Why do you want to own a shop?: I'd think the work experience is a great way to meet and greet people that you've never had time to know. This work environment is another good way to get use to a routine or maybe scheduled. Yea business maybe slow, but still it's educational and learning. People may come in and take a seat to take a break from a rough week or maybe a bad day. This place could use a fixer upper so I'm gonna give it a shot. What harm may it cause? I'd also like to mention the fact that I'm a very hard worker and I enjoy the work rush and the thrill ride. Business and on-the-go is something I'd like to have. Having this shop would mean I'm counting on responsibility of my employee's and my fellow community. I accept everyone and everything.
What do you plan to do with the shop?: I plan on having a open business. I hope for the best out of it's duties and management. It will be pushy and kind of--Rushing. Money would be tight but I plan on making it work. Also, I have an idea for giving the place new environmental welcoming. Some may say it may sound crazy, but I say..It's sounds like a wonderland.
How will your shop be unique?: I will add many features since it's huge for a fast food area. Friday nights shall be Karaoke nights, Monday's are Crazy neon night ( if possible ), Tuesday, closed. Wednesday's are special, it's Lovers night-meaning full bar and VIP only.( Tickets required yet can be ordered by our other days.) I look forward into more and maybe even just a regular bonus day for worker's like extra cash.
How many employees are you planning to have?: I plan on having 2 delivery if possible, 2 Serving staff, 3 security (big building means more chances.), 5-6 waiter's/waitresses. 2 Event staff along with 1 skin designer, Almost forgot-Chef, 1.
Wages-
For the delivery, Its 2500-3000.
Serving staff-2600.
Security-2450.
Chef-2890.
Waiters/Waitresses- 2890.
Event Staff-3000.
Skin designer/ Maker- 3000.
