyed me for a little while afterwards. Soon, I rejoined the factions in SchoolRP. To start my next adventure.

Second one I'll mention (I'll include both times in this) HS-Female Basketball.
I've been on the basketball team about six months total now, participating in RivalryRP, JockRP, etc. I genuinely have had so much fun throughout these months. I don't plan to ever leave Basketball. I've also learned a lot due to this, how to follow specific rule sets, especially. Another thing is improving my DetailRP, I do love DetailRP, and participate in it whenever I can. With this role, I also frequently bully greenies, who don't know the server overly well. Through this, I teach them how to combatRP, and how rolling works in LOOC.

I am still currently a sport member, and it's such a fun roll. I do love it and recommend it to ANYONE who's interested in joining a faction. Though, I want something else within SchoolRP to take up more time. Being a team member just doesn't take up enough of it. I don't intend to leave the sport faction ANY time soon, not till I'm done for good. Even after that, I'll probably still be active around the faction. Joining in where I can.

Shop Information
/*You may add your own questions to the format*/

What shop are you applying for?:

I'm applying for the clean slate, and planning to name it ‘The Charcoal Steak House’
(more about it in the other questions)

Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?:

I’ve looked, and applied to various factions. But for the longest time, I’ve thought being a shopkeeper would be the most interesting. I love having a sense of control over specific environments, sure, I enjoy being in factions where I follow order. But on top of that, I’d like to have a spot where I feel free.

Personal interest:
I love doing this kind of stuff, working to set something up that works, like a machine. I have FUN with this stuff. I’ve been working retail for years, and when I get older I DO want to own a bar or restaurant. To me that’d be the dream. Furthermore, I see a lot of potential within SchoolRP, and I want to help with that. There's HUNDREDS of players, and so few have jobs within SchoolRP. I don't like that. I feel everyone within SchoolRP should be able to get a job, not just because of skin, or status. I have a lot of interest in being a shopkeeper, I know it's the job in SchoolRP that I'd never quit. It's the job I'd always enjoy, and have fun with. As I stated earlier, it's my SRP DREAM job. How could it not be? Taking charge, helping employees get started? Letting them have fun?? It truly does sound like the dream faction.

I've been on SchoolRP for the past five years. I've seen a lot, learned a lot, and want to learn and see more. I think that this faction, shopkeeper, is a fantastic, and fun way to achieve this. I want to help more people on SchoolRP, that were like me in the beginning. Clueless, no idea what to do, or how to make money. I want to help give these people, money, and jobs. Something they can look back at in two years of their SchoolRP journey. To let them say something like "I'm thankful this happened, so that I could properly get started. To learn what SchoolRP is." I guess, what I'm saying is. I have a lot of hopes with this shop, but I can't have any of them come true, not without the help of you.

I know, that on paper, or screen. My words don't mean a whole lot, they're just words on the screen. But, I do know that, and promise you this. I would not leave this faction, I'd stick with it, through it's ups and downs.

Financial support:
Another reason I’m applying is that I intend to spend a lot of it on other people. To further help strengthen the overall SchoolRP economy! Will I keep some for myself? Absolutely, will I spread the money around? Yes! It pains me to see people unable to make money on SchoolRP, which is partly why I want so many employees. So I can do my damnedest to help as many people as I can starting with SchoolRP, and start making money. So I do, genuinely thank you for giving me the opportunity to even write this app, and thanks for spending the time to read it. In my opinion, the SchoolRP economy should be fixed, and repaired in so many different ways. I want to help. Being a shopkeeper would allow me to better help. To make the yen to properly help the issues I see, I can talk about it so much, but until I can do something. It's just a dream.

I have so much planned for this, so many dreams. I have so much I want to do. I want to host all sorts of events, or fundraisers towards various events in SchoolRP, that NEED IC yen. Some openings of the shop, and its profit would completely go to something other than me. It may go to someone trying to afford a gravestone, or to someone trying to buy an apartment, or house. The reasonings are endless. It's something I think about a lot, fully helping other people within the SchoolRP server.

Motive:
My general, or overall motive. I've spend the past two days of my life writing, editing, and reviewing this application, but why? I aspire to someday own a bar in real life, a whiskey bar, specifically. Hence why this shop has a bar in the center, it reflects on my dreams a little. I want to gain at least a little experience in this type of stuff before I fully go to try to make my dream a reality. I want to get a feel for it. A taste of owning a restaurant, even if digitally. Genuinely though, I do pray I get this position. More so for the experience, and the fun of it. I couldn't give a damn about the yen I make. Most of it will go to other people, tailors, artists etc. I don't intend to keep much of it. That's not why I'm applying.

