What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: I want to help students learn to become a better person in and out of school. Also I want to make sure they grasp everything so when they go further in life they'll be able to use what they've learned to help themselves on their journey.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: It's when a teacher logs all the activities and lessons they did during the class period. This is important because it shows the principal what the teachers have done during the class so they would know whether to keep the teacher or to fire them.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: First I will fill out the field trip application and then send the application to the principal or vice-principal before the trip happens.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?: No eating, no inappropriate language, raise your hand if you want to speak, ask to leave before getting up and walking out. If the students get three warnings in class they will be removed from the class for that period.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): I have worked in the shop by tunnel by the previous owner PugMaxYT and I have attended the classes at the Karakura High School so I grasped the knowledge of how a teacher acts during these periods.

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general. The pursue students to go to the career's they love and to help them become a better person in life. Teachers in-game get 150k every month and out of game they get around $9 per hour.
Teachers sometimes have to teach with either a joke or a fun lecture to keep the students entertained and wanting to keep learning but some teachers are strict and are straight to the point about certain topics they're teaching about. There are even some teachers who would try to help the students with certain problems so they won't fail the class they're in. I believe the best way a teacher should teach a class is by being both humorous and strict about topics they're teaching so the students would still focus and would still do the work they're assigned. They either plan their next lessons or grade paperwork that was for the class.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: The teachers are here to further the students education.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: The lesson planning system the school works on is called the Must have/Should have system.

He would sometimes wear formal clothes such as a white suit with black vest and pants and a black tie but most days he would wear ripped jeans with a black hoodie. He is one of those people who doesn't think about revenge or payback on people who have wronged him in life. He also is quite well will working with people younger than him. He thinks that students have come a long way during their time in school and that they will have tons of fun with all the teachers in the school. My character believes that the teachers are amazing people for taking time out of their lives to help develop the students for their future careers. He is caring and respectful towards everyone he meets and will always help those in need of support. His plan for the future is to save enough money so he could get married to his girlfriend.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I would first tell them to watch their language as they're in an area where they shouldn't be cursing or swearing but if it progresses more, then I'll tell them to go to the principal's office and talk to the principal or vice principal about why they were sent there.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I would either try to be more strict about the lesson I'm teaching or I'd try to humor the class a bit during the lesson so they'd want to stay focused. But if those don't work then I'll tell them that there would be a test on what is being taught right now.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: He would act formal and polite to fellow teachers who are with him at the time. He would also be respectful towards the other teachers.
