It matters on how much I have to do during the day. I'm normally on for at least 3 hours or more, and this time can double on weekends or holidays. While I am sometimes busy with work, school (My school times are random due to my advanced classes and driving lessons.), or internships, I'm atleast online on one of my accounts once every day. Of course between my playtimes I find myself taking breaks where I go take a small nap, eat or play something different with other friends. It's rare that I won't log on, but if that happens reasons would be that I'm going out, spending time with family, or I got sick. I also check the forums almost daily so I can get updates or talk to friends.

Trivia
What subject are you applying to teach?:
D.T (Culinary)
What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
Since the first class I joined on SRP, I found the teachers very inspirational and amazing. Teachers bring a huge part into SRP in my opinion, because a school rp isn't a school rp without teachers. In general the faculty brings more life and fun to this server, and in my view the teachers do this best. So pretty much since day one, I admired the teachers on SRP which brought me here now. Some days also lack classes, so I really wanna bring more content to SRP during school times and it might also help me develop more friendships and understanding of others on the server. Colleagues and students can become my friends both iccly and oocly, which would make me become much more social than I already am. For my last bit I wanna bring up that I actually live in Germany and currently I'm visiting advanced classes to study the so called "Lehramt" which actually means I'm studying to become a teacher in real life. It would give me a lot more motivation if I managed to become a teacher on SRP mainly since Culinary is my major for my next school year which I cannot wait on.
Do you understand that you are applying for the teacher role of UT & If your application is accepted, you may have to undergo teacher training?:
I'm very aware of that and agree with undergoing training so I can grow my skills well enough to begin teaching as soon as possible.
What are the teacher class logs and why are they important?:
The Teacher class logs keep check of the classes and its content such as who was sent to detention, when was the class hosted, how many students joined or what was taught. It keeps track of who is being active as a teacher and when. Together it keeps track of how many classes a teacher has hosted, which is important to handle their payment.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
Behavior, if a student isn’t behaving well then they shouldn’t be in the class. Being on the best behavior is good because it lets other students focus, instead of being distracted by another student.
No Phones, a phone shouldn’t be used in a room where people are learning. A phone is an easy way to distract someone around you or even yourself. If a phone is being used during class then it will be taken.
No Eating, you shouldn’t eat in a classroom, like it was said for phones, shouldn’t be done in a room where people are learning. If you are caught eating then you will be asked to stop eating and to wait until later. Students can eat if they are trying other people's cooking.
No Cheating, this is quite a common thing to know, don’t cheat unless you want to fail. There is no point to cheating if you have brains yourself.
No Swearing, there is no reason to be using bad language in a classroom. Keep the language back at home, the classroom isn’t a drama room it’s for teaching. If you use bad language you will be warned of what you are doing.
No Bullying, joking around is fun but pushing it too far isn’t. If there is bullying going on then the students will be kicked out of the class, once they learn their lesson they will be allowed back in.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
Since I was young, I always had a lot of experience with roleplay and art. I liked reading, writing, and drawing about my own characters and their scenarios. At a young age, I would often read the book series Warrior Cats by Erin Hunter in German and roleplay with some of my friends as these characters. I pretty much grew up around roleplaying in general, and it made me a more social and creative person today. Over the years I've made my own roleplay games, wrote stories, and got creative with characters over the past years. Roleplaying taught me a whole new language and improved my grammar a lot too. From the years of 2015-to 2018, I was mostly active in FNAF, Garry's mod, school, and fantasy roleplays. I was a part of many communities, and for the past year long I've mostly been playing on SRP. So far SRP has given me the best and most unexpected experiences, giving me a whole lot of opportunities and friends to be around with and I'm glad to be a part of this community but I'm also still very active around other roleplay communities.

Teachers’ salaries are 350,000 - 500,000 yen, they can gain bonuses by doing extra classes. They need to at least do 10 classes per month to get the amount of 350,000 yen, if they do 5 extra classes they gain 50,000 yen, this is only claimble 3 times every month.