I guess, the general reason I'm applying is for the fun of it. I love this server, it's great, honestly. It's a server I don't intend to leave any time soon (Partially unfortunately.) I want to do everything in my power, as a player and not staff to help it. (Like I'd EVER be staff.) It's something I'm passionately about, to run something and get it to work better then planned. To put in HOURS of my time, and effort into it. Only to have another issue to arise, then I fix it, and it works perfectly. Flawlessly, and from there a system being created, made though trial and error. That's the reason I'm applying. For the yen, to help everyone. And for me, to help me mentally.

What do you plan to do with your shop, and what makes it unique?:

Firstly, before I answer this question. I’d like to say that I plan to make the restaurant as immersive as possible, from positions within the shop. To design, menu, etc. I aim to make the shop feel real, and do my best to hire people, to help them get started into SchoolRP. When you read further into the application, with the employees you will be able to see age requirements for certain positions.

1.
My first idea is the positions. Some may consider them fairly normal, but it’s what I intend to do with my roles. Every role within the shop has separate jobs and roles outside of what’s listed. I intend to have a few ‘bookkeepers’ so to speak for the CCTV, which will always be getting watched. For the chefs, I expect them to actually cook some food that will be sold, Primarily desert based items. Restaurants tend to have a set time they open, and close. I do not intend to do this however, I intend to tailor to as many possible time zones as I can, so that those who typically don't get to see shop openings, can at least see mine.

Each position has been thought out and planned what all they will do carefully. Each job as other 'side jobs' such as waiters and hosts making sure everything is okay for the shop to open. Or chefs making sure everything is stocked up before and after shifts (Ingredients). Or bartenders double checking all of the alcohol, making sure there's lots in storage, and at the bar ready to be sold. These are only some of the side jobs, they have various jobs besides JUST what the job title says. This is to make sure they always have something to do. On top of this, every role has their rankings, like someone who leads, and monitors waiters, or bartenders. These people would not be managers, but the most likely candidates for manager depending on their age.

2.
The theme itself. The theme of the shop is a high-end steakhouse, which is NOT something I’ve ever seen on SchoolRP. Sure, I've seen some fancier shops on SchoolRP, though not quite what I have in store for you. The prices would also be a little lower, despite the high-end portion. This is to be a more fairly priced shop, so that EVERYONE can go. If possible, though I still need to balance the pricing, so that the store can survive. I've put a lot of thought towards the theme of the shop, and I want the customer to have a special, yet affordable experience. Such as the first day of opening, there would be a discount.

I am trying to make this shop truly unlike any others on SchoolRP. The theme is also meant to be a bit of a cozy spot, high end looking. Sure. But still cozy. Because of this, the overall design and planning of how the shop looks, has had a lot of thought. Over a years' worth of thoughts, to try to make this shopkeeper dream a reality, so I do assure you that the theme and design will be something unique to only this shop, when it's completed.

3.
I plan to host a fair few events within the shop, in which customers will be invited to. Each event would be based around an OOC holiday, such as valentines day, Japan’s birthday. ETC, in which edits towards the restaurant’s themes would be made (For an OOC week.) to celebrate this event, valentines day would have reds and pinks. On Christmas, red, greens, and whites would be seen with various Christmas decorations. These events will add a bit of fun, and joy towards my shop. On-top of this, I want to have sales during these special holidays! Which would be funded by me for the deals. To try to give a little joy towards the community. On St. Patrick's day, for example, I may give everyone who enters 1k, or more. It's to allow some people to have some fun. Plus, me, and the employees of my shop.

Moreover, sub events would be a thing within my shop. Like wing night, or app night. These nights would give a deal, ranging from 10-25%. all events like these will happen on a different day of the week. This is so everyone has a chance to get discounts! This would overall improve the moral of the employees, plus the customers. Shops in SchoolRP are EXPENSIVE. Especially from player-ran shops. They need to be at times, for their own profits. These 'special nights' would allow for less-well-off players to be able to get food and the restaurant experience. Whilst being able to say that they did eat at one of these shops.

