DESCRIPTION: Javier is a 6'4 male with dark curly hair. He is missing his left eye and dresses formally. He has no known or living family members in Mexico at time of writing. He has brown eyes. A checkup revealed heavy scarring on his left arm, likely a carving in Japanese. Is often seen wearing sunglasses or any other sort of eye protection. He has a deep voice. He is described as cold, hostile and shows a great disregard for the law. At a checkup with psychiatric personal revealed he is likely suffering from Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and depression. further observation is required to have a diagnosed. BACKGROUND: Javier was born in Chihuahua, Mexico. Multiple reports state that the Hernandez family situation was tense. Authorities reported that they arrived at the Hernandez residence multiple times for family violence matters. At the age of 12, Javier's mother was murdered by his father, Jose Chavira. Authorities arrived at the scene and arrested 49 year old Jose Chavira. They reported no other people in the home and closed off the area. Javier was not on any known records and seemed to disappear until February 15th, 2020, when he arrested alongside his cousins, Alexi Hernandez, Ricardo Hernandez and Luis Alejo Hernandez. They were caught smuggling narcotics across a military checkpoint just outside of the town of Cuauhtémoc. He was arrested and booked at the Chihuahua state penitentiary. For unknown reason he was released and not seen since. He is suspected to be staying in Karakura, Japan, alongside his cousins. OFFENSES