Teachers are told to treat students with kindness and calmness. If the teachers acts or don't follow the rules then they could possibly be fired. Teachers get strikes if they go inactive and if they get 3 then they will be removed. Teachers have to also make sure that students are ensured that they are in a safe spot. Teachers have to make sure the classes can be fun but also serious at the same time.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are important to SRP because they add a huge part to the school part in SRP. A school without faculty mainly teachers is not a school. SRP is trying its best to bring the RP close to realism and having players apply and play as a teacher just adds a whole new meaning to this whole roleplay and teachers make a huge part of this RP without some of us even really realizing. Teachers are also important if you wanna rank up since some teachers do actually prepare for the SRP college exams and some have even helped me learn a bit about it. Like in real life teachers can be someone to look up to and learn from, and so can you do the same on SRP, most teachers play an amazing leading or parenting role proving they are not just there to teach. As an example teachers try and keep fights out of school or try and help students who might be struggling with some problems.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
MoSCoW
(Must have, Should have, Could have, Won’t have.)
Character Knowledge
Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does they look like? What makes them unique and different? What is their outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is their personality like? What are their plan for the future?
Even though Sergey was born in a very harsh and strict family, he tends to be a kind person overall. Sergey is a pretty active person who likes to keep himself healthy and steady so he works out in his free time. While Sergey has gone through rough times and still lives through hard parts of his life, he always tries to look at the positive sides and wears a smile as often as possible, which is actually very rare in Russia and is considered rude in that country. He is a very family-friendly person, and with a big family of his own, he has a big understanding of kids and prefers to talk out a problem before taking direct action since he wants to be fair towards everyone. His goal is to make everyone feel welcome, happy, and comfortable. He also jokes around sometimes and is always ready to experience something new no matter what it is. Family and friends are dearest to Sergey and he would put his own hand in the fire for them, since he was pretty much taught this his whole life long. Sergey prefers to pre-plan but always likes to hear suggestions from others and work in teams like he often did in the culinary classes back in Russia where he actively worked together with the students in his class. Besides all that Sergey is very open and honest, likes to go outside or out eating somewhere but as always is open to anything. Sergey is a rather tall male around 6'3 or taller with a deep but calm Russian accent and voice, he has a small scar crossing his eye which is barely noticeable by now, he has very dull ice blue eyes and dark, very slightly grayish hair. He has a light skin color and slight facial hair and is missing his left ring finger, which he lost in service. He tries to dress as formally as possible or wear stuff that feels most comfortable for him. Around school, he will try his best to socialize with both students and faculty staff. His goal is to understand both students and the people who work with him, like already mentioned he wants to work together with everyone as much as possible as an example let students decide on what to cook but it's also his responsibility to make sure that no student is left out with the food due to choice of food, allergies, religion or other things. Sergey will often try to better everything surrounding him and is open to helping out anywhere. I believe Sergey will switch up the school a little because he wants to connect to the students as much as possible and tries to figure out who has problems and needs help so in the future he wants to try and keep everyone as happy as possible even if someone is in dislike of him, he had to live through great loss and prefers to look on and wants people to get inspired by him and how he stands through the worst of times and is ready to give anyone a hand.
Scenarios
/*Do not mention use of FearRP*/
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
Sergey would simply walk up to the delinquents, he’d take a few moments to realize what was going on. Sergey would start speaking in a good tone, he’d tell them that they have to stop and that what they are saying isn’t allowed in the school. If they were not to stop Sergey would warn them with a punishment and then report them to other employees in the school.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
Sergey would observe the class a little and try to grab their attention in a polite form for a last time keeping a formal voice but if that wouldn't work he would begin to raise is voice maybe also some obnoxious signs like finger snapping, loud whistleing, clapping his hands or knocking on the table really anything to create an obnoxious sound to grab their attention. If it would keep on he'd observe his students once again and see what would cause the havoc in the class, maybe going up to the troublemaker and politely sending them outside for a few moments to calm down. Between all that Sergey would take some notes and report the loudest students who caused the most problems to the rest of the faculty or send some to detention after class.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
Sergey would listen to his co-workers maybe enjoy a coffee and luch while also joining in with some of the coversations going on in the lounge between his colleagues. He'd be on his best behavior and would occasionally try to make jokes with the others to keep a positive sorrounding in the lounge. He wants to provide a safe space for the people he works with. If Sergey just came from a class he would take some of the left over food with him and share it with his fellow colleagues. After a while he would tell everyone else on how his day was going and how classes were. Sergey would try and spend a majority of his time with other culinary teachers, sharing some tipps and recepies with them, maybe even learning some new ones himself. During this break he will also let himself take some time to himself and plan out his up coming classes or take some notes on important stuff.