4.
Finally, last but not least. I intend for the restaurant to be rentable, or a full restaurant reservation. As Well as any food or drinks). The money from these rentals will be divided amongst those working at it and put back into the shop’s balance. For more stock, etc. These 'special events' can be used for weddings, birthdays, etc. Anything that anyone would like. It'd be more expensive however, due to the nature of it. Plus, not on a planned opening. During one of these rentals, the person renting would be charged for the opening and charged depending on the reasoning of the rental. This is for preparations, as the person renting MAY request small changes to the shop.

The pricing would vairy, as I previously stated. Though, it would be a minimum of 150k yen. Which would be split between any employees working that day, and if it's just me, the majority of it would go into the shop's account. Before new product is used, the older stuff must be used, if possible. this is so there's always product to sell, and nothing that has been sitting in storage for the past month. After a rental, the employees must check all stock. Depending on the amounts, the shopkeeper may order more stock. Which they, themselves would put away, letting the working employees go home.

Tell me more about the events:

There's an aim to have a 'mini event' every time were opening, where there is a discount on a type of our items we sell. Though in terms of bigger events, I have a few ideas planned, which will cost me IC and OOC money. So, I do hope you consider these events and put some faith into the idea of them. All of the descriptions are more so run-run downs will vary in game.

1. 'The food truck'
At some point, I want to have the restaurant to leave it's confines of its walls, roof and floor. For it to take to the roads. During this event, the truck (Which would be a custom vehicle) would be parked, and the person working it will be giving away free food to the people of Karakura. Or very cheap, this event is more of a fundraiser towards the newer players of the server. So, they can get some food without spending most of their money on apples from the vending machine. This event would be discussed amongst the event team to make it possible. Plus ensure no rules are being broken. The food being giving away would be burgers, and drinks. I don't expect to gain from this event, it's more of a giving back to the SchoolRP community and give them something to do.

Aswell as for this event, the workers would be purely volunteers and won't be paid anything. They do however gain reputation within the shop, for future pay raises, etc. If no employee was interested, I myself will do it all. Outside the food truck there may be some seating. Very small however, or it'd be near the family store using its seating. There may only be so much food however, before I need to close the truck. Waiting for the moment for it to reappear onto the roads of Karakura.

2. 'The royal ball'
Another event I planned, is a royal ball. During this event the tables would be moved into a back room, clearing up the shop making it into a ball room. There would be no food offered, only drinks at the bar. Though, there would be a band, and music. It's a purely formal dance, the whole shop would be decorated, for it. Including but not limited to, fake flooring, carpets, white table clothes, a temporary stage. This event would be free for anyone to attend, and all the drinks will be on discounts. 50% off for all of them. However, in order to enter you must wear formal attire. Security would be outside the door, refusing entry to anyone not in some kind of formal attire.

This is to maintain the 'royal ball' aspects of the event. It happens once a year and is aiming to build more community within the employees of the shop, and Karakura as a whole. All IDs would be checked before entry as well, for that final bit of fancy feeling. At the entrance (And on the sidewalk) a red carpet would be laying. With red and gold fencing to the entrance. Anyone may enter and have fun. Though. Anyone attempting to get alcohol who are underaged will be kicked out of the ball and blacklisted from attending it.

3. 'The Poker night'
Poker, a great game. Even better with a bunch of 20-year-olds trying to win big. During poker night, only people who are 20+ may enter. The tables would be fitted into poker tables. Everyone working would be 20+ for this event. The bartenders, and hosts will be running the tables, which can have a maximum of 6 people. minimum bets would be set to 5k. then 1k for any raises. The shop would become more of a casino, the bar would be open to everyone, no IDs needed to be shown. As all IDs will be checked outside before entry. Slot machines would be installed into the shop for this event. On top of this, there would be a spin wheel in the center, offering a secret grand prize to one person. Each ticket to enter is 15k.

Those working for this event may also buy a ticket, with a maximum of one ticket. This wheel would be spun at the very end of the night, and only the shopkeeper may sell tickets. The prize may vairy depending on the number of sales of tickets. though, the prize tends to use up the majority of the ticket sales. This event tends to happen at Karakura's busiest hours, so as many people may attend as they can. You can wear anything to enter, though it's recommended to wear fancier attire. If anyone lies about having the amount that's placed on bets, they will be kicked out, and reported to KPD for attempted scammed and or fraud.

