I have been becoming more active now that school has finished and i am able to spend my free time playing SRP. I am attempting to become more active of forums and if I were to rate my activity overall I would say an 8/10.

Librarians assist students in locating and selecting desired or needed books, materials, or technology support. They also instruct students in library science, appropriate student behavior, and use of technology. They can also oversee the selection, organization, and distribution of materials and equipment. Librarians also coordinate community programs that increase library awareness while evaluating inventory needs for new technologies within their local system. They are also great at helping students with finding any material they need in order to succeed.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have been playing SchoolRP for a while now and have played the same role for 4 years (2019). I've Also been doing a lot of helping around with friends.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Laurel would simply shake his head in disappointment before flicking his gaze to the individual who was using foul language against him, asking him kindly to stop, due to it making the student himself / herself look like a bad person. If that student fails to comply however Laurel would ask them yet again, to the point where he'd have to hand out detention to the student for showing immaturity and disrespect towards him. Furthermore if the situation got out of hand, Laurel would seek help from another Co-Worker of his or even a SLT.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Laurel would immediately leave everything to the side and step into the fight, splitting the parties apart. He'd then raise his voice, but purposely. He'd only do so to get everyone's attention and then take each party with him to talk it out with them of what happened and why. Once coming to a conclusion, he'd give them their respective warnings or even punishments if needed, before making sure they walked away from each other using separate paths.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Laurel would slowly walk up to the school employee, without scaring them that is. He'd then take their attention and tell them that what they're doing could end up in them getting into a lot more trouble than what they think. He'd then offer them some time alone to talk it out and perhaps help them with the task they had to deal with, so nothing bad occurs to that other school employee. If all of this was not successful however, Laurel would try his best to reach out another co-worker of his, or even another school employee to get their assistance and sort it out the soonest.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
After finally reaching the door, Laurel would look around in the employee break room once entering, ready to greet his co-workers and perhaps ask them how they've been so far. He'd then try to find a nice topic to talk about, so they could kill some time before the next period came to it's arrival. However, if no one's inside, Laurel would find a seat to sit down and take out an apple to clean and proceed to eat it in the meantime, whilst making sure he has his water bottle near him

/me would sort through the books, organizing them by genre. He would quietly push his chair out and walked out of the room to put the books away. He would then head back to his desk and pull his chair back in, opening a book on Art history and starts reading waiting for a student to come up.
/me would put his book away as he had a smile on his face greeting the student: 'Hello, do you need a card, help finding a book, or returning a book?' He then assisted the student in need. Once that was done he took his book out, opened it and started to read again.
/me walked into the room with a smile on his face and coffee in his hand as he greeted his co-workers: 'Hello and good morning! How was everyone's evening?' He asks as he sat down in his chair unpacking all of the things he needs as they respond. 'Well I hope everyone got a good nights rest and lets try to make today a great day!' He then pulls out his book and starts to read as he sips his coffee.

Backstory
Laurel was born in China and lived in a small neighborhood with his two younger siblings and his parents. Laurel's parents had, really struggled for food so there wasn't much, but just him having a place to live with his family was all he needed to keep going through out his day. As he played tag and like every game he can think of in the child mind with his siblings. He always was the trouble maker trying to think of some prank to do that his parents will always walk into, laughing every time, His Parents on the other hand just sigh as the clean up after him. He still loved his life but when he was thirteen he was told he had to move because his house had to be taken down, so his parents had to work tice as hard so that They can move, Having to up the prices on their fruit market. but it wasn't enough, Laurel's dad Had to move to the city so he can get a job that pays better in order for them to move. It was a hard way but a month later, they had enough money to get the tickets to Go to some town called Karakura, Where he had to live and learn especially with out knowing Japanese was real hard, And it didn't take up his teen years but once he was done, oh god he was of course celebrating. He was now 14 years old after learning how to speak Japanese but he procrastinated in it which was the reason that took him that long, he had no choice if he didn't learn it he'd look stupid walking around Karakura not knowing what anyone was saying, didn't care though he just wanted to get it done by his teen years. So now for the rest of Laurel's life, He has been living in Japan, Karakura.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
I've always wanted to see the KHS from a different aspect, as well as see what it's like to help every student with their needs, which is why I'm looking forward to becoming a part of the KHS school staff team. They've inspired me so much with everything they've offered to me and my friend, so I wanted to thank them by becoming one of them, and then show them what they taught me. Other than that, it's been a big dream of mine to help with the school, especially as a Librarian, because I've heard so many good words about the employees there, and they've also helped me a lot during the times I payed them a visit, so I wanted to offer them some extra help!

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I do not think that I should be accepted over other applicants as everyone has the same option of getting this job. I do think that I should be accepted as i will put effort into this job and take responsibility of doing so. I will also show my love for this job and go into great efforts to do the job well. As I am well organized it should be a great help to myself, students, and co-workers. I am well with communicating with others and i think that communication is a great skill to have. I do have a little bit of school experience and I enjoy being able to explore more opportunities to expand my knowledge on different roles and such.
