What is your motivation for applying?:
I've been wanting to become a teacher, And recently I've noticed not a lot of them being on and not a lot of classes happening. I really want to pitch in and get some activity going.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that?
I would change the overall activity and productivity of the teachers because they seem to never be on or if they are, They aren't doing classes. I feel as if I could change this by having classes everyday. I would change this because it would put the student into classes like they should be.

Shannon is a woman standing at about 5'11. she has Brown hair and Brown eyes. she would have straight teeth and an clear skin. He has a smooth and soft voice. she is a very kind and considerate women, she walks around and carries himself as a proper lady. she looks at his student as sponges and that its her duty to give them the knowledge to absorbed. she views his teachers as her equals. she looks to them for help and hers always there to help them. Her plan is to become a favored teacher within the students and he wants to spread his goal for bio-chemistry
SCENARIOS
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I would ask them to kindly leave, If they retaliated, I would call for the security/ Police for further actions if things get worse.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?
I would kindly ask for everyone attention, I would then ask them to please keep quiet while I taught them, If students kept talking, I would then Kick them out of my class for the day.
When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act?
My character would act professional around his fellow teachers. He would be respectful of the time of others and would not be disruptive because other teacher mind be using the time to grade work.

/me He'd grab the chalk and write down "Pop Quiz". He would then turn around to face the class with a big grin on his face. He would then tighten his tie around his neck and would fix his coat.
/me He would take a deep-breath as we would walk towards his classroom door. He would open the door and turn around whilst pointing at the student who is talking. He would then point outside the door, Signalling for the student to leave.
/me He would grab his stack of notebook and would quietly walk around the classroom, Passing Notebooks.
/me He would put his hand in the air as the class was talking, Putting a pointer finger up, As he would be signalling the class to shush before he continued with the lesson.
/me He would back away from the group of hooligans as he took out his phone and dialed the police for help.
BACKSTORY
Shannon Lee Hart was Born in Fukuoka, Japan on July 16, 1973 to (Mother) Sharon Will Hope and Addison Baltimore Franklin II. Growing up , Science played a big part in his life as his Father (Addison Hart II) was a Biochemists and a professor at the University of Tokyo. His mother was an author and Won multiple Awards for her progressive and women empowering books. Her whole life was based around Literature and Science.
During Hart's Middle school years, she went to Fukuoka Shiritsu Fukuoka Junior High School. During those years, She would always be spending extra time in science class, doing experiments and creating new inventions. she was constantly bullied for being a "nerd" but he wouldn't really be affected by the bullying because she was always busy doing experience and extra school work. Middle school went by fast for young shannon as he was always having fun , especially in science.
In Hart's High school years. She did almost the same thing but with a bigger budget, What that means is that She got jobs and money that he would use to make bigger and better inventions and creations. Always loving science class and Engineering classes. She decided that she wanted to become a Science college professor due to her wanting to encourage bright minds like his.
After High school. Hart decided to become a Police officer. It was a bit tough and supporting her only son was a bit of a struggle. She would constantly be Sexually harassed by inmates and was constantly being pushed around by co-workers. She eventually decided to retire due to all the stress and decided to become a teacher in Bio-chemistry like she always wanted to be.
Today, she has moved away from his parents after going to college and after taking many training classes and many classes in teaching. She finally is a college professor in his town. she is always about people positive and cool.

- Keep flip-phones in pockets or bag during class

- Time for work may only end when only told to do so by a higher official, such as a Principal