What does the shop look like?:
My restaurant, that I’m applying for, intends to be a higher end steakhouse, of course with some vegan options, and/or other options for those with allergies. The Charcoal Steakhouse is a high-end fancy restaurant. Featuring Shiney spruce floorings, booths and outdoor seating, A bar would sit in the center of the restaurant.

THE BOOTHS:
The booths within the restaurant feature a marble table, and leather booths. Each booth would be able to fit at most four people, besides a select few booths which could fit up to 8. These booths would feature the same marble table, and black leather seating arrangements. Each table would come with the following: Salt and pepper, Ketchup, vinegar. They would also come with a bell, to call a waiter whenever something is needed. The bigger tables are on reserve constantly, if a large crowd comes in it's for them. They will not be given to anyone with four or less people. The table's themselves are a lower table, with lower seats. This is to help the shorter people of Karakura.

THE BAR:
The bar would be in the center of the restaurant, with chairs around it, to fit about 8 total people. The countertops would be a well-polished spruce. Each high seat would have a half-back to it, with well cushioned bottoms, which were also black leather. In the back of the bar, a high shelf stood, filled with various alcohol. At the back, it was mirrored, with lights hidden at the bottom of the shelves, lighting everything up. The alcohol collections would also be on a few of the walls. Displaying the various alcohol, behind locked glass. (If Alcohol is removed, this would be repurposed to just another little fancier seating area)

THE OUTDOOR SEATING:
The Outdoor seating is the least fancy spot, for those who are looking for a balance between fancy, and pub-like, and it’s a sunny day. Each outdoor seating spot would come with a table, Made of well-polished spruce wood, with black fake-leather chairs. Each table could fit four people, and only about 4 tables will remain outside. Plus, two two-person tables, for those who either A) Have no friends. B) Taking someone on a date. Or C) Like to cramp three people into a spot for two. The outdoor seating area would be much smaller, and out front. then copper railings separating it, from seating area to sidewalk.

THE KITCHEN:
Our Kitchen remains clean, 24/7. Inside it features six ovens, stainless steel counters, two double fridges, to store anything needed for cooking. A small walk-in closet, containing any non-refrigerated ingredients. There would be two large stainless-steel sinks, as well as a larger Dish rack. Finally, there would be a window, where finished dishes get set, for the waiters to pick them up, and deliver the food to the proper tables. This would be near the bar, and easy to find for customers. In case they have an issue or are missing anything, such as a food item that never got delivered. Where the chef would then tell the waiter the issue.

THE SECURITY ROOM:
The security room is located inside the Kitchen, with a door leading to the Security room. Only a select few have the keys for it. Inside there would be a few Small TV screens, an older desk, made of oak. Underneath CCTV footage on discs were all stored in order, of the past two months. These were behind locked glass, and only the shopkeeper, plus manager had keys too. This is to ensure total safety of the footage, to avoid anyone stealing it. The keys for the room would constantly be tracked, and it would be logged who's been into the room and exited the room. Plus, if the CCTV system was turned off for any reasons. The only times this may not be followed is in the case of emergency.

What will you sell in your shop?:

My shop wants a variety of items being sold, the menu hasn’t been fully decided, but I DO want custom foods.
Beverages:
There would be multiple alcoholic (20+) and nonalcoholic drinks. For the alcoholic, there’d be more liqueurs, whiskey, vodka, beer, etc. The non alcoholics would have pops, juices, water, or non-alcoholic booze. The shop would also have other cold drinks, like milkshakes, or bulb drinks. For the event of a hot day in Karakura.

Food:
The food section of the menu would have a variety of steaks, as it is a steakhouse. There would also be appetisers, such as potato skins, mozzarella sticks, bread sticks, and the best rated one, our ‘Mini steaks’ which are just tiny steaks, on small sticks. With a total of 3 of them. For our main courses, (Very few of them, due to the amount)
The NY striploin, which comes with your choice of mashed potato, baked potato, sweet potato fries, or fries. A juicy 10oz New York striploin, with sauteed mushrooms and peppers on top.
Or our rack of ribs! Consisting of either a full or half rack of our smoked ribs, which comes with your choice of mashed potato, baked potato, sweet potato fries, or fries.
Our Charcoal burger! A 8oz burger, made from A5 wagyu steak, cooked to perfection. Topped with Pickles, tomato, lettuce, onion, and our ‘Charcoal’ sauce.
Finally, some of our deserts! We have various cookies, cakes, pies, etc. All of which are baked inside the restaurant for a fresh bake!

