This is probably because of 2 reasons seeing as they have changed the server a bit:
1. You've been banned - My old main account was banned but it said this and I never knew, and when I was later banned for ban evasion it said this too.
2. The lobbies are not available - This means it's either restarting or down.
It's most likely you've been banned for one reason or another.