Provide at least 4 detailed /me's of your character inside a classroom:
/me
Would put both of his hands onto his desk “Alright! Everyone today we will be cooking an American meal, let’s start with turning on our ovens and preheating it to 320°!” He’d look around the room seeing if the students had done what they were told.
/me
Would walk around the room checking if the students were doing fine. He’d peek over one student’s shoulder. “Make sure you have it at the right temperature! If you need help please tell me alright?” He’d now walk away from the student.
/me
Started to look at all of the trays “Alright, you all may try each other’s food, make sure to throw away unfinished food at the end of it. It is your choice if you wanna pack the food for yourself or leave it so we can share it with the rest of the faculty.” He’d walk back to his desk seeming to stand with both of his arms crossed watching the students with a smile.
/me
Would stand in front of his desk “Alright guys! Today we will take a quiz about the safeties of a kitchen!” He’d walk around passing out a piece of paper that had been a quiz. He’d show a smile while going back to his desk.
Backstory
Sergey Mels Ilyich Vissarionovich was born on the 12th of October 1968 in Moscow in the Soviet Union. His father, Aki Vissarionovich, and his mother Alina Yoko Vissarionovich were just recently married before his birth which was a reason why his father would still stay a bit during the first two years of his life. Aki Vissarionovich was a military and political Marshal for the KGB, and because of that, his family would often stay pretty secretive about everything, and acted very seriously and carefully with every move, which also led to Sergey being homeschooled. Even though Sergey didn't have many outdoor interactions due to his father's job, he enjoyed his life a lot mainly since he would spend a lot of his time with his mother who taught him cooking from a early age on which would later become his passion. The Soviet Socialist Republic of Russia was seen as a poor center for the most part but due to Sergey's father, they actually lived a very rich life and even had their own house with a piece of land which both his father and grandfather were gifted by the NKVD and KGB for both their services in the USSR. He lived a very uncommon life having not a lot of choices for when he got older due to his father forcing him to visit the Suvorov Military school. There Sergey would become very interactive with both military and politics before finishing school and joining the red army. Sergey was now just about 22 years old having served less than two years in the red army but received the medal ''Order of Lenin'' twice, and ''Hero of the Soviet Union'' once, instantly bringing him to the Field Marshal rank due to his fathers command even though Sergey had no experience at all. In between all this time Sergey got married to a woman named Evelyn Fedorov and together they had Victoria Zoey Vissarionovich their first child. Sergey kept working in the red army and switched to the army of the Russian Federation after the Soviet fall in 1991 he didn't stay for long, not wanting to fully support Russia's new government. He started to teach in the Malinosky Military Academy for four years until he was forcefully removed as a teacher due to his political behavior. During these four years, Evelyn and Sergey would have three more children Frederick Aki Vissarionovich, Ina 'Inavich' Yastreb Vissarionovich, and Mikhailovich Vissarionovich. The relationship between Evelyn and Sergey would last another four years before they divorced and Evelyn moved to the USA. After that Sergey would work as a tutor and help kids get better at English since that is a lacking language in Russia beside that Sergey also applied to multiple schools, academies, and universities to help out as a culinary teacher before working full-time on the Novikov cooking school in Moscow. Sergey ended up sending his daughter Ina and his son Freddy to Karakura Japan since his other daughter and son had both moved out already. Sergey would now live alone for the next few years and gave open cooking classes around Moscow even writing his own cookbook, which was a huge success. Just a year later his former wife moved back to Russia, and they got back together before she'd die from cancer just a few years after. Not having much left to lose Sergey would leave his house to his oldest daughter, husband, and her children before moving to Karakura, Japan to live with his youngest two children, Ina and Freddy. Both would help him learn Japanese quickly. Now Sergey gives private cooking classes mostly to friends and family around the city or helps teach Russian in private but he awaits applying for the Karakura's open high school and college.