I plan to buy a fair few custom foods, and non-alcoholic drinks. A lot of these would be various types of steaks, that are not anywhere else besides my shop. For example, the NY striploin, A5 wagyu, ribeye, T-bone etc. Various custom burgers Aswell. Such as the special burger 'The Charcoal burger'. The drinks would include various juices, or non-alcoholic booze. (Such as spiritless ****tails). And custom named pop, which of course would bypass any copywrite issues (Unique names). Like Depsi, or other ways to bypass this. All customs at the shop would be unique to this restaurant and be the higher-priced items. Expect for drinks, which may be some of the lower. Each drink within the shop would also be in the same glass, as it's the shop's glass.

I did not list everything I plan to sell, as the menu will be longer. On top of that, it is still being finalized. Though, I'm excited to release the menu, and to get building. The menu is one of the most important parts of the shop, and thus I want it to be PERFECT before I send it in, or announce it, something in which I fail to believe is made perfect. There will be a balance between appetizers, main courses, sides, drinks, and desserts. The drink and dessert menu may come separately, to keep the menus smaller. Plus, to not bored the readers out of it. It will be a longer menu, so It's also beneficial have multiple.

How many employees do you plan to have?:

My shop plans to have 40 total employees when full, though there may be more or less, depending on the people who apply. Though, on the first opening I plan to have about 10, and gather more throughout time of being a shop.

Why so many employees?:

Upon opening the shop's doors, at least half of the maximum people are aimed. If not more, though there are some roles I’m willing to do without, for opening. Such as bartenders, and hosts. In which I can do it myself. Each role plays a key part to help run the shop. At my shop, we aim to be immersive and have tried to add the roles that make sense to make immersion possible, as well as reasonable. Especially when it comes to the smaller details, such as chefs. We also do not hire any known felons and aim towards keeping our restaurant a safe environment for all.

Why so many employees? I plan to tailor to as MANY time zones as I can, not just mine, due to this I need many employees, with different time zones, or willingness. I intend to open the shop way more than the required 12 times and aim for upwards of 15-25 openings each month. To help tailor towards time zones outside of my own, or the typically EST time zone. Which is another reason towards the amount of 40 employees. Each are expected to work a minimum of three shifts every month, unless valid reasoning is given as to why they are unable to.

The Shopkeeper will oversee the restaurant, monitor the employees, and make sure no laws are being broken. On top of this, manage the managers. If an issue arises with them, they may go to the shopkeeper.

The bartenders MUST be 20+, they run the bar within the shop, making sure everyone has valid IDs. They will also make sure to limit the amount of alcohol served to guests, depending on how drunk (Or how much they've drank) they are, or how much they have bought period. They may also be expected to do work outside of the kitchen, such as delivering food, hosting etc. It all depends on if there is a shortage of other employees, they can be treated as back up. (Extra pay would be compensated for this.) they may be 18-, though 20+ is recommended.

What would the shop uniform be like?:

The uniforms for this shop would have two types. For those who prefer women's attire, and those who prefer men’s attire.

MEN:
The men of the shop would be supporting black and white three pieces, all of which were funded by me. The outside jacket would be charcoal in color, which of course would be long sleeves, though it may be rolled up, or jacket removed. Under the jacket would be a white Nuobesty. The shirt would either be a solid white, or a white and light gray striped shirt. Finally, on their neck would be a black bowtie. The bartenders would more be in a charcoal, Just with the vest, white dress shirt, and a black tie. They can change the uniforms slightly for their own taste or uniqueness, though the overall uniform should remain the same.

WOMEN:
The woman of the shop has two different uniforms that they may choose from, depending on their IC and OOC comfort of the uniforms. Due this fact, I will describe both uniforms separately.
1. The woman would be in black leggings, supported by a black plated skirt, that MUST go down to their knees. Above that, they will be wearing a charcoal or black sport jacket. Under the jacket, they'll be wearing either a white dress shirt, or a white and light gray stripped dress shirt. And finally, around the neck they'll be wearing a black bowtie.

2. The second uniform for the woman of the shop would be in black (Or black jeans) dress pants, supported with a leather belt. above this, they'd be wearing either a charcoal or black sport jacket. Under the sport jacket they're expected to wear a white or white and light gray dress shirt. Finally, around their neck would be a black bow tie.

(I could not find any reference photos for these; I do apologize for this. I hope my description is enough to paint a picture!!)

AFTER NOTE: the bowtie can be dropped, if there is medical reasons provided on why the employee shouldn't or can't wear it. Or if the employee is highly uncomfortable with something such as a bowtie around their neck. Their comfort both ICLY and OOCLY is more important than some uniform inside SchoolRP. On top of this, everyone can make slight changes to the uniform, to help express themselves within it. I do not want to run this shop by myself, my employees are VALUABLE. I WANT them to help me, and me help them. For them to express themselves is important to me, myself. Hopefully to them Aswell.

What will your advertisements be like?:

Our advertisements aim to be a mixture of funny, silly, or seriousness, with lots of comedic aspects. When we open our doors and make the advertisement, we want for people to get a giggle and laugh. Whether it’s poking fun at me, the shop keeper, or another known employee (Who doesn’t mind of course). Employees can make advertisements as well, at the bottom of employee ones, they will be credited for the advertisement, I want everyone at the shop to be equally engaged. Above everything else, the most important thing is to HAVE FUN. There's no point to any of this if no one has fun with it.

Overall, we do want various different types of advertisements, hence why my employees will be coming up with a lot of their own. This is not the type of shop that's the same every single time, we want every experience within the shop, and the advertisements to be unique, so it's like the first time every single time. Repetitiveness gets old, and boring FAST. Uniqueness or differentness makes it fun to go for much longer. My employees coming up with their own advertisements are also for their own creativity and fun. All of them however will be double checked by me, to make sure no rules or anything are being broken. Aswell as to make sure they're decent, or well written. I'm always there to help with this Aswell.

What are your hiring policies?

My hiring policy stands at a higher standard. As previously stated, your safety is my number one priority. Our policies have strict age requirements for positions that require such, those applying who don't have these requirements will automatically be declined. Furthermore, those who have felonies, or active arrest warrants will be declined. The person's attitude, while being looked at icly as well as oocly. I aim to keep anyone known for toxicity or have a history regarding OOC toxicity’s chances will be lowered. They then would go through the Trial employee stage, where they undergo training, for their job. Finally, having a mini test about their training, only a 60% or higher will be accepted.

Finally, after ALL of that. You will have become an employee. Congrats! Anyone who gets arrested, for a felony. They would be removed from their job at this shop. Plus blacklisted from rejoining as an employee. Once they are released from prison, they can however request a meeting with the shopkeeper and discuss their removal. If there is a trial pending for the arrest, the employee would not be removed, unless proven guilty. For misdemeanor arrests, they will be reprimanded by the shopkeeper but keep their job. Once someone is arrested twice for any reasons (Within a 3-month period) they will be removed from their position.

At ‘The Charcoal Steakhouse’ you, the customer, are the most important person, your safety is valued. All of our employees will be trained in certain aspects, such as self-defense, for their protection, and your own! On Top of this, depending on their job, they’ll be trained for that specific job, Waiters will be trained, Bartenders, Hosts, chefs, and of course, Security. The CCTV cameras would always be getting watched, by either The Shopkeeper, Manager, or a trusted Security member.

A note from me, lunadragon66:

I know there's an additional note spot. Though, this isn't so much about my application, more me telling you something, the reader.

None of this would be possible without you, the reader. Or flowersak, who's opened shopkeeper applications. Or Kimi who's made SRP, or any other of the fantastic staff members of SRP. I just wanted to thank each and every one on SRP for making it possible for me to have this chance, to write this application. It was a struggle, but I do thank everyone. I would not be where I'm at without everyone who've I've met on SchoolRP. So, thank you. Thank you GApplebro, for being there for me. Thank you Yudao_, for getting me into the sport faction to begin with. Thank you Blossom789, for being my friend for so long. Thank you Alcohol1cbrother for being there for my ups and downs. Finally, thank you EVERYONE on SRP who've I've talked to, befriended, and have been there for me. I love you all.

I know, this isn't the spot to say this, though I feel it needs to be said. I wouldn't be writing this without any of them. Thus, I think it's something that NEEDS to be mentioned on this application. So, thank you everyone, from the bottom of my heart.
